S/W 산업 시대의 국방정보시스템은 대규모화되고 높은 실시간성과 정확성의 요구로 S/W의 복잡성이 증가하고 있으며, 요구되는 기능과 성능이 매우 다양해지고, 사용자의 요구사항도 매우 가변적인 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국방정보시스템의 특성을 명확히 파악하고, 특성에 따라 국방정보시스템 S/W 개발비용 산정에 영향을 미치는 영향요소를 식별한 후, 기존의 '한소협' 모델을 바탕으로 S/W 개발비용 보정계수로 적용할 영향요소와 기능점수를 산정하기 위한 기술적 복잡도 요소로 재분류하였으며, 기존의 '한소협' 모델의 절차와 각종 보정계수의 적용방법을 국방정보시스템에 적합하도록 수정 보완하는 방식으로 국방정보시스템의 S/W 개발비용 산정 지원용 전문가시스템의 도메인 지식을 개발하였으며, 이러한 도메인 지식 개발은 궁극적으로 완벽한 전문가시스템 개발에 밑거름이 될 것이다.

This research reviewed the HIPAA/HITECH, 21st Century Cures Act, Common Law, and private Guidances from the perspectives in protecting and utilitizing the medical data, while implications were followed. First, the standards for protection and utilization are relatively clearly regulated through single law on personal medical information in the United States. The HIPAA has been introduced in 1996 as fundamental act on protection of medical data. Medical data was divided into personally identifiable information, non-identifying information, and limited dataset under HIPAA. Regulations on de-identification measures for medical information, objects for deletion of limited data sets, and agreement on prohibition of data re-identification were stipulated. Moreover, in the 21st Century Cures Act regulated mutual compatibility for data sharing, prohibition of data blocking, and strengthening of accessibility of data subjects. Common Law introduced comprehensive consent system and clearly stipulates procedures. Second, the regulatory system is relatively simplified and clearly stipulated in the United States. To be specific, the expert consensus and the safe harbor system were introduced as an anonymity measure for identifiable medical information, which clearly defines the process while increasing trust. Third, the protection of the rights of the data subject is specified, the duty of explanation is specified in detail, while the information right of the consumer (opt-out procedure) for identification information is specified. For instance, the HHS rule and FDA regulations recognize the comprehensive consent system for human research, but the consent procedure, method, and requirements are stipulated through the common rule. Fourth, in the case of the United States, a trust-based system is being used throughout the health and medical data legislation. To be specific, Limited Data Sets are allowed to use in condition to the researcher's agreement to prohibit re-identification, and de-identification or consent process is simplified under the system.

Considering about construction projects characteristics, there Is an existing uncertainty which causes inaccuracy or invalidity under decision making situation. Therefore, cost risk analysis of numerous construction projects are Inclined to depend on expert's experiences and subjective judgements. In Korean domestic construction works, however, there is no reasonable method or process for applying subjective elements. Only probabilistic analysis using objective calculation are being used now. This research suggests a cost risk analysis method to analyze quantitatively Cost Impact by risk, and it appraises expert's subjective elements for the purpose of enhancing validity of cost estimation. Moreover, a new cost risk analysis method is introduced for providing convenient user interface in practical business.

The process of design management by public client has not performed effectively due to lack of the formal guidelines and procedures in domestic public projects. The purpose of this research is to develop the guidelines and procedures of design management for public clients. The research methodology is to analyze current status of design management process in domestic and overseas cases and to develop the guidelines based on the administrative stages of design process along the project. The guidelines of design management developed by the design stages of pre-contract, contract, and post-contract stages to classify administrative procedures. The outcome of this research is able to be utilized by the public clients and design firms to standardize the process of design management and minimize potential risk during the process of the project.

Container terminals keenly compete with one another because of the continuous increase of container flows and the appearance of large-sized vessels. Major cargo handling equipment manufacturers are interested in the development of new conceptual equipment to greatly increase its productivity. In this study, a two-phase procedure is suggested for selecting the optimal development alternatives, when various development alternatives for container cranes are given. The first phase removes the alternatives that violate essential requirements and the second phase selects final alternatives by the evaluation of experts and the linear assignment method. Finally, a case applying the procedure is provided.

This paper presents a systematic risk assessment procedure with uncertainty modeling for general construction projects. Since the approach is able to effectively deal with all the related construction risks in terms of the assumed probability with conditional probability concept that systematically incorporate expert's experiences and subjective judgement, the proposed methods with uncertainty modeling is able to apply to all the construction projects inherent in lots of uncertain risk events. The fuzzy set theory is adopted to enhance risk assessment to effectively handle the vague and dynamic phenomenon of an event Therefore, the fuzzy-based risk assessment is very useful, for those countries, such as Korea, where objective probabilistic data for risk assessment is extremely rare, and thus the utilization of subjective judgmental data based on expert's experiences is inevitable.

The purpose of this study is to develop a extracurricular programs for enhancing creative self-efficacy of college student based on design thinking process, and to examine the effectiveness of the developed program. Since this study is also interested in suggesting the procedure for extracurricular program development and optimizing programs by derivation of improvements, a design-based research method was applied. Results are as follow; first, the procedure for extracurricular program development proceeds in three stages, second, the programs was developed as a 30-hour in-depth program and was conducted twice during winter and summer vacation, and the last, the program was confirmed that it has a positive effect on improving creative self-efficacy. This study contributed to providing a general procedure that can be referred when developing a program that reflects the context of the university, and to present the specific program and the case that use the test tool to confirm the effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional dissonance and service sabotage on skin experts who have experienced inappropriate customer behavior. To achieve the purpose of the study. 383 skin experts in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were selected as the subjects of the study. As for the analysis method, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed, and the following research results were derived through such research procedures. Inappropriate customer behavior showed a positive (+) correlation with emotional dissonance, and emotional suppression of emotional dissonance affects service sabotage.

Recently, as soldiers are allowed to use mobile phones, cases are frequently transferred from the police to the military due to criminal acts, and digital evidence is collected separately from the reliability of previous investigations, such as overlapping seizure and search procedures. In this study, through in-depth interviews with practitioners in charge of digital evidence in the military, police, and courts, problems related to digital evidence handling, such as infringement of evidence ability due to overlapping human factors and procedures, are derived and analyzed. The presented procedure verified the effectiveness of the procedure through case analysis, and is expected to contribute to the guarantee of the evidence capacity of digital evidence and the efficiency of handling cases.
