본 연구에서는 실무 및 학계에 종사하는 45명의 전문가 집단을 대상으로 쌍별비교(pairwise comparision)에 의한 설문조사에서 얻어진 전문가들의 의견을 AHP 분석을 통하여 종합하는 과정을 거쳐 부도예측모형을 설계하여 검증한 뒤, LOGIT모형과 비교하였다. 본 연구에 의하면 부도예측모형에서 정량적인 정보보다 정성적인 정보가 더 중요한 역할을 한다는 D.Bunn-G.Wright(1991)의 연구와 일치하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 발견된 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로 LOGIT 모형과 AHP 모형에서 모두 정량적인 정보만을 고려하는 경우보다 정성적인 정보를 함께 고려한 모형에서 부도예측율이 더 높은 것으로 나타나고 있어 부도가능성을 예측하는데 있어 정성적인 정보가 중요한 역할을 한다는 결론을 얻었다. 둘째로 AHP를 이용한 부도예측 모형을 설계할 때 각 속성에 대한 전문가(45명)들의 의견을 종합하는 방법으로 산술평균과 기하평균을 이용한 검증결과에 의하면 기하평균방법을 통하여 전문가들의 의견을 종합하는 것이 보다 합리적이라는 실증적 증거를 얻을 수 있었다. 셋째로 Akaike의 기준값을 분석한 결과에 의하면 LOGIT 모형은 정량적인 정보와 정성적인 정보를 모두 이용한 모형이 가장 우수한 것으로 판명되었고, 모형의 부도예측력도 가장 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. AHP 모형은 정성적인 정보만을 이용한 모형에서 가장 높은 부도예측을을 나타내었으며, 기하평균을 이용한 AHP 모형은 LOGIT 모형보다 항상 높은 부도예측율을 보여주었다.

산업통상자원부는 12월 20일 서울 상암동 에너지드림센터에서 백운규 장관 주재로 관계부처, 지자체, 시민단체, 업계, 학계 등 20여명이 참석한 가운데 '제2회 재생에너지 정책협의회'를 개최하고 '30년까지 재생에너지 발전량 비중 20% 달성을 위한 '재생에너지 3020 이행계획(안)'을 발표했다. 이번 계획(안)은 지난 6월 산 관 학 연 전문가들로 구성된 이행계획 수립 T/F를 구성하여 약 6개월간 각계 전문가들의 의견을 수렴하고, 관계부처 협의, 간담회 등을 통한 각계각층의 의견을 반영하여 수립하였다. 재생에너지 정책협의회는 재생에너지 정책 수립에 있어 지자체, 시민단체, 업계, 학계를 아우르는 분권형 거버넌스 구축을 위해 '17년 8월에 발족하였다.

지난 3. 23 당 협회 주관아래 특수건강진단기술협의회, 작업환경측정기술협의외, 보건관리대행기관협의회가 공동으로, 지난 3. 7 입법예고한 산업안전보건법 시행령.시행규칙 중 개정안에 대한 각계 가긍의 검토의견을 수렴하여 노동부에 건의하고자 150여명의 관계 전문가들이 모여 토론회를 개최하였다. 이 토론회에서 검토된 사항으로서 개정안에 대한 의견 이외에도, 제도 및 정책개선에 관한 많은 의견들이 제시되었으며, 이 의견들을 요약하여 노동부에 건의한 내용을 본 호에 게재한다.

The purpose of this study is to establish definitions on Metaverse and Metaverse literacy and to develop a framework for Metaverse literacy utilizing a Delphi study and in-depth interview methods with experts on Metaverse and digital, and future education. 9 experts participated in the Delphi study and 4 took part in the in-depth interview, and Delphi study data was collected via emails from January 12th to 17th and in-depth study data was gathered via zoom from March 1st to 19th in 2022. To establish the definition of Metaverse, 6 existing definitions were presented and ranked with calculated means of each definition, and additional comments were collected. To build the definition of Metaverse literacy, 1 existing definition was shown and calculated with the degree of agreement, and additional feedback was gathered. To develop a framework for Metaverse literacy, 12 sub-concepts were presented and ranked with calculated means of each concept. After applying feedback of the Delphi study, the authors re-established the definitions of Metaverse and Metaverse literacy, and re-develop the framework for Metaverse literacy. In the in-depth interview, feedback on these definitions and the framework was collected. After these processes, the definitions of Metaverse and Metaverse literacy were finalized, and the framework for Metaverse literacy was developed. Based on the results, implications and limitations of the study, and possible future study are discussed.

In this study, I examined the problems of the current barista curriculum and sought how to improve them by feedback from domestic specialized baristas and comparative analyses of the training programs that take place in barista educational institutions. In order to identify problems in curriculum and what to be improved, I gained the opinions of 15 experts who are currently teaching students in barista educational institutions using Delphi technique. To sum up the opinions of experts, working level education of coffee has to be mainly done and substantial educations for employment such as cafe operating technique and marketing are needed. In addition, experts suggested enhancing service courses considering the nature of working in contact with customers and the course for baking goods that takes up a lot of sales. As a result of examining the current curriculum in the institutions for baristas, it seems necessary to supplement these training courses that experts suggested because the educations are very poor.

In the knowledge and information age, to discover and protect Intellectual Properties would be very important for their economic value as a major growth engine. This study evaluated the reliability of a Delphi survey conducted by experts to assess the value of agricultural resources knowledge obtained from literature reviews and field interviews. Delphi method is collecting the opinions of experts for several rounds repeatedly, in the next round the experts have chance to modify their opinion. Scores between two rounds are highly correlated and standard deviations are declined for second round to imply that some correction of their evaluations are made. To check reliability of Delphi survey of two rounds Cronbach's reliability coefficient and Generalizability coefficient are derived. The Cronbach alpha's supported the reliability of the method, but the Generalizability analysis revealed some unexpected results while checking the variance components of sources of measurement errors. Despite the increased reliability coefficients, the deviations between the raters are increased which means that additional rounds are required to get consensus, the goal of Delphi research.

지난 4월 17일 국회의원회관 118호 간담회의실에서 심대평 의원(자유선진당, 국방위원회)주최로 전문가 간담회가 열렸다. T-50 UAE수출과 관련해 열린 이날 전문가 간담회의 주제는 "글로벌 경제의 블루오션 방위산업-항공산업 발전과 T-50 수출전략" 국산 초음속 훈련기 T-50 해외수출을 위해 마련된 이날 전문가 간담회에는 전영훈 골든이글 공학연구소 소장, 항공우주연구원 이희우 교수, 동아일보 이정훈 기자, 월간항공 계동혁 기자 등 각계 전문가가 참석해 의견을 제시하고 열띤 토론을 벌였다. 이 날 간담회에서 발표된 주요 주제발표 내용과 전문가들이 함께 논의한 토론내용을 지면으로 소개한다.
