구매자는 일반 제조업에서 자재를 피터 크랄직 매트릭스 기법에 의해 경쟁품목, 일반품목, 전략품목, 위험품목으로 분류한 후 각 품목 특성에 맞추어 구매 전략을 수립한다. 피터 클라직 매트릭스란 구매 리스크와 비즈니스 영향도 즉 특정 품목의 구매 금액 비중에 따라 자재를 분류하는 기법이다. 본 논문은 플랜트 엔지니어링산업에서 플랜트 기자재를 대상으로 피터 클라직 매트릭스 기법에 의해 기자재를 분류한 후 각 품목 특성에 맞는 구매 전략을 제안하고 사례 기업인 A사가 사우디아라비아에서 수행하는 발전 플랜트 기자재에 제안한 구매 전략을 적용하여 그 효과를 검증한 것이다. 플랜트 엔지니어링산업은 수주산업인데 총 수주금액 중 구매가 차지하는 비중은 약 50~60%이다. 따라서 프로젝트를 수행할 때 원가를 절감하여 이익을 극대화하기 위해 구매는 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 플랜트 기자재는 크게 회전기계류, 고정장치류, 전기자재류, 제어자재류, 배관자재류로 구분된다. 각 공종별 플랜트 기자재에 대해 구매 지출 분석을 한 후 피터 클라직 매트릭스 기법에 의해 플랜트 기자재를 분류한 결과 경쟁품목에는 열교환기, 저장탱크 등이 포함되었고 일반품목에는 전선관, 조명기자재, 밸브 등이 포함되었다. 또한 전략품목에는 가스터빈, 가스터빈 흡입공기 냉각장치 등이 포함되었고, 위험품목에는 가스터빈 고정 볼트 등이 포함되었다. 경쟁품목 중 다관형 열교환기는 공급자와 공동으로 원가 모델을 구축하는 전략을 수립했고 저장탱크의 경우에는 공급자에게 원자재를 사급하는 전략을 수립하였다. 그 전략을 A사가 수행하는 프로젝트에 적용한 결과 각각 20%와 6%의 원가 절감 효과를 얻었다. 일반품목 중 전선관은 구매 대행사를 활용하는 전략을 수립했고 조명기자재는 기술 사양 검토 과정을 생략한 구매 프로세스 간소화 전략을 수립하였다. 그 결과 약 10%의 원가 절감과 평균 5일의 발주기간을 단축할 수 있었다. 전략품목 중 가스터빈 흡입공기 냉각장치는 공급자와 포괄적 양해각서를 체결하여 공동으로 사업주에 대응하는 전략을 수립했고 그 결과 프로젝트 수행 안정성 확보와 공급자 조기 참여를 통한 발주 스케줄 단축을 이룰 수 있었다. 위험품목 중 가스터빈 고정볼트는 재고 확보 전략을 수립하여 자재의 부족이나 파손으로 인해 프로젝트 공기에 영향을 주지 않도록 리스크를 감소시키는 효과를 얻었다.

This study explored the risk sharing mechanism in the US TV drama industry. The hollywood system of TV production and distribution can be understood to be the result of the efforts to reduce the uncertainty and the risk of investment. Since the 1990s, the vertical integration of major studios and networks has been one of the core strategies for risk sharing. In the strategy, the most important role of networks is to schedule new series that the affiliated studios produce. Networks also provide the new series their brand value. On the other hand, the most important role of studios in the vertical integrated environment is to provide the affiliated networks the infrastructures for production and distribution, financial management, and product management. In addition, networks keep the right on the series in the secondary markets, and attempt to increase the aggressive investment on new series on the base of the rights. However, such a risky investment can be the potential burden and risk for the networks in the future. This paper shows the importance of the reasonable risk sharing in the television drama industry to the Korean TV drama industry that has experienced the conflict between networks and independent production companies.

This study is the research of enterprise security for raising the profitability and stability of Korean companies in global business environment and strategic cooperation of business. As the scientific technology gets complicated as day goes by and new competitors appear regardless the border in the modern business environment, the situation happens frequently which the huge company hands over their market to the new one armed with the innovative thinking overnight. To survive such new environment, the answer is the change of paradigm regarding business management method at the new point of view. With the low level of security risk management of Korean companies which stick to old habit, the security management which helps the companies secure profits is not affordable. The global village where the population of 7 billions live in 21st century is facing up to the rapid ecological adaptation. The rapid change of climatic environment creates the hundreds of thousands of sufferers in a moment, and we have been watching the millions of livestock are buried alive due to new contagious disease everyday. Such change encourages the humans in global village to change the basic way of living. The business ecosystem which is the basic root for economic life cannot be an exception. To survive the business environment of 21st century, the security risk management at management level is required and the reporting line of companies should be established newly for raising business competing power through security risk management. The companies should bear in mind that they can be disappeared into our old memories overnight if they are not sensitive to the changing environment. Out of new risks for the modern companies, the field especially Korean companies are dealing easily is the security risk. Not like past, the security risk which's size is much more massive and its propagation velocity is very fast is the one of important business risks which the management should take care. Out of security risks which influence on the modern companies significantly, the brand of companies, protection of their reputation, continuity of production and operation and keeping customer's trust are prior to the others. This study offered the suggestion regarding enterprise security and the strategic cooperation of business to deal with such security risk effectively.

Trade can be greatly influenced by the change of international trade environment due to the characteristics of remote transactions. Furthermore, in the circumstance of emphasizing the national security again, the importance of the risk management of special materials has been increasing. As it was noted at Chapter 4, significant results such as the threat of enterprises' sustainable growth can be occurred when companies are related to the unlawful export of strategic materials or experience discouragement of export of main products. As the decision of strategic materials greatly depend on a specialized knowledge there is a possibility of misjudgement of strategic materials in terms of ordinary companies which is not accustomed to them. Furthermore risk management is more difficult due to the inclusion to the items of export license. To prepare such a risk of export of strategic materials, firstly, it should be checked to find whether counter traders are working in the industry which is not related to the spread of weapons of mass destruction, secondly, an appropriate process shall be designed and operated for products to be safely delivered to the trade counter. Therefore, our export enterprises have to introduce CP(Compliance Program), AEO or ISO28000 considering suitability for their actual situations not only to promote export and but also to avoid risk of export control and additional expenses. Through these appropriate processes, an efficient and effective management of the trade risk of strategic materials can be accomplished.

The Project Risk Management is intended to result in the effective management by identifying in advance and mitigating all significant risks including project risks and opportunities during the entire project life cycle - from project inception to completion of construction. It is impossible to predict an exact budget and construction duration before finishing a project. So, Washington Department of Transportation mandates that workshop-based risk management is conducted for projects over specific cost. However, the domestic construction sites have depended on numerical risk analysis without any workshop and efficient risk management have not made. Therefore, in this study, we propose the effective risk management using the RBES program which is very useful for workshop-based risk management and pre & post mitigation, by workshop-based risk management techniques. This proposed risk management approach is applied to a domestic 'A' river recovery project. It is concluded that we may expect the effect to mitigate the total cost overrun problem and the construction duration delay effect in the project by identifying significant risks and by preparing effective risk mitigation strategies.

UI (User Interface)는 끊임없이 진화한다. 사용자의 새로운 요구 사항을 만족시키기 위해, 기존 UI에 대한 불편 사항을 해결하기 위해, 경쟁 제품의 더 좋은 UI를 따라 잡기 위해, 그리고 새로운 기술로 기존에는 불가능했던 것이 가능해 짐으로 인해, UI는 지속적으로 더 좋은 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 특히 휴대폰과 같이 라이프사이클이 짧은 제품의 UI는 매 제품마다 UI를 변화시킬 수 없기 때문에 기업 입장에서의 전략적인 접근이 중요해 진다. 더욱이 충분한 검증 없이 이루어진 진화의 방향은 사용자가 원하는 방향과 일치하지 않게 되어 오히려 퇴화하는 문제도 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문은 UI가 생성, 유지, 융합, 소멸되어 가는 진화론적 발전 속성 및 그러한 속성에 영향을 주는 요소들을 살펴보고, 라이프사이클이 짧은 제품의 UI를 개선할 때 어떤 전략을 취하는 것이 기업 차원에서 좋은지를 설명한다. UI 진화 전략은 크게 점진적 개선을 추구하는 구릉식 전략과 한번에 도약하는 계단식 전략으로 나눌 수 있다. 위 두 전략들은 사용자 만족도, 개선에 필요한 비용과 그 가치, 개선 후의 리스크 (Risk)에 따라 장단점을 가진다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서는 두 전략 모두 서로 상반되는 장단점을 가지므로, 어느 한 전략을 취하기 보다는 UI 요소의 특성 및 변화의 규모에 따라 두 전략을 혼용하는 전략이 기업 입장에서 최적의 전략임을 주장한다.

This study assessed urban flood risk using a Bayesian probability statistical method and GIS incorporating a climate change scenario. Risk is assessed based on a combination of hazard probability and its consequences, the degree of impact. Flood probability was calculated on the basis of a Bayesian model and future flood occurrence likelihoods were estimated using climate change scenario data. The flood impacts include human and property damage. Focusing on Seocho-gu, Seoul, the findings are as follows. Current flood probability is high in areas near rivers, as well as low lying and impervious areas, such as Seocho-dong and Banpo-dong. Flood risk areas are predicted to increase by a multiple of 1.3 from 2030 to 2050. Risk assessment results generally show that human risk is relatively high in high-rise residential zones, whereas property risk is high in commercial zones. The magnitude of property damage risk for 2050 increased by 6.6% compared to 2030. The proposed flood risk assessment method provides detailed spatial results that will contribute to decision making for disaster mitigation.

With rapid industrialization since the 1960s, development projects have contributed to the development of the national economy. In addition to the development projects promoted by the government, private project operators are also promoting development projects for reasons such as increased public convenience, insufficient financing of SOC assets, and expansion of their own development projects other than public orders. However, as the economy has been stagnating due to several factors such as continued supply of facilities for decades and recent COVID-19, the success of the development projects are unsure these days. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze project costs through the case of such development projects, and to present a plan to judge and manage the risks of each project cost item in advance. The AHP technique, which is widely used as a risk factor selection method for existing development projects, was used, and items were determined through interviews with experts related to development projects in order to stratify the upper and lower subjects of the risk. We analyzed how the derived risk factors affect the business performance through sensitivity analysis, and finally substituted the risk factors management plan into the risk response strategy and suggested.

A This study was conducted to identify the advancement of Chinese industry and the strategy of advancing Korean companies into China. According to the results of the study, it is very important for Korean companies to adapt themselves to Chinese circumstances. The development of Chinese industry can be a threat to Korean companies, but it can also be an opportunity to Korean companies. It's up to Korean companies' correspondence strategy. The best strategy of Korean companies on the advancement of Chinese industry is development a blue ocean strategy.
