The purpose of this study is to grasp the overall policy decision system of sex crime prevention policy and analyze the interaction and pattern of actors in policy formation process. This is a useful way to identify the causes and ways to improve the policy if the sex crime prevention policy fails. As a research method, we used a model of advocacy through case analysis and language network analysis. In the external environment, low reporting of sex offenses, technical improvement and supplement for preventive management, consciousness of victims of sexual crimes, amendment of legislation, and support of the president. The conflicts between the advocacy coalition opposed the strong regulation, the prevention of recidivism, the expansion of the range of objects to be worn, the temporary effect of the system and the retrospective of the bill. As a problem-solving strategy, it was confirmed that the opposing positions of pros and cons of lack of manpower and negligence of management through the extension of the system were acutely opposed. In the context of media reports, this tendency is more likely to be understood as the concern of prevention and management at the central government level to prevent sex crimes. Therefore, although the methods of prevention of sex crimes have been insufficient in the past, it is hoped that this study will be helpful in breaking the link of negative policy vicious cycle.

The purpose of mathematics education is to develop the ability of transforming various problems in general situations into mathematics problems and then solving the problem mathematically. Various teaching-learning methods for improving the ability of the mathematics problem-solving can be tried. However, it is necessary to choose an appropriate teaching-learning method after figuring out students' level of understanding the mathematics learning or their problem-solving strategies. The error analysis is helpful for mathematics learning by providing teachers more efficient teaching strategies and by letting students know the cause of failure and then find a correct way. The following subjects were set up and analyzed. First, the error classification pattern was set up. Second, the errors in the solving process of the function problems were analyzed according to the error classification pattern. For this study, the survey was conducted to 90 first grade students of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$high school in Chung-nam. They were asked to solve 8 problems in the function part. The following error classification patterns were set up by referring to the preceding studies about the error and the error patterns shown in the survey. (1)Misused Data, (2)Misinterpreted Language, (3)Logically Invalid Inference, (4)Distorted Theorem or Definition, (5)Unverified Solution, (6)Technical Errors, (7)Discontinuance of solving process The results of the analysis of errors due to the above error classification pattern were given below First, students don't understand the concept of the function completely. Even if they do, they lack in the application ability. Second, students make many mistakes when they interpret the mathematics problem into different types of languages such as equations, signals, graphs, and figures. Third, students misuse or ignore the data given in the problem. Fourth, students often give up or never try the solving process. The research on the error analysis should be done further because it provides the useful information for the teaching-learning process.

Recently intelligent characters in computer games have been an important element more and more because they continually stimulate gamers' interests. As a typical method for implementing such intelligent characters, neural networks have been used for training action patterns of opponent's characters and game rules. However, some of the game rules can be abruptly changed and action properties of garners in on-line game environments are quite different according to gamers. In this paper, we address how a neural network adapts to those environmental changes. Our adaptation solution includes two components: an individual adaptation mechanism and a group adaptation mechanism. With the individual adaptation algorithm, an intelligent character steadily checks its game score, assesses the environmental change with taking into consideration of the lastly earned scores, and initiates a new learning process when a change is detected. In multi-user games, including massively multiple on-line games, intelligent characters confront diverse opponents that have various action patterns and strategies depending on the gamers controlling the opponents. The group adaptation algorithm controls the birth of intelligent characters to conserve an equilibrium state of a game world by using a genetic algorithm. To show the performance of the proposed schemes, we implement a simple fighting action game and experiment on it with changing game rules and opponent characters' action patterns. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithms are able to make intelligent characters adapt themselves to the change.

본 고에서는 n-Screen을 이용한 클라우드 기반 서비스들이 활용하는 대표적인 비즈니스 모델의 패턴을 살펴보고, 통신/방송 사업자, 단말 사업자, 서비스 사업자 및 OS 사업자별로 어떤 부분을 특화하여 비즈니스모델을 구성하고 있는지를 분석하여 정리하였다. 본 연구는 그 동안 n-Screen에 대한 기술적 측면과 서비스 측면에 대한 논의는 많이 있어왔지만 본격적으로 이와 관련된 비즈니스모델 측면의 검토를 했다는 것에 가치가 존재한다. 본 연구를 위해 비즈니스모델 젠1)에 포함된 툴킷 중 하나인 4by4 비즈니스 모델 매트릭스를 활용하였다. 이를 통해 n-Screen을 이용한 클라우드 서비스들이 주로 상품 측면에서는 번들링, 교차보조금 방식을 채택하고 있고, 채널 측면에서는 채널통합과 채널분화, 수익모델 측면에서는 프리미엄과 구독을 주로 활용함을 알 수 있었다. 이는 각 사업자별로 조금씩 다르게 특화되어 활용되고 있는데 이러한 차이를 유발하는 가장 큰 요인은 각 사업자들의 근거하고 있는 주요 수익원과 핵심역량의 차이에 기인한다. 결론적으로 n-Screen을 이용한 클라우드 서비스를 제공하려는 기업들은 먼저 비즈니스 모델을 이해하고 자사의 고유역량을 극대화하여 수익원을 강화하고, 부가 수익을 창출하는 방향으로 기본전략을 잡아야 할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구를 통해 기존에 n-Screen을 사업에 활용하던 기업이나 신규로 n-Screen 사업을 시작하려고 하는 기업에게 비즈니스모델 측면에서의 인사이트를 제공하고 이를 기반으로 사업을 기획하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This paper proposes a novel method for feature selection for mass spectrometric proteomic data based on Random Forest. The method includes an effective preprocessing step to filter a large amount of redundant features with high correlation and applies a tournament strategy to get an optimal feature subset. Experiments on three public datasets, Ovarian 4-3-02, Ovarian 7-8-02 and Prostate shows that the new method achieves high performance comparing with widely used methods and balanced rate of specificity and sensitivity.

Research about business failure was focused on finding the reason of bankruptcy. This research tries to analyze reason and pattern of entrepreneurial failure. Based on 20 entrepreneurial failure cases, we figure out the reason of entrepreneurial failure, utilizing liability of newness and ERIS model. We find that start-up firms in Korea have liability of newness, such as lack of managerial capability, failure of R&D/commercialization, and difficulty of securing marketing channel. Also, we typologize 4 kind of entrepreneurial failure - Lack of preparation of business, failure of resource mobilization, absence of strategy, and failure of marketing.

In a fuzzy connectionist expert system(FCES), the knowledge base can be constructed of neural logic networks to represent fuzzy rules and their relationship, We call it fuzzy rule inference network. To find out the belief value of a conclusion, the traditional inference strategy in a FCES will back-propagate from a rule term of the conclusion and follow through the entire network sequentially This sequential search strategy is very inefficient. In this paper, to improve the above search strategy, we proposed fuzzy rule inference rule used in a FCES was modified. The proposed adaptive search strategy in fuzzy rule inference network searches the network according to the search priorities.

To sustain successful relations with its customers, an internet business enterprise has to understand precisely the difference between customers' behaviour and their purchasing behaviour pattern on its customer basis. For this purpose, I closely looked into what difference there was between a leading variable which had an effect on internet customer long-term orientation and a special variable depending on period of transactions To prove this research, I analyzed collected data in which customers had experienced in shopping at internet shopping mall and discussed strategic current issues about its analytic results.

The purpose of this study is to supply basic marketing information and establish marketing strategy on local market by analyzing related using behavior of lifestyle type and buying behaviour of local residents. On this viewpoint, we focused on identifying the lifestyle, shopping behaviour, and media usage pattern. For this research, we surveyed consumers living in Jecheon city and analyzed questionnaires by multivariate statistical analysis. Through empirical analysis, we derived overall lifestyle profiles including demographic traits, media usage, leisure pattern in each lifestyle types and marketing implications.

질병관리와 의료서비스에 있어서의 공공부문의 역할은 오래된 화두이다. 이번 학회에서도 중요한 주제로 자리매김을 하고 있는 데는 몇 가지 이유가 있을 것으로 사료된다. 첫째, 질병관리와 건강이 갖는 주제 자체의 중요성이다. 건강은 국민의 기본 권리이다. 국민의 기본 건강권을 유지, 향상시키는 데 있어서 질병관리와 의료서비스의 방향 모색은 시대와 장소를 불문하고 우선적으로 다루어져야 하는 주제임이 분명하다. 둘째, 공공보건의료를 전체 인구집단의 건강향상을 위한 총체적 활동으로 볼 때 건강위험요인의 변화와 질병패턴의 변화에 따라 인구집단이 필요로 하는 서비스의 내용이 변화되어야 한다. 그러므로 논의 당시의 시점에서 요구되는 공공보건의료 서비스의 내용을 검토하고 전략을 수립하는 노력은 주기적이고 연속적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. 셋째, 최근 공공보건의료에 대한 사회적 합의가 변화하는 가운데 공공부문의 역할에 대한 논의가 제기되고 있다. 과거 "공공보건의료에 관한 법률"에서는 공공보건의료 기관만을 공공보건의료 수행자로 정하고 있었으나 최근 수행자의 범위를 민간의료기관까지 확대시키는 개정작업이 진행 중이다. 이에따라 공공부문의 역할과 활동의 범위를 검토하는 기회가 필요하겠다. 본 원고에서는 발표자가 국립대학병원의 공공보건의료 활동과 지역사회 단위의 보건사업 활동에 참여하면서 직 간접적으로 경험한 내용을 중심으로 질병관리와 보건의료서비스 제공에 있어서의 개선점을 제안하고자 하였다.
