유행선도력에 따른 화장품 구매행동에 관한 연구

  • 하루가 다르게 점차 빨라지고 있는 유행주기와 동조성의 거부 즉 개성화추구현상이 두드러짐에 따라서 패션상품 및 화장품 구매행동도 변하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 시시각각 변화고 있는 소비자들의 소비태도와 유행추세에 따라 화장품 회사들의 다양한 판매촉진 전략 중에서 화장품 기획세트를 중심으로 심미적 가치관이 높고, 외모에 관심이 많은 20대 유행선도자들의 화장품 기획세트 구매동기와 구매태도, 구매반응, 구매실태를 알아본 후 본 연구를 바탕으로 화장품 기획세트 판매촉진의 효율적인 개발과 전략수립에 도움을 주고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 에이전트간의 통신이 불가능한 다중 에이전트 환경에서 각 에이전트들이 독립적이면서 대표적인 강화학습법인 Q-학습을 전개함으로써 서로 효과적으로 협조할 수 있는 행동전략을 학습하려고 한다. 하지만 단일 에이전트 경우에 비해 보다 큰 상태-행동공간을 갖는 다중 에이전트환경에서는 강화학습을 통해 효과적으로 최적의 행동 전략에 도달하기 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 이 문제에 대한 기존의 접근방법은 크게 모듈화 방법과 일반화 방법이 제안되었으나 모두 나름의 제한을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 다중 에이전트 학습 문제의 예로서 the Prey and Hunters Problem를 소개하고 이 문제영역을 통해 이와 같은 강화학습의 문제점을 살펴보고, 해결책으로 신경망 SOM 을 이용한 일반화 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 다층 퍼셉트론 신경망과 역전파 알고리즘을 이용한 기존의 일반화 방법과는 달리 군집화 기능을 제공하는 신경망 SOM 을 이용함으로써 명확한 다수의 훈련 예가 없어도 효과적으로 채 경험하지 못한 상태-행동들에 대한 Q 값을 예측하고 이용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

  • According to disclosure regulation, insider can hide their trading until disclosure day, because there be interval between trading time and disclosure time. To accommodate strategic trade, they have an incentive to be brought disclosure interval as long as possible. This research investigate whether strategical behaviour of informed traders using disclosure intervals exists in domestic stock market.ls xt, we aney he whether they can get abnormal return through stealth strategy after announcement date. We also evaluate the effect of mimicking trading on price impact with the assumption of existence of mimicking trading. Our major research results are as follows: In case of main shareholder without having no prompt disclosure duty, the frequency of trading started at the beginning of month is shown significantly higher than others. This result shows a direct evidence that informed traders buy or sell their equity strategically using disclosure intervals. Also, we find the result that the coefficient of strategic variables has highest value in middle size information. However, the empirical evidence that informed trader get abnormal return through strategic trading was not shown in this study. Meanwhile, stock price over-reacts for selling transaction on trading point and is recovered after disclosure date., so we assume possibility of mimicking trading exists in domestic stock market.

The Effects of Eating-out Customers' Customer Citizenship Behavior and Customer Badness Behavior on Service Employees' Emotional Dissonance and Job Burnout (외식고객의 고객시민행동과 고객불량행동이 서비스 종업원의 감정부조화와 직무소진에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines the effects of customer citizenship behavior and customer badness behavior on service employees' emotional dissonance and job burnout. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 338 foodservice employees. The overall findings were as follows. First, the customer citizenship behavior had a significant effect on the emotional dissonance of service employees. Second, the customer citizenship behavior had no significant effect on job burnout. Third, the customer badness behavior had a significant effect on the emotional dissonance. Fourth, the customer bad behavior had a significant effect on the job burnout. Fifth, the emotional dissonance had a significant effect on job burnout of service employees. These results confirmed the importance of customer citizenship behavior and customer badness behavior in the foodservice industry. This suggests that the customer badness behavior has a significant effect on the emotional dissonance and job burnout, leading to the deterioration of quality in the foodservice industry that pursues the unconditional suppression of service employees' emotion or customer-centered operating strategies. Therefore, strategic systemization is required in terms of promoting civil behavior on behalf of customers through positive interaction and induce contribution behavior through loyal service.

  • This study focus on the structural relationships among business strategies, its various execution types and business performances from the viewpoint of many managerial aspects. These many kinds of management activities are carried out in order to revitalize the E-Business system. The objective of this study is to find out the structural effect of this various kinds of managerial strategies on the practice type of knowledge management such as dynamic and behavioral approach. And also the effect of knowledge management activities on the business performance. The result of this study shows that management strategy for marketing, procurement/logistics and service has positive influences on systematic, behavioral approach as well as the knowledge execution types has positive influence on the management performances.

A Study on the Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy in the Relationship between Self-leadership and Job Attitude (셀프리더십과 직무태도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify whether there is a mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between self-leadership and organizational commitment, self-leadership and job satisfaction. Specifically, hypotheses were established and a research model was established that behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies, and constructive thought pattern strategies have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, self-efficacy among these variables. In order to analyze this, 239 copies of survey data were collected from general domestic companies and analyzed through SPSS 25.0. The mediating analysis was conducted in the manner proposed by Baron & Kenny(1986). As a result, among the sub-factors of self-leadership, behavior-focused strategies and natural reward strategies had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, but constructive thought pattern strategies had no causal relationship with organizational commitment. In addition, in the relationship between these variables, self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect. On the other hand, in the relationship between self-leadership and job satisfaction, only the natural reward strategies among the sub-factors of self-leadership showed a significant positive (+) effect, and behavior-focused strategies and constructive thought pattern strategies showed no causal relationship. Among these variables, self-efficacy was found to show partial mediation. Details and implications of the analysis results were dealt with in the conclusions and discussions of the study.

Effects of infant children Mothers' humor and ego resilience on Maternal behavior (영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 유머감각과 자아탄력성이 양육행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of the mothers' sense of humor, ego-resilience on the maternal behavior. 187 mothers of 24~36 month old children completed the questionnaires. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, Pearson's co-relation and hierarchical regression analysis were used. The results were as follows. First, concerning the mothers' personal variables, the mean of the sense of humor, ego-resilience, and maternal behavior were relatively high. Second, the mothers' sense of humor and its sub-scales, except as a copying strategy, and ego-resilience had a positive co-relation with the maternal behavior and its sub-scales. Lastly, the mothers' sense of humor and its sub-scales, and ego-resilience were significant variables to influence the maternal behavior. As stated above, the ways were discussed to improve the mothers' sense of humor and ego-resilience.

  • This study aims to figure out how the brand experience design elements works in the Shortform video-based branding through case analysis. The sense, feel, think, act, relate experience of Shortform video brand are provided through the implementation of specific experience design elements in the process of the creators expressing personality through social media channels and communicating and interacting with consumers. As a result, LIZIQI's food videos provided a brand identity as an 'Eastern gourmet' to consumers through the audiovisual stimulation of food in video, the cognitive reinforcement which is combined of identities and products, and the behavioral participation by web sites·electronic media. In addition, a strong brand relationship was established by sharing emotional ties using human factors and responsibility through co-branding. This can be extended to various Shortform video contents-based branding cases, and it will suggest a useful approach to the brand building strategy through strategic brand experience design elements.

Reinforcement Learning based Dynamic Positioning of Robot Soccer Agents (강화학습에 기초한 로봇 축구 에이전트의 동적 위치 결정)

  • 강화학습은 한 에이전트가 자신이 놓여진 환경으로부터의 보상을 최대화할 수 있는 최적의 행동 전략을 학습하는 것이다. 따라서 강화학습은 입력(상태)과 출력(행동)의 쌍으로 명확한 훈련 예들이 제공되는 교사 학습과는 다르다. 특히 Q-학습과 같은 비 모델 기반(model-free)의 강화학습은 사전에 환경에 대한 별다른 모델을 설정하거나 학습할 필요가 없으며 다양한 상태와 행동들을 충분히 자주 경험할 수만 있으면 최적의 행동전략에 도달할 수 있어 다양한 응용분야에 적용되고 있다. 하지만 실제 응용분야에서 Q-학습과 같은 강화학습이 겪는 최대의 문제는 큰 상태 공간을 갖는 문제의 경우에는 적절한 시간 내에 각 상태와 행동들에 대한 최적의 Q값에 수렴할 수 없어 효과를 거두기 어렵다는 점이다. 이런 문제점을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 로봇 축구 시뮬레이션 환경에서 각 선수 에이전트의 동적 위치 결정을 위해 효과적인 새로운 Q-학습 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 원래 문제의 상태공간을 몇 개의 작은 모듈들로 나누고 이들의 개별적인 Q-학습 결과를 단순히 결합하는 종래의 모듈화 Q-학습(Modular Q-Learning)을 개선하여, 보상에 끼친 각 모듈의 기여도에 따라 모듈들의 학습결과를 적응적으로 결합하는 방법이다. 이와 같은 적응적 중재에 기초한 모듈화 Q-학습법(Adaptive Mediation based Modular Q-Learning, AMMQL)은 종래의 모듈화 Q-학습법의 장점과 마찬가지로 큰 상태공간의 문제를 해결할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 보다 동적인 환경변화에 유연하게 적응하여 새로운 행동 전략을 학습할 수 있다는 장점을 추가로 가질 수 있다. 이러한 특성을 지닌 AMMQL 학습법은 로봇축구와 같이 끊임없이 실시간적으로 변화가 일어나는 다중 에이전트 환경에서 특히 높은 효과를 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 AMMQL 학습방법의 개념을 소개하고, 로봇축구 에이전트의 동적 위치 결정을 위한 학습에 어떻게 이 학습방법을 적용할 수 있는지 세부 설계를 제시한다.
