In the on-demand services like AOD(Audio On Demand) over the internet, existing operating systems cannot serve repeatedly requested data efficiently. This paper proposes a web cache architecture. It predicts the songs to be requested in near future, based on the intervals between the requests in the past on the same song and keeps the songs in the web cache. For the replacement strategy of the web cache, LFRR(Least Frequently Requested Recently) is proposed. LFRR replaces the song that has less probability to be requested in near future. The average of the intervals between the requests in the past and the new request is used as the probability of the requests. It is more likely to be requested in near future as the average is less. The web cache decreases the number of disk access extremely, and support to serve more users with restricted resources. From the simulation result based on the data at the AOD site currently operating, it is shown that the high performance enhancement is achieved.
This paper finds that the ultimate source of problems facing Korean mobile telecommunications such as excessive subsidies of handsets, waste of resources, and a vicious circle of expensive handsets and high prices for services, is bundling of handset and subscription. The analysis suggests that bundling causes consumers to confuse about prices of handsets and services, and firms focus on handset subsidy competition rather than on upgrading service qualities and lowering prices due to anti-competitive effects of bundling. Because most of the cost of bundling is passed on to consumers, the welfare of consumers decline. In particular, equality among consumers worsens due to price discriminations. To resolve these problems, unbundling of handset and subscription is a necessity. Mixed bundling allowing separate selling of handsets under bundling does not seem to work as a cure because bundling tends to be a dominant strategy. The best regulatory policy is a complete separation of handset and subscription.

The purpose of this study IS to suggest the failure factors and the success factors of technology-based startups(TBS). This study surveyed 327 startup companys on the general obstacles of starting business and the entrepreneurship policy of the Government. The failure factors of TBS are 1) overconfidence of TBS in their technology, 2) lack of cost management, 3) lack of concentration on the sales revenue of their activies, 5) many unplanned challenges, and 5) lack of strategic decision. And the success factors of TBS are 1) CEO's leadership having a clear business concept, 2) development of innovative products and services, 3) flat and flexible organization structure, 4) leveraging outside business resources and networks, and 5) strengthening the human resources by the hybrid agent.

This article aims to identify the selection attributes for developing korean-style industrial tourism. Evaluating attributes is the most important stage in consumer decision-making process and culture has a significant influence on this stage. This study is to analyze in the evaluation of selection attributes with the theory of industrial tourism and come up with developing tourism. a survey was conducted to the staff of travel agency in korea. Through factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, authors identified five factors(i.e. business, conveniences, tourism attraction, hospitality, property) were amenable to the industrial tourism, found that the most important attributes had the strongest influence on satisfaction level. According to the results of this study, author suggests that nationality of industrial tourism have an effect on evaluating selection attributes of the korean-style industrial tourism. therefore, nationality could be the basis of target marketing strategy.

Department of Health Services, under the Ministry of Health, Nepal has adopted the five year plan and Primary Health Care service as the main strategy to provide basic health service at the rural areas. However, development of the Specialized Services in the Urban areas, Human Resource Development, Management Strengthening and Investment of Private and External Sector are also highly entertained through its Liberalization Policy. But due to, Early Marriage, Superstitious Traditional Beliefs & behavior, Poor Sanitation of living, Poverty, Illiteracy, Lack of Supervision and Monitoring, High Density population in relation to arable land and Lack of Private and External Sector Investment, the Country is still suffering from high Fertility, Malnutrition, Infectious diseases and so high Death Rates. So Primary Health Care Services should be more emphasized than before; Community Financing, Private and External Sector should be highly involved; Manpower Development and Specialized Services should be most taken care; Management Skills be more strengthened and Evaluating the previous work and avoiding the mistake for the future program implementation should be well done. If these are improved, then the health will be definitely promoted to meet the Health Target of Nepal.

This paper proposes a cloud system model for incorporating the existing Records Management System (RMS), Archives Management System (AMS), and Central Archives Management System (CAMS) into a cloud-based national records management system. To do this, research on concrete and stepwise ways to transform AMS, including CAMS, into a cloud computing environment was carried out. This study developed a cloud system design strategy and goal model to integrate national records-related systems into a single cloud system to share and utilize information resources, manage them efficiently, and reduce costs. In particular, this study analyzed technical security and operational security that are exposed in the cloud environment and suggested measures to solve them. As a result, cloud computing technology can be applied to achieve low-cost and high-efficiency effects.

Cooperation between school libraries and public libraries is one of strategies to use the libraries'resources effectively and foster an educational role of librarians by providing good services to children and young adults. According to analysis results of the questionnaire on their cooperation, they sympathize necessary of cooperation between school libraries and public libraries and consider programs and materials as the most necessary part of mutual cooperation. They recognize that lack of awareness and attention obstructs their coordination in common. The teacher librarians promote the programs and services for children and young people of the public libraries, the public librarians also introduce their programs to the school libraries and discuss purchasing and providing educational materials with the teacher librarians. Finally, they assist that assignment of professional workforce and network operation are necessary to improve inter library collaboration.

Mobile communication systems define user state transition mechanisms in order to manage radio resources and battery power efficiently. In the state transition mechanism, a state with a higher energy consumption inherently offers a shorter access delay, so there is a tradeoff between the energy and delay performances. In this paper, we analyze the user state transition mechanism of UMTS by considering the bursty traffic attributes of mobile applications. We perform a numerical evaluation for both the energy consumption and the activation delay by Markov modeling of the state transition mechanism, and investigate their tradeoff relationship as functions of operational parameters. The resulting energy-delay tradeoff curves clearly show an achievable performance bound of the user state transition mechanism and also offer an optimal operation strategy to minimize the energy consumption while guaranteeing the delay requirement.

In the present work, we reviewed feed mycotoxin-related research and provide potential strategies to overcome feed mycotoxin issues. Cereal grains and cereal byproducts are most easily contaminated by fungus. Fungi in feed ingredients produce secondary metabolites such as aflatoxin, deoxynivalenol, and zearalenone, which are commonly found in feed ingredients. These mycotoxins in animal feeds and ingredients are regulated in many countries. Dietary mycotoxins have detrimental effects on immune systems and growth performance in pigs. A major harmful effect of dietary mycotoxin is reduced feed intake, resulting in deficient energy and nutrient intake and eventually depressed growth of pigs. The reduced energy and nutrient intake may be overcome possibly by increased energy and nutrient concentrations. Dietary supplementation of some mycotoxin binders may reduce the detrimental effects of mycotoxins. However, the effects of mycotoxin binders especially on deoxynivalenol and zearalenone have been reported to be variable depending on classes and concentration of mycotoxin, environmental condition, and type of mycotoxin binders.
This study attempted to segment food festival market based on delineated motivation and find factors and find the difference attendants' characteristics among segment market. The study also explored the influence of motivation factors on satisfaction. The results shows that The results are followings : (1) Derived factors of food festival attendance motivation were 'food', 'escape', 'familey togetherness', 'entertainment'. (2) A cluster analysis identified three segments for four motivation factors. Three segments were found to be different according to age, income, the number of company, and information source. (3) Four motivation factors had significant influence on satisfaction. food factor's influence was the highest. and 'family togetherness', 'escape', 'entertainment' are ranked accordingly.
