전력기기 내부의 부분방전 측정시 방전형태의 분석에 대해서

  • 본고에서는 절연체 내부에서 일어나는 부분방전에 대해서 간략하게 검토한후, 부분방전의 측정 및 대표적인 전력기기의 부분방전 허용치에 대해서 논하고자 하였다. 특히 부분방전의 측정 부분에서는 부분방전 측정기의 오실로스코프 상에 나타난 펄스 파형 해석에 중점을 두어, 기기 외부에서 발생하는 잡음에 의한 오실로스코프 상의 펄스 파형을 구분하게 함으로써 정확한 부분방전의 측정에 도움을 주고자 하였다.

  • 저자파가 인체에 미치는 영향을 개설하고 불필요한 전자파 잡음이 산업기기에 오동작을 일으켜 산업재해를 유발시킬 수 있다는 것을 간략히 설명하였다. 전자파가 우리들의 일상생활에 도움을 주기도 하며 건강을 해치기도 하고, 심지어는 불필요한 전자파가 2차재해를 유발하여 생산현장 근무자의 생명까지 앗아가기도 한다. 이러한 불요 전자파를 적절히 제어 운용하기 위하여 우리는 모든 지혜를 동원해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

  • A computer program for noise analysis of the audio circuit is developed. The application of the program to the equalizer, low frequency amplifier of radio circuit and cascaded amplifier show good results. The general noise analysis method for cascade operational amplifier is presented. The noise spectral power density is calculated for a resonator active filter.

  • 본고의 내용은 다음과 같다. 1. 고전압 송전계통에서는 맥동하는 형태의 코로나 만이 RI에 영향을 미치며, 이들 펄스 형태의 코로나에 대해서 약술하였다. 2. 현재까지의 RI 분석법을 소개하였으며, 이들 중 코로나 자체의 확률적 특성때문에 통계적 방법만이 보다 합리적인 분석 방법임을 강조하였다. 3. 특정한 선로에 대해서 각 RI 분석법에 따른 RI 계산 결과를 비교하였다.

  • American Electric Power회사에서 건설항 미국최초의 A.C 765kV송전선과 변전소에서 일련의 159회에 달하는 개폐시험과 기타시험을 상업운전에 앞서 시행하였다. 여기서 얻은 광범위한 Data, 즉 여러 조건하에서의 개폐서어지전압, 기기특성, 과전압억제방법, Radio장해 및 가청잡음등에 대해 설계치와 비교검토하였으며 그 결과를 여기에 제시한다.

  • As the integration of circuit components increases steadily, various EMS(Electromagnetic Susceptibility) problems have emerged from integrated circuits and electrical systems. The electromagnetic susceptibility of VCOs(Voltage Controlled Oscillator) is especially critical in RF systems. Therefore, in this paper, through the phase noise theory that models electrical oscillators as linear time variant systems, the EMS characteristics of representative VCO -ring VCO and LC VCO- with 1.2 GHz of reference oscillating frequency are analyzed under the existence of the electromagnetic noise coupled in power supply. An simulation algorithm is developed to extract impulse response function based on the phase noise theory. When there is no supply noise, the magnitude of the jitter of two oscillators were similar to around 2.1 ps, but in presence of supply noise, the jitter was significantly lower in LC VCOs than ring VCOs.

A Study on Intrinsic Noise of Capacitively Coupled Active Electrode (용량성 결합 능동 전극의 내부 잡음 분석)

  • The indirect-contact ECG measurement is a newly developed method for unconstrained and nonconscious measurement in daily Life. This study is the first step to reducing the large background noise appearing in indirect-contact ECG. This study built the thermal noise model of capacitively coupled active electrode which is used in indirect-contact ECG. The results show that the level of thermal noise estimated by the thermal noise model is much the same as that of actual background noise for the capacitively coupled active electrode alone. By applying the actual electrical properties of a sample cotton cloth to the thermal noise model, the theoretical level of thermal noise in the indirect-contact ECG was estimated. The results also show that the level of op-amp's intrinsic noise is so small that it can be negligible in comparison with thermal noise of resistors. The relationship between the level of thermal noise and the resistance of the bias resistor was derived, and it is the base for the further study how to choice the optimal resistance for the bias resistor.

Cancellation Scheme of impusive Noise based on Deep Learning in Power Line Communication System (딥러닝 기반 전력선 통신 시스템의 임펄시브 잡음 제거 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose the deep learning based pre interference cancellation scheme algorithm for power line communication (PLC) systems in smart grid. The proposed scheme estimates the channel noise information by applying a deep learning model at the transmitter. Then, the estimated channel noise is updated in database. In the modulator, the channel noise which reduces the power line communication performance is effectively removed through interference cancellation technique. As an impulsive noise model, Middleton Class A interference model was employed. The performance is evaluated in terms of bit error rate (BER). From the simulation results, it is confirmed that the proposed scheme has better BER performance compared to the theoretical model based on additive white Gaussian noise. As a result, the proposed interference cancellation with deep learning improves the signal quality of PLC systems by effectively removing the channel noise. The results of the paper can be applied to PLC for smart grid and general communication systems.

RF Transceiver Design and Implementation for Common Data Link (공용 데이터링크 RF 송수신기 설계 및 구현)

  • This paper is about the RF transceiver designed and implementation for common data link. The trasmitter is configured as a frequency up-converter, a power amplifier and a duplexer. The receiver is configured as a duplxer, a frequency down-converter and a low noise amplifier. The maximum transmission distance, the reception sensitivity is designed to meet the electrical and temperature characteristics and the like. Using a modeling and simulation in order to meet the requirements of the RF transceiver has been designed and implemented. Transmitting output power and Noise Figure has been measured with 38.58dBm and 5.5dB, respectively. All of the electrical and temperature specifications was meet. Was confirmed all of the requirement specification by electrical characteristics test and temperature characteristics test.
