A Dynamic assignment model for Dynamic Traffic Management in AM Peak (오전 첨두시의 동적 교통관리를 위한 동적 통행배정모형에 관한 연구)

  • A dynamic transportation management should be applied specially in AM peak because AM peak is more critical than PM peak in traffic volume and demand. AM peak trip can be characterized by commuting and schooling. which have the high level of usage on public transportation, and constraint on arrival time. So transportation management applied in AM peak could deal with a mode choice and an arrival time constrain. Researchers were involved in the dynamic transportation assignment models for management of congested traffic network. But, there were no models which considered a mode choice and an arrival time constrain should be included in management of AM peak. So there are limits to use exist models to control and analyze AM peak traffic. In this study, it is proposed the combined dynamic transportation model, considering a mode choice and the start time selection with arrival time constrains, based on Ran and Boyce's model. The proposed model is verified the compatibility by applying to the newly designed time space expanded network. The result shows that proposed model consistent with dynamic user optimal travel pattern. From this we certificate the applicability of the proposed model to control and analyze AM peak traffic.

  • As the needs for alternative energy and renewable energy increase, there has been a lot of investment in developing wind energy, which does not cause air pollution nor the greenhouse gas effect. Wind energy is an environment friendly energy that is unlimited in its resources and is possible to be produced wherever the wind blows. However, since wind energy heavily relies on wind that has unreliable characteristics, it may be difficult to have efficient energy transmissions. For this reason, an important factor in wind energy forecasting is the estimation of available wind power. In this study, Gunsan wind farm data was used to compare ARMA model to neural network model to analyze for more accurate prediction of wind power generation. As a result, the neural network model was better than the ARMA model in the accuracy of the wind power predictions.

  • 새만금에서 농업용수의 안정적인 확보를 위해서는 새만금호의 수질관리가 절대적으로 필요하며 농업비점오염 부하량이 총인기준으로 52~72%를 차지하는 것을 고려할 때 농업비점오염 관리는 중요하다. 이에 "새만금유역농업비점오염 저감기법 개발 연구"를 통해 논과 밭 등의 농업비점 오염원별 최적관리기법 개발을 목적으로 모니터링 연구가 수행되었다. 유역규모 물수지 및 물질수지 분석에 있어서 논은 전체 농업용수의 60%를 차지하고 있다. 특히 농업비점오염 중에서 논은 물고 및 담수심의 관리에 따라서 기타 토지이용과 상이한 유출특성을 보인다. 따라서 유역규모에서 논으로부터 발생되는 비점오염의 시공간적인 부하량의 변화를 예측하기 위해서는 반드시 논에서의 물관리와 시비관리에 따른 수량과 수질의 유출특성에 대한 분석이 선행되어야 한다. 물관리 및 시비관리 방법에 따라 논으로부터 발생되는 오염부하량이 수질에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서는 논에서의 물수지 및 물질수지 모니터링 기법이 활용될 수 있다. 하지만 모니터링 접근 방식은 오랜 시간과 많은 비용을 필요로 하는 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 고려되어 지고 있는 여러 저감기법들 중에서 농업비점오염물질의 유출에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 가장 적합한 저감기법 (Best Managment Practices, BMPs)을 선정하기 위해서 다양한 수학적인 모형들이 사용되어 왔다. 비점오염 관리는 오염물질이 오염원에서 발생되는 양 자체를 줄이거나 또는 오염원으로부터 수체에 이르기까지의 과정에서 운송을 차단시키는 방법들을 활용하고 있다. 따라서 논에서의 비점오염 모델링 또한 논에서의 유출 특성 및 질소와 인과 같은 영양물질과 관련된 기작을 고려한 모형들이 선택 및 적용되어야 한다. 논에서의 물관리 및 시비관리를 고려할 수 있는 모형들로는 CREAMS-PADDY, GLEAMS-PADDY, PADDYMOD, APEX와 같은 모형들이 개발되어 사용되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서 논으로부터의 비점오염 부하량 예측을 위해 사용되어 온 모형들의 장단점을 비교 분석하고 적합한 모형들을 동일한 시험포장에 적용하여 논 비점오염관련 모형들의 국내 적용성을 제시하였다.

A Stochastic Simulation Model for the Precipitation Amounts of Hourly Precipitation Series (시간강수계열의 강수량 모의발생을 위한 추계학적 모형)

  • The objective of this study is to develop computer simulation model that produces precipitation patterns from stochastic model. The hourly precipitation process consists of the precipitation occurrence and precipitation amounts. In this study, an event cluster model developed by Lee and Lee(2002) is used to describe the occurrence process of events, and the hourly precipitation amounts within each event is described by a nonstationary form of a first-order autoregressive process. The complete stochastic model for hourly precipitation is fitted to historical precipitation data by estimating the model parameters. An analysis of historical and simulated hourly precipitation data for Seoul indicates that the stochastic model preserves many of the features of historical precipitation. The autocorrelation coefficients of the historical and simulated data are nearly identical except for lags more than about 3 hours. The precipitation intensity, duration, marginal distributions, and conditional distributions for event characteristics for the historical and simulated data showed in general good agreement with each other.

A Empirical Study on the Relevance of Technology Finance Supporting Business for Technologically Innovative SMEs (혁신형 중소기업 기술금융 지원사업의 적절성에 대한 실증연구)

  • A relevance of supporting business of technology financing for technologically innovative SMEs is strongly required for its continuous expansion and development. This study analyzes empirically whether the selection of recipient firms from technology financing have been performed in accordance with its objectives and purposes. Results show that the probability of receiving technology financing is more likely to increase with higher technology rankings and higher operating income ratio. On the other hand, the probability of obtaining financing might be decreased gradually, as the size of capital and age of the firm are increasing. Results also show that technology rankings and firm's major characteristics are found to affect significantly on the decision-making of technology financing. Several useful comments are suggested to improve the relevance of the technology financing since the correct classification rate, which explains the appropriateness of the model, is not at high level. In addition, technology rankings are not uncorrelated with the amount of financing in regression analysis. These research results will contribute to ensure the appropriateness and credibility of the technology financing decision-making.

Applying Ensemble Model for Identifying Uncertainty in the Species Distribution Models (종분포모형의 불확실성 확인을 위한 앙상블모형 적용)

  • Species distribution models have been widely applied in order to assess biodiversity, design reserve, manage habitat and predict climate change. However, SDMs has been used restrictively to the public and policy sectors owing to model uncertainty. Recent studies on ensemble and consensus models have been increased to reduce model uncertainty. This paper was carried out single model and multi model for Corylopsis coreana and compares two models. First, model evaluation was used AUC, kappa and TSS. TSS was the most effective method because it was easy to compare several models and convert binary maps. Second, both single and ensemble model show good performance and RF, Maxent and GBM was evaluated higher, GAM and SRE was evaluated lower relatively. Third, ensemble model tended to overestimate over single model. This problem can be solved by the suitable model selection and weighting through collaboration between field experts and modeler. Finally, we should identify causes and magnitude of model uncertainty and improve data quality and model methods in order to apply special decision-making support system and conservation planning, and when we make policy decisions using SDMs, we should recognize uncertainty and risk.

  • 최근 기후변화와 기상이변으로 예측하지 못한 게릴라성의 국지성호우로 인해서 과거 장마와 같은 피해가 아닌 변화된 강우패턴으로 막대한 피해가 나타나고 있다. 또한, 이러한 게릴라성 호우는 예측 또한 어려운 경향을 나타낸다. 이러한 피해를 방지하기 위해 단기유출 예측을 위해 사용되는 다양한 모형들 가운데 GRM(Grid based Rainfall-runoff Model)을 사용하였으며, GRM모델은 단기유출해석에 사용되며 국내에서 개발된 물리적 기반 모형이다. 본 연구에서는 한강의 하류인 청미천 유역을 대상으로 강우-유출 분석을 진행하였으며, 환경부의 11개 기상관측소의 자료를 이용한 티센망도 기반의 면적강우량으로 산정하였고 이를 GRM에 적용하였다. 강우자료의 Event 선정기간은 2011년 6월 29일부터 2011년 7월 1일까지 86.83mm 강수가 내린 Event이다. 공간자료는 국토지리정보원의 90M DEM(Digital Elevation Model), 농촌진흥청의 정밀토양도와 토심, 환경부 환경공간서비스의 대분류 토지이용도를 이용하였다. 또한, 검정을 위해서 정형우도인 NSE, 비정형우도인 Log-normal 우도를 이용하여 분석하였으며, 각각의 결과값은 NSE 0.966, Log-normal은 -1214.97의 값을 나타냈다. 추후, 다양한 적합지표를 이용하여 GRM의 강우패턴별, 유역별대표매개수가 산정된다면 홍수방어를 위한 강우-유출 모형으로 매우 유용하게 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

Development of Traffic Accident Frequency Model for Evaluating Safety at Rural Signalized Intersections (지방부 신호교차로 안전성 판단을 위한 사고예측모형 개발)

  • Even though accident frequencies in roadway segments have been decreasing since 2000, there has been increasing the number of vehicle crashes at intersections. Due to this increase, safety problems at intersection recently started to be regarded as significant issues. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of road conditions, traffic operational conditions, and other influencing condition on intersection safety. Then a traffic accident frequency prediction model to evaluate the safety at intersections was developed based on the correlations between influencing factors and vehicle crashes. In this research, critically significant factors affecting vehicle crashes at rural four-legs signalized intersections were investigated. It was found that Poisson regression was the best fit method to developing a accident frequency modeling using the collected data in this study. Through this study, it was concluded that exclusive left turn lane, crosswalk, posted speed, lighting, angle, and ADT are significant influencing factors on the intersection safety.

  • The interest in SLA in accordance with the development of IT outsourcing has increased due to the rapid development of information systems. Moreover, an awareness and necessity for the Information System Operating Audit has increased while an effective IT service management operations for information systems is needed desperately. However, information system operations and maintenance instructions of the National Information Society Agency operates due to the current information system operation, but the experience and the interpretation of the auditor determine the decision in the field. This paper introduces an operating audit model for the efficient management. This model is derived from the Korea Information Society Agency's operating instructions of the Information Systems Audit and their inspection services. The audit checklists were derived from the areas of service planning, service delivery, service support, and service management. Consequently, the operating audit model was proposed, and the suitability of this model was verified by experts' opinions on the survey.

  • The study was designed to investigate implicit and explicit memory effec representations of bilinguals. Hierarchical model of bilingual information processing word naming and translation tasks in the context of semantically categorized or rar Experiments 1 and 2, bilinguals first viewed stimulus words and performed naming or tr then implicit and explicit memory tasks. In experiment I, word recognition times(exp were significantly faster for semantic category condition than random category condi naming task and lexical decision taskOmplicit memory task)showed no difference in e experiment 2, naming task and exlicit memory task showed categorization effect but fOWE a and implcit memory task showed no categorization effect. These findings support the which posits that memory representations of bilinguals are composed of two independer a and one common conceptual store.
