신제품으로 개발 중인 초소형 CMOS RF 전압 제어발진기(VCO) IC 에 대한 공인된 시험 규격은 현재 개발되어 있지 않다. 또한 제조업체들은 고유의 시험방법을 보유하고 있을 것이나 공개하지 않고 있는 실정이다. 한편 일부 해외 제조업체에서 국제 규격인 IEC 또는 JEDEC 을 기준으로 시험방법을 제시하고 있지만, 이러한 시험규격들은 개별 부품을 솔더링하는 하이브리드 공정을 이용하여 제작된 VCO 를 대상으로 한 것이다. 그러므로 CMOS 반도체 공정을 이용한 IC 형으로 개발 중인 VCO 를 평가하기에는 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 신개발 부품인 CMOS RF VCO IC 에 대한 신뢰성 시험 및 평가 기준을 수립하고, 신뢰성 확보를 위한 신제품 개발 단계에서의 신뢰성 평가 프로세스를 개발하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the conditions of disability facilities in universities and to improve disability facilities for disabled students. First, we selected six universities in Jeollabukdo and categorized their accommodations into exterior connection facilities, interior facilities, sanitation facilities, guidance facilities, and other facilities. We evaluated their fidelity to guidelines on accommodations under the convenience enhancement act for students with disabilities. The physical environment of the universities generally did not fit the guidelines, and they did not provide an appropriate environment for students because of inconvenient utilization and lack of management, even though they were equipped. Universities should make a greater effort to improve and expand the accommodations to establish a consumer-centered higher-education environment. This can be done by universal design and enhancing the fidelity for an advanced higher-education environment and students with disabilities.

최근 GIS의 발달로 지리정보를 정확하게 분석한 후 각종 수리 해석에 활발히 적용되고 있다. 수문지형학(Hydrogeomorphology)은 Rodriguez-Iturbe(1971)가 유역의 지형학적 인자를 기초로 하여 순간단위도를 유도하는 방법을 제시하는 것을 시작으로 Rodriguez-Iturbe와 Gonzalez-Sanabria(1982)가 지형학적 순간단위유량도(GIUH, Geomorphologic Instantaneous Unit Hydrograph) 매개변수와 유효우량만으로 함수를 표시하는 지형기후학적 순간단위유량도(GcIUH, Geomorphoclimatic Instantaneous Unit Hydrograph)를 유도하여 오늘날까지 발전해 오고 있다. GIS를 활용한 돌발홍수 및 지형학적 지형 기후학적 순간단위도 유도 및 한계유출량에 관한 연구에서 Sweeney(1992)는 돌발홍수능의 표준적인 산정 알고리즘을 제시하였고, Carpenter 등(1999)은 GIS와 연계하여 돌발홍수능을 산정하는데 중요한 한계유출량 산정방법에 관해 연구하였으며, 국내에서는 김운태 등(2002)은 GIS를 이용한 미소유역 규모의 한계유출량 산정 시스템을 개발한 바 있으며, 황보종구(2007)는 국내 유역에 적합한 GcIUH 산정방안에 관한 연구를 수행한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국건설기술연구원에서 1995년부터 운영해 온 설마천 유역에 대하여 GIS 기법을 활용하여 강우-유출 해석시 GcIUH의 매개변수를 산정하여 유역에 적합한 돌발홍수 기준우량을 산정하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. GIS 기법의 적용결과를 통해 산정된 설마천 유역의 지형학적 특성은 <표 1>과 다음과 같다. 한편, 돌발홍수의 개념에서 한계유출량( )은 소하천의 제방을 월류하기 시작하여 홍수를 일으키기 시작할 때의 유효우량으로 정의되며, 유역전반에 걸쳐 균등하게 내리는 단위유효우량으로 인해 발생하는 직접유출 수문곡선이므로 제방이 가득 찬 상태의 유량 즉, 제방이 월류하기 시작할 때의 유량은 등류상태의 흐름을 해석하는 Manning의 공식으로부터 산정할 수 있으며(Chow et al., 1988), 설마천 유역의 경우 50년 빈도 홍수량에 해당하는 수위와 한계유량을 산정하였다. 향후 2011년 홍수 분석을 통해 한계유량 및 기준우량의 적합성을 평가하고 이를 바탕으로 설마천 유역의 돌발홍수예측을 위한 기준우량의 산정 등을 통해 산지 특성을 고려한 돌발홍수예측시스템 프로토타입을 개발하고자 한다.

최근 약학계에서 동일한 활성 성분을 가지면서 용량만이 다른 제제의 개발이 증가되고 여러 개의 제제에 대한 생물학적 동등성 시험의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라, 중앙약심은 한 회사에서 개발된 제품으로서 동일한 활성 성분을 함유하고 용량만이 다른 두 가지 시험약에 대하에 동시에 시험을 행할 경우에 한하여 $3\times3$ 라틴방격법에 의한 생물학적 동등성 시험에 인정하기로 하였다. 이를 계기로 이영주 등(1998)은 온덴세트론 제제에 대한 생물학적 동등성 실험에서 $3\times3$ 라틴방격법을 적용하고 그 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 이용주 등(1998)에 의해 제시된 기준에 대하여 통계적으로 재 고찰하고, 지존의 $2\times2$ 라틴방격법에 비해 상대적으로 길어진 총실험시간으로 인한 높은 결측치의 발생 가능성을 보완할 수 있는 3$\times$2 균형불완비블록계획법을 제시하고 분석방법과 적합성을 논의한다.

The increase of social interest for the e-Learning industry leads to the increase of e-learning contents and the system providers which are targeted at private education companies and public institutions. As the e-Learning is used in various areas, the evaluation for evaluation criteria and suitability are needed to provide a high-quality service and reliability. Previous works suggested the evaluation criteria for quality certification, however, the technical evaluation criteria are not provided. In this paper, we suggest the technical evaluation criteria for quality certification of e-Learning contents and describe the detailed features. Through the proposed work, we can establish the technical evaluation criteria and suggest detailed evaluation items for them by providing examples. It is expected that the proposed study is able to be utilized in e-Learning industry, if the policy is reflected and notified according to the feedback of the results of the trial service.

This study examines the access index to the development of immersive contents suitable for elementary school users. The findings of this study can be used as a correct development guide for companies participating in the production of virtual reality sports room contents, by providing users with an effective content experience of education and physical exercise based on the immersive content of sports, physical education, and convergence learning linked with various sensor technologies. As for the research method, this study selected content developed based on the standardization guide of the supporting institution. Through research using expert advice, interviews with sports managers, and content experience survey, this study derived a content access standard index of the virtual reality sports room. Finally, the study verified the developed contents through advanced development applying the production standard indicators.

산업안전보건법 시행령 개정('93.11.20. 대통령령 제14010호)과 관련된 내용을 정비하고 경제행정규제완화작업의 일환으로 평소 안전관리가 양호한 사업주에 대하여 안전ㆍ보건교육실시 의무를 일부 면제하는 등 기업의 부담을 덜어주며,유해ㆍ위험작업을 수행할 수 있는 자의 자격 기준을 일부 조정하는 등 그간의 여건변화로 현실성이 결여된 제도를 산업안전보건환경의 변화에 적합하도록 일부내용을 보완ㆍ게선하는 것을 골자로 한 「산업안전보건법 시행규칙」,「산업안전기준에 관한 규칙」,「산업보건기준에 관한 규칙」,「유해ㆍ위험작업의 취업제한에 관한 규칙」,이 개정ㆍ공포됨에 따라 이에 개정된 규칙들의 신ㆍ구조문 대비표를 수록하여 도움을 주고자 한다.

In domestic and international, evaluation of product with Common Criteria(CC) for security product estimation is expanding standard of product estimation. This expansion is due to multi aspects of product versions. However, it is very difficult to approach the most suitable form of security estimation guide in the developer's perspective, because estimation basis presented to developers is indefinite. With this pending dilemma, we are presenting a composition product introduce definite security standard for information security products.

해상교통안전진단은 해상교통안전에 영향을 미치는 사업으로 발생할 수 있는 항행안전 위험 요인을 전문적으로 조사 측정하고 평가하기 위해 도입되었다. 이에 사업자는 안전진단대상사업에 대하여 안전진단을 할 수 있는 안전진단대행업자에게 안전진단을 의뢰하며, 안전진단대행업자는 해상교통안전진단기준, 안전진단서 작성기준 및 안전진단항목별 기술기준에 따라 안전진단을 실시하고 안전진단서를 작성하여야 한다. 하지만, 제출된 안전진단서는 안전진단서 작성의 적합성을 포함하여 안전진단서의 보완 등이 필요하여 심사/평가에 영향을 미치고 있는 실정이다. 이에 관련 규정에 따른 현 안전진단서의 실태를 분석하고 안전진단 실시 및 안전진단서 작성 향상을 위한 안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine validity of the Korean-Child Behavior Checklist: K-CBCL) as measures for emotional and behavioral problems for use with children with autism spectrum disorders. In present study, the factor of the K-CBCL was investigated, using data of 248 children with autism spectrum disorders, with 11.17 mean ages. The two factor model of Internalizing problems (Withdrawn, Somatic Complaints, Anxious/Depressed) and Externalizing problems (Delinquent Behavior, Aggressive Behavior) was investigated by the confirmatory factor analysis. The two factor model of K-CBCL was adequate for children with autism spectrum disorders. The inter-item consistency for the sub-factor of K-CBCL demonstrated on adequate reliability of the measure. Although the inter-item consistency of Withdraw, Social problems, Delinquent Behavior was not acceptable, the inter-item consistency of Internalizing, Externalizing and total problems were good. This results supported validity and reliability and suggested that K-CBCL is used to assess for emotional and behavioral problems in children with autism spectrum disorders.
