A Infiltration Analysis in Unsaturated Porous Layer with Permeable Sidewalk Block (투수성 보도블록에서의 불포화 투수층 침투 해석)

  • 현재 도시유역의 홍수피해를 경감시키기 위한 방안으로 우수유출 저감시설에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 침투형 우수유출 저감시설의 경우 침투량 산정에 필요한 여러 인자 중 토성에 의해 저감 능력에 많은 차이를 보이고 있으며, 강우시 침투로 인한 토양내 함수비의 변화와 선행강우 조건 등에 의해 정량적인 분석이 어려워 활용도가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2009년 국립방재연구원에서 시행한 침투실험 자료의 조건과 동일하게 투수계수 및 형상이 다른 두 종류의 투수성 보도블록 A, B와 토양내 선행강우의 유무에 대하여 표 1과 같이 검증 케이스로 구분하고, 4 가지의 강우강도로 모의 조건을 설정한 후 불포화 투수층의 침투해석을 실시하고 실험결과를 이용하여 모의결과에 대한 검증을 시행하였으며, 모의 결과의 검증을 뒷받침하기 위하여 통계적인 적합도를 나타내는 평균제곱오차(RMSE), 평균편차비율(PBIAS), 모형 효율성 계수(NSE), 지속성 모형효율성 계수(PME)을 산정해 보았다. 검증 결과 그림 1과 같이 투수성 보도블록 B의 형태가 투수성 보도블록 A의 형태보다 적합도가 높게 나타났고, 50mm/hr의 강우강도에서 변동성이 크게 나타났으나, 50mm/hr를 제외한 나머지 강우조건에서 양호한 적합도를 보였으며, 선행강우가 있는 조건이 선행강우가 없는 조건에 비해 높은 적합도를 나타내었다.

The impact of suitability between competitive strategy and organizational culture on performance by balanced scorecard perspective (경쟁전략과 조직문화의 적합성이 균형성과표 관점별 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • In order for a strategy established by a company to be implemented efficiently, it must be supported by an appropriate organizational culture. This means that if a firm has an organizational culture suitable for strategy implementation, performance can be enhanced. This study divides competitive strategy into cost leadership strategy and product differentiation strategy, and organizational culture into hierarchical/rational culture and consensual/development culture. Based on 122 questionnaires collected through KOSPI listed manufacturing companies, the results of the empirical analysis on the effect of suitability between competitive strategy and organizational culture on performance by balanced scorecard perspective are summarized as follows. First, it shows that the cost leadership strategy and the hierarchical/rational culture are more fit. Specifically, The high suitability between the cost leadership strategy and the hierarchical/rational culture has a positive effect on the performance of the balanced scorecard perspective(excluding performance by learning and growth perspective). Second, The high suitability between the product differentiation strategy and the consensual/development culture has a positive effect on the performance of the balanced scorecard perspective. The results of this study suggest that it is important to form a corporate culture that can lead to changes in the beliefs and behaviors of organizational members in accordance with the competitive strategy in order to successfully implement the strategies established by the company.

Effects of Person-Organization Fit and Person-Job Fit on Occupational Commitment, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intentions of Cooks (조리사의 개인-조직 적합성과 개인-직무 적합성이 직업 몰입, 조직 몰입, 이직 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of person-organization fit and person-job fit on occupational commitment, organizational commitment and turnover intentions among cooks in the foodservice industry. Data were collected by a total of 210 cooks at restaurants in the Seoul and Kyunggi area. The analysis of AMOS was used to test the causal model. The results indicate that the person-organization fit was positively related to occupational commitment and organizational commitment. The person-job fit was also found to correlate positively with occupational commitment and organizational commitment. Occupational commitment was positively related to turnover intentions while organizational commitment was negatively related to turnover intentions. Implications of the results and limitations of the study were discussed.

CEO's Innovation DNA and Innovation : Fit of Environment (경영자 혁신DNA와 혁신 : 환경 적합성)

  • Most innovation related theories including entrepreneurship theory regard the CEO's innovative competencies as the starting point of innovation. The study was investigated the relationship between CEO's innovation DNA and Innovation and the effects of environmental fit in their relation. For the empirical test, the sample was collected from 110 manufacturing companies in Daegu and Gyeongbook region. The results as follows: First, Innovation DNA has generally significant positive effect on innovation. The effect of discovery DNA is stronger than operating DNA to the product innovation, but the operating DNA stronger than the discovery DNA to the process innovation. The fit between CEO's innovative DNA and exogenous environmental turbulence make a strength innovation. The supplementary fit between discovery DNA and technology turbulence and complementary fit between discovery DNA and market turbulence reinforce product innovation. Process innovation were strengthen by the complementary fit between operating DNA and market turbulence.

  • Recently, it is entering the hyper connectivity age due to the development of sensor and communication technology. In particular, it is emerging new industries such as the IoT, bigdata, cloud by convergence with the ICT and other industries. Because these industries are high the gravity of the software, the demand for software manpower is increasing rapidly. But university curriculum don't deviate from the traditional curriculum, and lack of positive response to these changes is occurring a mismatch with the industry demand. In this paper, investigate a software curriculums of the four-year university, and will attempt to investigate the perception about the university software course of the corporate perspective. Also, we draw a on-site fitness of universities training course by analysis of importance on software training courses between universities and businesses. Finally, we propose a strategy model for software training course design appropriate for the field.

The Impacts of ERG Factors on Organizational Attachment: Focused on the Mediating Effects Job Fit (ERG요인이 조직애착에 미치는 영향: 직무적합성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This research emphasized that the importance of ERG elements such as existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs. Moreover, it focused on verifying the effects of these three elements on organizational attachment through person job fit. In addition, the mediating role of person job fit was clearly identified as a key variable that can lead to organizational attachment. To verify this, an empirical analysis was conducted on workers engaged in state-owned company, service, manufacturing, and distribution industries in Korea. Through empirical analysis, it was found that all three elements of ERG improve person job fit. Furthermore, person job fit was found to increase the level of organizational attachment. Thus, it was found that person job fit played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the three elements of ERG and organizational attachment. This research also identified which element has the strongest influence on person job fit. Through these results, practical implications were presented and future research directions were discussed.

The Effect of the fit between Innovation Strategy and Company Characteristics on Innovation Performance (혁신전략과 기업특성 간의 적합성이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the fit between innovation strategy and firm characteristics on innovation performance. We conducted surveys for venture companies in the Southeast region, The results of multiple regression analysis based on 135 questionnaires are as follows : First, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and social network level, the higher the innovation performance. Second, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and management control system level, the more positive effect on innovation performance. Finally, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and innovation culture, the higher the innovation performance. This result implies that the enterprise characteristics should be designed and operated in accordance with the innovation strategy implementation.

  • The purpose of this study was to positively examine whether people with physical disabilities participation behavior model of sport for all applying the theory of planned behavior was appropriate for explaining the participation behavior of sport for all and to investigate the effects of causality within the variables. For this study, a questionnaire was designed base on the contents of measuring total five sub variables drawn from Lee Hyun Su's(2011) via an expert conference. Through validity and reliability verification, the final questionnaire was developed. For data analysis, used PASW statistics 18.0, this study conducted Cronbach's α analysis and exploratory analysis to verify the questionnaire's validity and reliability. It also used SEM and CFA as well utilizing AMOS Ver. 7.0. The results of this study were shown below. First, according to the result of verifying the appropriateness of this study model, the model for this study was found to be appropriate since its evaluation indexes for the appropriateness of a model, such as Normed χ2, RMR, IFI, TLI, CFI, and RMSEA, satisfied the criteria for acceptance. Second, there was significantly positive (+) effect of behavioral attitudes on behavioral intention, subjective norms on behavioral intention, perceived behavioral control on behavioral intention, behavioral intention on actual behavior, and perceived behavioral control on actual behavior.

  • 한국어 형태소 분석 및 품사 부착에 대한 연구는 지속적으로 이루어져 왔으며 규칙 기반 방법, 통계 기반 방법 등을 중심으로 연구되었다. 본 논문에서는 최근 활용도가 높아지고 있는 모바일 기기에 적합한 한국어 형태소 분석 및 품사 부착 방법을 제안한다. 모바일 기기는 계산 처리 능력과 사용 가능한 메모리가 제한되기 때문에 전통적인 방법을 사용하여 형태소 분석 및 품사 부착을 수행하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 규칙 기반 형태소 분석 방법인 좌최장일치법을 변형하여 형태소 분석을 수행 하고, 통계적인 방법인 hidden Markov model 을 축소하여 형태소 품사 부착을 수행한다. 제안하는 방법은 기존의 hidden Markov model을 사용한 시스템과 유사한 성능을 보여주며 모바일 기기에 적합하도록 소량의 메모리 사용과 월등히 빠른 속도로 형태소 분석 및 품사 부칙을 수행할 수 있다.

Marginal and internal fit of all ceramic crown using the replica technique and the triple-scan protocol (Replica technique과 Triple-scan protocol을 이용한 지르코니아 전부도재관의 변연 및 내면 적합도에 관한 비교 연구)

  • This study was conducted to compare the marginal and internal fit of all ceramic crown using the replica technique and the triple-scan protocol. Materials and methods: Twenty zirconia ceramic crowns were fabricated using titanium abutment model. All crowns were divided into two groups of 10 each, depending on the replica technique and the triple-scan protocol. The internal and marginal fit of 10 zirconia ceramic crowns were measured at 17 points for each specimen using the replica technique. The other 10 ceramic crowns were measured using the triple-scan protocol. Statistical analysis was performed by t-test (${\alpha}=.05$). Results: The mean and standard deviation of marginal and internal fit were significantly different between the replica technique ($49.86{\pm}29.69{\mu}m$) and triple-scan protocol ($75.35{\pm}64.73{\mu}m$, P<.001). The mean and standard deviation of internal fit except marginal fit were $58.38{\pm}31.77{\mu}m$ and $64.00{\pm}46.43{\mu}m$, respectively (P>.343). Conclusion: There was a statistically significant difference in the marginal fit measured by the two methods. However, there was no statistically significant difference in the internal fit between the two methods.
