건설산업의 여건변화와 향후 기술정책 방향

  • UR협상에 따라 민간건설시장이 `95년에, 공공건설시장이 `97년에 개방되면 기술력이 강한 선진국이 국내시장에 진출함으로써 자본력과 기술력이 약한 국내업체가 도산하거나 이들이 하도급 업체로 전락할 우려가 있다. 그러나 건설업체가 기술개발에 주력하여 국제경쟁력을 갖추게 되면 국내건설시장보다 50배이상 큰 국제시장에 진출하여 건설산업이 70$\~$80년대와 같이 국가경제발전에 크게 기여할 수 있는 계기를 마련할 수도 있다. 기술개발의 주체가 민간기업이므로 향후 건설기술의 정책은 민간기업이 기술개발에 주력할 수 있는 여건을 조성하는데 초점이 맞추어질 것이다. 민간기업의 기술개발 촉진을 위하여는 신기술지정제도 등 기존의 여러 가지 인센티브제도를 보강하는 한편, 현재 가격중심인 입찰$\cdot$계약제도를 기술중심으로 전환하여 기술력이 우수한 업체를 우대할 것이다. 아울러 적산제도와 시방서 등의 제기준을 국제규범화하고 외국업체의 국내 진출시 예상되는 각종 클레임 문제에 대하여도 대응방안을 마련할 것이다.

난분해 PAHs의 화학적산화에 의한 유사기질동시대사 (Analogue Substrate Cometabolism by Chemical Oxidation of Recalcitrant PAHs)

  • The effect of chemically oxidized intermediates of Polynuclear Aromatic Hydrocarbon (PAH) compounds on the degradation of the parent PAHs was characterized and evaluated for the context of cooxidation. Anthracene and pyrene exhibited extensive degradation (mean percent removal of 57.5%) after 28 days of incubation by introducing the Fenton oxidation intermediate of the PAH compounds, while unoxidized anthracene and pyrene exhibited 12.5% removal The chemical oxidation products can serve as a structually similar analogue substrates for a consortia of soil microorganisms and as a metabolic intermediates in the biodegradation sequence of the parent PAH compounds. These results may be interpreted in the context of cooxidation mechanism whereby high recalcitrant PAH compounds are biodegraded in the soil and suggest a potential tool for bioremediation of PAHs contaminated soils and protection of groundwater.

  • 본 논문에서는 식물공장에서 사용할 수 있는 파장별 광원제어가 가능한 조명장치의 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 식물의 생장에 필수적인 광원의 파장에 따라 생장에 다양한 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 식물 생장에서 필요한 다양한 파장의 빛을 공급할 수 있는 식물공장용 조명시스텡을 개발한다. 조명시스템은 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용하여 적, 청, 녹색 3색 LED를 PWM제어하여 광량과 세기를 제어하고, 공급된 광량을 적산하여 조사된 광량을 확인할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 조명 시스템은 태양광 이용형 식물공장의 보조광원으로 사용 가능하며, 완전제어형 식물공장에서 사용이 가능하다.

  • The objectives of this study were to compare the development of compressive strength of epoxy resin mortars used as repairing materials with respect to maturity, and to propose a predictive model for strength development of epoxy resin mortar. A series of tests were carried out for the hardener contents of 30, 40 and 50 percentage of resin and compressive strength were measured at the of 6, 12, 24, 72, 120 and 168 hours respectively under temperature of 0, 10, 20 and 3$0^{\circ}C$. The datum temperature was estimated by measured strength, and the maturity is calculated with the estimated datum temperature. The compressive strength of epoxy resin mortar could be predicted by regression analysis from the maturity-compressive strength relationship.

  • This study, by analyzing autogenous shrinkage of high-strength mortar according to changes of curing temperature, examined whether or not predictive autogenous shrinkage by an accumulated temperature method can be calculated. As a result, it could be known that dependency of autogenous shrinkage on temperature can be examined, but the autogenous shrinkage amount according to accumulated temperature was similar before and after the early $100 ^{\circ}D{\cdot}D$ and, after that, the difference in shrinkage amount by curing temperature was large.

  • This research performed strength improvement analysis after evaluating strength characteristics by estimated temperatures to evaluate the real time strength performance of 50 to 80 MPa high performance concrete equipped with heat resistance, and the results are as follows. The lesser W/B and the lesser target slump flow value difference, compression strength was shown to increase, and the more curing temperature becomes, the strength increased accordingly. According to the correlation review result of strength improvement analysis by estimated temperature change performed using logistic analysis model, the compression strength value predicted with logistic curve expression and the compression strength value measured in experiment were shown to have similar correlation, and the strength improvement analysis value by logistic model was shown to be estimated good when W/B is high.

  • This paper proposes an advanced digital kwh-meter, which records voltage management data, load management data as well as the existing kwh data. This meter supports the requests from DRMS (Distribution Remote Management System) which include kwh meter reading, voltage management data reading, and load management data reading request, it can enhance greatly the economics of the existing remote meter reading system. Also it can improve highly the quality of power supplied to the electric customer by minimizing the voltage management cost and by enhancing the efficiency of load management.

  • This paper proposes a DRMS(Distribution Remote Management System) based on the advanced digital kwh-meter. The proposed URMS is designed so as to be able to collect the voltage management data, the load management data as well as the used kwh data from advanced kwh-meter remotelly. It makes the integrated management of distribution system possible and enhances highly the economics of the existing remote meter-reading system based on the only used kwh-data. Also it can improve highly the quality of power supplied to the electric customer by minimizing the volt age management cost and by enhancing the efficiency of load management.
