2010년에는 국내에 Smart Phone이 확산되면서, Smart Phone은 단순한 음성통신정보 전달 이외에 기존의 인터넷 PC가 정보를 전달 할 수 있는 전자책, 영화, 음악, 콘텐츠 영역으로 확장되고 있다. 하지만 Smart Phone 사용자들은 멀티미디어 저작권 콘텐츠를 불법으로 이용하고 있다. 또한 이동통신 단말로서 Smart Phone관련 범죄 증거의 생성, 저장된 디지털 증거는 증거의 활용도가 높아 모바일 포렌식 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서 Smart Phone에서 저작권 위반 내용들을 전자책, 영화, 음악, 콘텐츠 영역으로 조사한다. 저작권 위반 Smart Phone 증거자료를 추출하고 분석하기 위한 SYN 방식과 JTAG 방식을 연구한다. Smart Phone SYN 방식과 JTAG 방식으로 Smart Phone의 저작권 위반 자료를 추출하여 복원하고, 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 저작권위반 단속 기술 향상과 포렌식 수사 기술 발전에 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.

Smart Phone with domestic demand increasing rapidly, the utilization of multimedia services have become diverse. Smart Phone users use the copyrighted multimedia contents illegally from hacking their Smart Phone with Jail Breaking and Rooting. Legal issues according to the Korea-U.S. FTA. and high relevance with crime as mobile communication terminal, the utilization of created and saved digital evidence is high, the mobile forensic evidence study is required. This paper studied method and notice of legal seizure and search assuming the Smart Phone copyright violation. Research the status of Smart Phone copyright violation and related violation by category as broadcasting, movies, music, e-book etc. Research the method of submit a report to the court by applying techniques to forensic. The results of this research will contribute to the provide of Smart Phone crime evidence and mobile forensic technology.

본 연구는 저작권 보호를 위한 홍보를 본 수용자들의 저작권에 관한 인지도와 저작권 침해가 줄어드는 효과가 있는지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 최근 인터넷의 일상화에 따른 온라인에서의 저작권자와 수용자들 간에 법적 공방이 잦아지고 있고, 디지털 상품의 유통의 경로가 확대되고 있다. 이는 국내 뿐 만아니라 국외에서도 마찬가지로 저작권에 관하여 많은 사회적 이슈가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 저작권 보호를 위한 캠페인과 광고를 각종 매체에서 다양한 형태로 홍보를 하고 있다. 하지만 현실상 수용자들은 저작권 침해를 빈번하게 하고 있으며, 저작권법에 대하여 무지한 상태에서 저작권법 위반으로 고소되는 경우가 생겨나고, 강력해진 법적조치에 따른 반감을 사고 있다. 이에 관하여 저작권 보호를 위한 홍보의 현황을 알아보고, 계획적 행동이론(TPB)에 적용하여 저작권 보호를 위한 홍보가 저작권 보호 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 홍보 매체에 따른 차이가 있는지 알아본다.

글자체(폰트)는 저작권으로 보호받지 못하지만 글자(폰트)프로그램은 저작권법 컴퓨터 프로그램 보호 규정에 따라 저작물로 보호된다. 저작권법이 글자체 그 자체는 보호하지 않지만, 컴퓨터프로그램으로 보호하는 양극간의 괴리 때문에 폰트 제작 회사가 무리한 법적용을 폰트 사용 편집회사들에게 주장하는 경우가 자주 발생하고 있다. 본고에서는 폰트 프로그램의 저작권 적용 범위를 확인하고 위반이 되는 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우를 구별한 뒤, 폰트 제작 회사의 실제 사례를 예로 들어 문제점을 밝혀보기로 한다.

As a lot of education information are increasingly utilized in the educational sector, there is a consequent increase in the number of cases that file an action against the violation of the copyright law. Copyright education is provided to teachers in diverse ways, but they aren't well aware of it actually. The purpose of this study was to examine the copyright knowledge of teachers in a bid to determine whether they knew well about what they had to do or not. The subjects in this study were 349 elementary school teachers. After their knowledge was evaluated, it's found that they were different from one another in copyright knowledge according to their experiences of producing educational contents rather than educational experiences about copyright. Although they ever received education on copyright, they were better knowledgeable about that when they actually made use of educational information at their own request. The findings of the study suggested that down-to-earth, authentic and context-specific copyright education would be more effective than just theoretical one.

The study aims to examine the UCC (User Created Contents) Copyright which use the broadcasting contents. UCC are classified by UGC(User Generated Contents), UMC(User Modified Contents), and URC(User Recreated Contents). Especially UMC and URC correspond to a problem of copyright. Following the Copyright Protection Center investigation in 2006, it reported that 83.7% UCC are infringement of copyright. In spite of remarkable the UCC copyright problem, the concrete resolution does not exist. Also it is difficult to apply the offline legal conformity because of online nature of the UCC. The study observes the UCC copyright dispute instances which use the broadcasting contents and investigates a resolution of the UCC copyright. Considering the online media nature, it tries to analyse CCL(Creative Common License) as the ODR(online Dispute Resolution). It is meaningful to search the possibility of UCC copyright problem through the online technical embodiment.

Open source software is used in various ways when developing new softwares all around the world. It requires rights and responsibilities as a form of an open source software license. Because the license is a contract between original software developers of the open source software and users, we must follow it and extremely cautious to avoid copyright infringement. In particular, we must verify license compatibility when we develop new software using the existing open source softwares. However, license violation issues always occur and lead to lawsuits so that they are having an adverse effect on the open source software ecosystem. Thus, in this paper, we propose a method, OSLC-Vid, to identify license violations whether compatibility issues exist between open source softwares. The proposed method is verified by the experiments to detect actual license violation cases.

Currently, the market of digital contents such as e-books, cartoons and webtoons is growing up, but the copyrights infringement are serious issue due to their distribution through illegal ways. However, the technologies for copyright protection are not developed enough. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the NSS-based publication classification method for copyright protection. Using histogram calculated by NSS, we propose classification method for digital contents using SVM. The proposed algorithm will be useful for copyright protection because it lets us distinguish illegal distributed digital contents more easily.
