This study proposes a strategy to attract visitors by analyzing the justification for hosting the 2027 Summer World University Games in Chungcheong, Korea, as well as by assessing the internal and external factors to promote regional development. Using Environmental Analysis as the diagnostic approach, we focus on strength/opportunity (SO), strength/threat (ST), weakness/opportunity (WO), and weakness/threat (WT) analyses. SO analysis show that a matching strategy of mid- to long-term cooperation among the four cities and provinces in Chungcheong and development of local sports by promoting its linkages to science, and industry offer best strategic use-value. ST analysis shows that optimal infrastructure development and establishment of competition management strategies in preparation for non-face-to-face engagement make balanced regional development possible. WO analysis shows the need for rearrangement and renovation of outdated sports facilities, development of programs linked to convergence sports tourism products, efficient and strategic attraction activities, and promoting sustainable development of bed town cities. WT analysis suggests that the imbalance in regional development due to expansion of sports facilities, insufficient cultural contents in tourism, and tourism demand fluctuation are potential problems. Follow-up studies can focus on deeper analysis of the possibility and attractiveness of hosting the Summer World University Games in Chungcheong, Korea using qualitative methods such as focus group interviews and in-depth interviews with stakeholders and local residents.
Water accounts for the largest proportion of body weight and is an essential element for the physiological functioning of the human body. According to 2013-2017 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) data, the average water intake of Koreans was 2,167.3 mL/day and 62% of them did not meet the Dietary Reference Intakes for Koreans (KDRIs) for water. However, the consumption of beverages is continuously increasing. KDRIs sets the adequate intake (AI) for water, but tolerable upper intake level (UL) and chronic disease risk reduction intake (CDRR) are not provided. Compared to 2015, the AI of total water from both food and fluids in the 2020 KDRIs slightly increased or decreased according to age. The AI for children 1-2 years old, boys 6-8 years and 9-11 years old, and girls 6-8 years old decreased by 100 mL/day, while that of boys 12-14 years old increased by 100 mL/day. The AI of total water was the sum of the water intake from food and fluids reported by the KNHANES, with an extra milk intake of 200 mL/day. Therefore, it is not appropriate to use the AI of total water intakes for the reference of beverage intakes. It is preferable to consume water or milk rather than beverages containing sugar and others including caffeine, sodium, etc. when drinking fluid water. We suggest the following improvements in the future KDRIs for water: improving the adequacy of the water content ratio of Korean conventional foods, supplementing the fluid water intake survey, reflecting the current water intake status by life cycle, setting KDRIs for water for the elderly considering the physiological changes, health status and dietary habits, and promotion of research on the relationship between water intake and health for Koreans.
Objective : Among the studies using neglect interventions in the field of occupational therapy, this study was conducted to confirm the contents and characteristics of literature applying single-subject studies, and to analyze the intervention effect and quality level. The main goal of this study is to investigate influence of trust in physical education (PE) teachers and immersion experience in PE classes on attitude and satisfaction during PE classes. Total 863 middle school students in Gwang-ju metropolitan area were recruited by utilizing a convenience sampling method. All data were analyzed by using SPSS statistic program ver. 25.0 (frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis). Alpha was set at 0.05. The results of this study is summarized as in the following. First, all sub-factors of trust in the PE teachers partially positively or negatively influence sub-factors of attitude during PE classes. Second, sub-factors of satisfaction during PE classes were partially positively affected to trust in the PE teachers. Third, Attitude during PE Classes were found to have partial positive influence on immersion experience in PE classes. Fourth, sub-factors of immersion experience in PE classes have partial positive effect on the sub-factors of satisfaction during PE classes. Thus, in order to the positive attitude and greater satisfaction during PE classes, it is important to establish the trust of PE teachers through maintaining interaction with students, constructing better systemic class, and creating the class conditions based on considering students' ability. In addition, in order to enhance immersion experiences of students during PE classes, it is necessary to set up learning goals and tasks based on ability of students, to study various teaching method, and to make only focusing on the performance based PE classes without grading.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of each lower trapezius muscle exercise performed according to the abduction position (Y type - shoulder joint abduction 145 °, T type - shoulder joint abduction 90 °, and MPC type - shoulder joint 45 ° abduction) of the shoulder joint on the muscle activity of the round shoulder and lower trapezius muscle. Methods : This study was conducted on 31 adult men and women. Through random assignment, they were assigned to the Y group, T group, and MPC group. A 4-week intervention was performed for each group of 31 subjects who participated in the experiment, and shoulder height and lower trapezius muscle activity were measured before and after the intervention. Shoulder height measurement is a test to measure rounded shoulder posture. When the value is low, it means that rounded shoulder posture is improved. The muscle activity of the lower trapezius muscle was measured using the %MVIC method, and when the value is high, it means that the lower trapezius muscle is active. All measured data were verified using dependent t-tests for before and after comparisons and one-way analysis of variance for comparisons between groups. Results : The results of this study showed a significant decrease after intervention only in shoulder height. Muscle activity of the lower trapezius muscle decreased after intervention, but did not show a significant difference. Both variables showed no significant differences between groups. Conclusion : The results of this study show that three lower trapezius muscle exercises were performed on subjects in rounded shoulder posture. All three groups showed a significant decrease in the shoulder height value, a method of measuring rounded shoulder posture, and no significant differences between groups could be confirmed. Therefore, all three exercises can be considered effective in reducing shoulder posture.
In this study, When acquisition thyroid scintigraphy images, a parallel hole collimator was applied, and the difference from the pinhole collimator was quantitatively analyzed under each image acquisition condition. Visual size, resolution, sensitivity, signal to noise ratio (SNR), and contrast to noise ratio (CNR) were evaluated using thyroid phantom and point source. When comparing visual size, it was confirmed that an image similar to the size of the pinhole collimator could be obtained only when a magnification ratio of about 2.00 to 2.09 times when applying a parallel hole collimator. There was no tendency in FWHM(mm) measurement using a point source, and sensitivity was high in the parallel hole collimator. SNR and CNR were high when using a low magnification ratio, matrix size of 128×128, and a parallel hole collimator. In images of similar size to the naked eye, when the matrix size was the same, both SNR and CNR were high in the pinhole collimator. Therefore, when performing a thyroid scintigraphy test, if appropriate conditions are set according to the situation of each hospital and a parallel hole collimator is applied, it can be a good option in terms of equipment utilization and work efficiency.
This study conducted to confirm the effect of college students' individual tendencies and psychological variables on the depth of chest pressure during CPR. For this, the depth of chest compression during CPR was measured after investigating individual tendencies, fatigue, performance confidence, and performance anxiety in 127 college students. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using individual propensity and psychological variables as independent variables and chest compression depth as dependent variables to identify factors affecting chest compression depth. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to confirm the correlation between variables. As a result of the analysis, the higher the performance confidence, the deeper the chest compression depth, and the higher the performance anxiety, the lower the chest compression depth(p<0.05). The depth of chest pressure showed a positive correlation with individual tendencies, performance confidence, while it showed a negative correlation with fatigue and performance anxiety(p<0.01, p<0.05). Based on these results, it is necessary to increase performance confidence and lower performance anxiety in order to perform the correct chest compression depth. For this, various efforts such as program development, education and research are required.
