Effects of rehabilitation trainer's perfectionism and self-efficacy on subjective quality of life (재활트레이너의 완벽주의와 자기효능감이 주관적 삶의 질에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between perfectionism, self-efficacy, and subjective quality of life of rehabilitation trainers. For this purpose, 206 questionnaire results were obtained from rehabilitation trainers working in hospitals and rehabilitation exercise centers located in the metropolitan area. The SPSS statistics were analyzed with the program, and the following results were obtained. First, in the relationship between perfectionism and self-efficacy of rehabilitation trainers, the sub-factor of perfectionism was used as an independent variable and body confidence, which is a sub-factor of self-efficacy, was used as a dependent variable. explained. Second, in the relationship between perfectionism and the physical ability of self-efficacy, self-orientation, people oriented, and social self-confidence were significantly explained. Third, in the relationship between perfectionism and subjective quality of life, subjective quality of life was significantly explained in self-orientation, people orientation, and social loading. Fourth, in the relationship between self-efficacy and subjective quality of life, subjective quality of life was significantly explained in terms of physical ability and body confidence. Through this study, it is judged that the relationship between perfectionism, self-efficacy, and subjective quality of life has a significant relationship, and subsequent research is needed.

Development of Taekwondo Trainer System for Improvement of Training Effects (훈련효과 향상을 위한 태권도 트레이너 시스템의 개발)

  • In this paper, we developed a digital Taekwondo trainer system based on the electronic protector was authorized by the World Taekwondo Federation for the improvement of user's training effects and athletic performances. Our system consists of E-Kick Bag with sensors for sensing hits, taekwondo trainer program and receiver for interconnection of E-kick Bag to program. Taekwondo trainer system also has an advantage to improve training effects and athletic performances such as hit-accuracy and reaction velocity by appointing a hitting target for users with 6 LED indicators. The taekwondo trainer program is a user interface to provide training courses such as progress training of response time and stamina, preparation training for real sparring by training scenario. It has also characteristics which are to strengthen and supplement user's pros and cons by analyzing hitting intensity and accuracy from training. In this paper, we implemented a test targeting eight taekwondo players on the playing list include a member of the Korea national team and conducted a survey in order to evaluate the utility of our system.

Effects of Positive Psychological Capital of Fitness Center Trainers on Emotional Labor and Job Ability (피트니스센터 트레이너의 긍정심리자본이 감정노동, 직무능력에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of positive psychological capital of fitness center trainers on emotional labor and job ability. For this purpose, as a convenient sampling method, 265 questionnaires were conducted by directly visiting a fitness center in the metropolitan area, and item analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were applied to the collected data. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, in the relationship between positive psychological capital and emotional labor, it exerted a meaningful influence on hope and optimism in deep acting and superficial acting. Next, in the relationship between positive psychological capital and job competency, leadership ability is self-efficacy, hope, management ability is optimism, hope, counseling ability is hope, optimism, self-efficacy, PR ability is self-efficacy, optimism, and program operation ability is optimism. exerted a significant influence on elasticity. In relation to emotional labor and job competency, counseling ability exerted a significant influence only in deep acting, and in leadership ability, management ability, PR ability, and program operation ability, deep acting and surface acting exercised a significant influence. In the future, it is necessary to study the characteristics and properties of trainers as emotional labor and follow-up studies on improvement measures.

Norm-referenced criteria for strength of the elbow joint for the korean high school baseball players using the isokinetic equipment: (Focusing on seoul and gyeonggi-do) (등속성 장비를 이용하여 한국고교야구선수 주관절 근력 평가기준치 설정: (서울 및 경기도 중심으로))

  • The purpose of this study was to establish norm-referenced criteria for the isokinetic strength of the elbow joint in Korean high school baseball players. Two hundred and one high school baseball players participated in this study, none of whom had any medical problem with their upper limbs. The elbow flexion/extension test was conducted four times at a speed of $60^{\circ}/sec$. The HUMAC NORM (CSMI, USA) system was used to obtain the values of the peak torque and peak torque per body weight. The results were presented as norm-referenced criterion valuesusing the 5-point scale of Cajori which consists of five stages (6.06%, 24.17%, 38.30%, 24.17%, and 6.06%). In the results of this study, the peak torques of the elbow (flexor and extensor?) at an angular velocity of $60^{\circ}/sec$ were $37.88{\pm}8.14Nm$ and $44.59{\pm}11.79Nm$, and the peak torque per body weight of the elbow (flexor and extensor?) were $50.06{\pm}8.66Nm$ and $58.28{\pm}12.84Nm$, respectively. The reference values of the peak torque and peak torque per body weight of the elbow flexor and extensor were setat an angular velocity of $60^{\circ}/sec$. On the basis of the results analyzed in this study, the following conclusions were drawn. There is a lack of proper studies on the elbow joint strength, even though the most common injury in baseball players occurs in the elbow joint. Therefore, we need to establish a standard muscle strength in order to prevent elbow joint injuries and improve their performance. The criteria for the peak torque and peak torque per body weight established here in will provide useful information for high school baseball players, baseball coaches, athletic trainers and sports injury rehabilitation specialists in injury recovery and return to rehabilitation, which can beutilized as objective clinical assessment data.
