의료기관의 정보화 수준이 높아짐에 따라 권한 없는 자의 정보 접근 및 유출, 진료정보 및 개인정보의 손실이나 파손, 환자 안전에 대한 위협 등 여러 가지 정보보호 리스크 요인이 대두되고 있다. 의료기관이 취급하고 있는 의료정보는 환자 개인을 식별할 수 있는 개인정보뿐만 아니라 개인의 사생활보호 차원에서 신중하게 취급해야 하는 매우 민감한 진료 정보를 포함하고 있으므로 정보보호의 중요성이 매우 크다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 개인의료정보를 컴퓨터와 네트워크를 통해 처리하는 의료기관의 정보보호 수준 제고가 매우 중요하고 시급한 과제로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 의료기관 정보화의 진전과 원격의료/재택의료의 발전, 국가보건의료정보 인프라 구축, e-Health 및 유비쿼터스 건강관리 시대의 도래 등과 같은 중대한 의료정보 패러다임의 변화 속에서 정보보호의 이슈와 해결방안을 모색해 보았으며, 의료정보보호 수준제고를 위한 정책방향을 제시하였다. 개별 의료기관뿐만 아니라 국가 차원의 의료정보 인프라 구축 사업 추진 시에도 본 연구에서 제안한 의료정보 보호 수준제고 방안이 적용되어 정보화의 효율성과 정보보호가 균형을 이룰 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

우리나라를 비롯한 선진국들의 고령화 추세와 맞물려 재택의료와 같이 의료기관과 전문인력이 배제된 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 의료행위에 대한 수요가 크게 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 이를 위한 다양한 검사와 진단방법이 개발되고 있는데, 주요 검사대상으로 사용되는 혈액의 전처리 과정은 매우 중요한 첫 단계이다. 전력이 공급되지 않는 상황에서 비전문가가 중대형 장비에 의존하지 않고 최소한의 시간에 혈액을 특정 검사 직전 단계까지 처리하는 방법에 대해 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본고는 현장의료에 있어서 혈액 전처리의 중요성과 필요성 및 이와 관련된 시장을 살펴보고, 특히 혈구 제거를 위해 현재까지 보고된 매우 폭넓고 다양한 방법 중 대표적인 국내외 사례들과 ETRI의 연구결과들을 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 재택형 한방 진단기기를 개발하기 위한 단계별 연구과정 중 혀의 영역 추출과 색상 분석을 통해 질환을 진단할 수 있는 설진 시스템 개발 기법에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 우리나라는 초고령화 사회를 맞아 의료비 증가로 인한 사회적 부담과 대체의학에 대한 의존도가 증가되고 있으며 이를 해결하기 위해 영상 처리 기술과 한방 진단 기법의 연계를 통한 설진 시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 통상 인체의 생체 신호를 반영하여 나타내어 주는 곳은 홍채나 혀, 오관 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 중 혀를 통해 인간의 생체 신호에 대한 결과를 반영하여 건강 상태에 대한 정보를 제공해 주는 설진(舌診)을 네트워크 기반의 재택형 한방 진단 시스템으로 개발하고자 한다. 특히 본 논문은 한방 유비쿼터스 의료 시스템 개발을 위한 전체 시스템 중 혀 영역 추출과 색상으로부터 질환에 대한 정보를 제공하여 주는 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 끝으로 실험에 의해 제안한 방법의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.

Nowadays is the increasing percentage of the aged in the population. Advanced age shows concern at own health status. So it is needed the home medical instrument which is cheap and connectable to hospital with a LAN or a public network In this paper, We have implemented a ECG (Electrocadiogram) terminal. The ECG terminal is composed of two parts. One is the analog board to remove the baseline drift. The other is the digital board consists of a data aquisition part and data transmission part. The ECG terminal doesn't have the display region to show a ECG curve and uses the modified digital filter to remove the power noise. The ECG terminal transmits a ECG signal with a LAM using TCP/IP. So ECG signal can be seen by the Central Patient Monitor Program connected TCP/IP network.

언제 어디서나 예방, 진단, 치료, 사후 관리의 보건 의료 서비스를 제공하는 Ubiquitous-Healthcar(U-HC)는 최근 초보적인 단계로 IT기술과 의료 시스템이 결합된 원격 또는 재택 진료 시스템이 선을 보이고 있다. 하지만 원격 의료 시스템의 개인 신상 및 바이오 유출은 환자의 프라이버시 침해의 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 원격 의료 정보 시스템의 인증을 강화하기 위하여 Telebiometrics X.tsm과 X.tai 표준을 기반으로 하는 바이오 인식 기반 원격의료 정보 시스템의 사용자 인증 모델의 예를 제시하고 Telebiometrics의 X.tpp를 기반으로 시스템에서 발생 할 수 있는 취약성 및 위협을 분석한다.

본 논문에서는 무선공중망을 이용하여 재택 혹은 원거리에서도 환자의 상태를 확인하고 감시함으로써 의료서비스의 이동성을 제공하기 위한 의료정보 무선전송 시스템을 제안하고, 시뮬레이션 하였다. 제안한 방법은 응급상황 발생 시 의료정보를 디지털 데이터로 변환하여 PDA와 같은 이동형 단말에 전송함으로써 신속한 응급처치 등이 가능토록 한다. 시뮬레이션은 이동 무선채널환경에서 신뢰성 있는 의료정보의 전송을 위하여 IEEE 802.11a에 근거한 OFDM/QPSK 전송방식을 사용하였고, AWGN과 3-ray 이동 다중경로 페이딩 환경에서 신뢰성 있는 정보전송을 위하여 콘볼루션 코딩을 적용하여 시스템 성능을 분석하였다.

This study is focused on the developing of the telecommunication technique for the analysis on the social changes. In the scope and method of this study there must invalve following three items; change living environment, solution of medical problom, solution of education problem. The results of this study is as follow: First, telecommunication technique policy must be constructed in Korea. Second, digitalizing interchange machine and wire network must be promoted, presenting the development and establishment direction of B-ISDN. Third, the telecommunication policy in future must be able to unify all the networks.

Modern society is living in material affluence after the Industrial Revolution. Meanwhile, consumer needs, in conformity with product diversification, are also being diversified. Modern consumers, unlike those of the past, are trending towards individual consumption that satisfies emotion and values instead of simple goal-oriented consumption. A model case is that of Starbucks. Starbucks has grown into the global coffee franchise it is today through emotional marketing that sells an atmosphere that is unique to Starbucks, consisting of store decorations, store music, employee service, and charming coffee aromas that are identical in every store anywhere in the world. Because this method is marketing that stimulates human emotion, it is assigned to and appeals to human senses and sensitivity. In other words, the charm of emotion marketing is that it draws out consumer emotion, produces positive reactions towards products, and leads to consumption. The utilization of emotions for products or service differentiates brand image and is becoming a key method in reinforcing brand royalty. In particular, more importance is being placed on customer service to strongly impress consumers. Intangible service is becoming the best way to impress customers.
