최근 무형자산의 중요성과 함께 많은 선진기업들은 지속적인 가치창출을 위한 전략수립 및 수행절차를 통해 경쟁우위를 갖는데 노력하고 있다. BSC는 기업의 전략을 전사조직 차원에서 실행 시킬 수 있는 기반을 조성하며, 기업의 자원을 핵심역량에 집중시켜 전략의 실행력을 구체화하기 위한 경영기법 중 하나로 자리잡고 있으며, 이미 국내 다양한 공공 및 민간부문에서 BSC도입을 통해 기업전략과의 연계를 강화해 나가고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 특정산업에 따라 각 산업의 특성을 고려한 BSC기반의 CSF(사업핵심성공요소)와 KPI(주요성과지표) Pool에 대한 실질적인 연구는 다소 미흡한 실정이다. 국내 건설업인 경우, 관리의 복잡성으로 인해 아직까지 재무적 손익 중심의 성과측정에 주로 의존하고 있으며, 비재무적인 측면의 다양한 성과지표를 포함하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설산업에 적합한 BSC관점을 고려한 건설업의 CSF/KPI Pool를 제시하고 도출된 CSF가 기업의 경영성과와 어떤 상관관계를 살펴봄으로써 실제 의미가 있는지 알아보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구결과는 건설 산업에서의 성과측정의 기초자료로서 활용되어 체계적인 성과관리의 향상에 기여하고 미래 성과창출의 유인을 제공하고자 한다.

A great number of companies continue to invest heavily in information technology such as SCM The reasons for this investment vary, but the principal belief is that they will use the technology to gain competitive advantage in today's highly dynamic and changing business market. In order to identify the SCM management performance, this study investigates the impacts of information technology strategy(operation-oriented and market-oriented) on the information technology investment direction(internal system orientation and external system orientation), process innovation level and management performance(non-financial performance and financial performance). This study collected data on-line and off-line from enterprises which implement the supply chain management. The 82 responses were used for the statistical analysis.

The purpose of this study is to whether management strategy types are archived improving the business performance and strategic performance management system makes a significant influence on the business performance. Another objective is to identify whether the interaction between management strategy types and strategic performance management system makes a significant influence on the business performance. The results of this study indicate that diversity performance measures(strategy types) are effect partially presented on the firm's performances. And, firms which have the higher using diversity performance measures(strategy types) are achieve the higher firm's performances than lower using firm's(strategy types). And, the interaction of Management strategy types and diversity performance measures are effect partially presented on the firm's performances.

기존의 웹 디자인은 웹이라는 매체의 특성 상 디자인적인 요소가 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 디자인은 위한 구체적인 방법론이 미약하다. 특히, 많은 소비자들을 유인하고 구매를 촉발시켜야 하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 경우에는 더욱 더 그럼하에도 불구하고 이를 위한 전략적인 방법론이 부족하다. 즉, 기존 연구들은 제품의 다양성, 서비스, 촉진, 항해량, 편리성, 사용자 인터페이스 등이 중요하다고 하였지만 실제 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인하는 입장에서는 활용하기가 상당히 애매하다. 그 이유는 이들 요인들은 서로 영향관계를 가지고 있어서 사용자 인터페이스가 복잡하면 항해량이 늘어나 편리성이 감소하고, 제품이 늘어나더라도 검색엔진을 사용하면 상대적으로 항해량이 감소하게 되어 편리성이 증가한다. 따라서, 이들 요인을 활용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 구축하려면 요인간의 영향관계를 면밀히 파악하고 이 영향요인이 소비자의 구매행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지가 충분히 검토되어야 한다.이에 본 연구에서는 퍼지인식도를 이용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰 상에서 소비자의 구매행동에 영향을 주는 요인을 추출하고 이들 요인간의 인과관계를 도출하여 보다 구체적이고 전략적으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인할 수 있는 방법으로 web-Cogmulator를 제시한다. Web-Cogmulator는 소비자의 쇼핑몰에 대한 암묵지식 형태의 구매행동을 형태지식화하여 지식베이스 형태로 가지고 있기 때문에 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 다양한 요인의 변화에 따른 소비자의 구매행동을 추론 시뮬레이션하는 것이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기본적인 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시나리오를 바탕으로 추론 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 Web-Cogmulator의 유용성을 검증하였다.를, 지지도(support), 신뢰도(confidence), 리프트(lift), 컨빅션(conviction)등의 관계를 통해 다양한 방법으로 모색해본다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 이러한 개념계층상의 흥미로운 부분의 탐색은, 전자 상거래에서의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)나 틈새시장(niche market) 마케팅 등에 적용가능하리라 여겨진다.선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. The purpose of this study is to suggest the integrated entrepreneurial competency models that reflect critical entrepreneurial competencies that entrepreneurs should have at different stages, thereby enhancing the success rate of ventures. To accomplish the purpose, this study developed the hypotheses about the positive effects of entrepreneurial competencies on business performance, and the moderating effect of learning competency to strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial competencies and business performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the technological functional competency of entrepreneurial teams, the resource utilization and business planning competency of entrepreneurs in the early stage of business development were found to significantly affect both non-financial and technological performance. The opportunity recognition competency has a significantly positive effect on non-financial performance. In addition, it is analyzed that learning competency significantly moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial competencies(technological functional, resource utilization) and non-financial performance. The moderating effect of learning competency between business planning competency and technological performance was also found to be significant. Second, leadership and resource acquisition competency of entrepreneurs in the late stage of ventures have significantly positive effects on both non-financial and technological performance. The strategic competency has a significantly positive effect on non-financial performance. It was also found that the moderating effect of learning competency between strategic competency and non-financial performance was significant. Finally, the results show that both non-financial and technical performance of NTBVs are significant determinants of financial performance.

오늘날의 기업은 상품을 판매하는 것 뿐만 아니라 기업의 신용과 이미지를 위해 그 상품에 대한 사후처리(After Service) 업무에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 이러한 양질의 사후서비스를 고객에게 공급하기 위해서는 많은 인력을 합리적으로 관리해야 하고 요청되는 고장수리 서비스 업무를 빠르게 해결하기 위해서는 업무를 인력들에게 합리적으로 배정을 하고 회사의 비용을 최소화하면서 정해진 시간에 요청된 작업을 처리하기 위해서는 인력들에게 작업을 배정하고 스케줄링하는 문제가 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 화학계기의 A/S 작업을 인력에게 합리적으로 배정하는 스케줄링 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 스케줄링 모델을 HP 사의 화학분석 및 시스템을 판매, 유지보수 해 주는 "영진과학(주)"회사의 작업 스케줄을 분석하여 필요한 도메인과 고객서비스전략과 인력관리전략에서 제약조건을 추출하였고 여기에 스케줄링 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 제약만족문제(CSP) 해결기법인 도메인 여과기법을 적용하였다. 도메인 여과기법은 제약조건에 의해 변수가 갖는 도메인의 불필요한 부분을 여과하는 것으로 제약조건과 관련되어 있는 변수의 도메인이 축소되는 것이다. 또한, 스케줄링을 하는데에 있어서 비용적인 측면에서의 스케줄링방법과 고객 만족도에서의 스케줄링 방법을 비교하여 가장 이상적인 해를 찾는데 트래이드오프(Trade-off)를 이용하여 최적의 해를 구했으며 실험을 통해 인력에게 더욱 효율적으로 작업들을 배정 할 수 있었고 또한, 정해진 시간에 많은 작업을 처리 할 수 있었으며 작업을 처리하는데 있어 소요되는 비용을 감소하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 검증하였다.를, 지지도(support), 신뢰도(confidence), 리프트(lift), 컨빅션(conviction)등의 관계를 통해 다양한 방법으로 모색해본다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 이러한 개념계층상의 흥미로운 부분의 탐색은, 전자 상거래에서의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)나 틈새시장(niche market) 마케팅 등에 적용가능하리라 여겨진다.선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. The ultimate goal of hotel corporations is to maintain their existence by securing competitive advantages over their competitors. In order to secure competitive advantages, they need to shed off the conventional paradigm of company management, which increasingly grows weaker as the industrial society turns into a knowledge-based one, and make effective use of knowledge, which is the core source of their wealth and competitiveness, in their management. Thus this study set out to identify knowledge management strategy to result in great management performance to hotel corporations. It also aimed to suggest specific action plans for them to do knowledge management efficiently based on the results. The causal relations between the knowledge management strategy and management performance were examined to figure out the former's influences on the latter. As a result, Two types of knowledge management strategy seemed to have positive(+) impacts on competitive advantages, but negative(-) impacts on financial performance.

The unique aspect of this study is its explicit introduction of the degrees of operating leverage and financial leverage in investigating the joint impact of both asset structure and capital structure on systematic risk. This study found a significant correlation between the two. These findings can help us in prediction of corporate behavior.

BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무지표 뿐 아니라 비재무지표의 활용도를 높여 기업의 성과를 측정하며, 재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스 그리고 학습과 성장의 시각에서 성과측정지표를 결정하고 이를 균형있게 관리하려는 접근법이다. BSC가 비재무지표의 활용도를 높인 것은 큰 성과로 여겨지지만 지표를 선정하고 이를 향상시키기 위한 요소를 찾는 것은 여전히 해결해야 할 과제로 남는다. 이 논문은 TOC 관점에서 BSC를 이해하고 BSC가 보다 성공적인 전략실행 도구가 될 수 있는 논의를 제안한다. TOC와 BSC가 서로 협력하여 성과를 거두기 위해서는 BSC가 성과지표를 원가회계보다는 쓰루풋회계를 활용하여 측정하고, 성과지표 선정에서도 제약과 비제약을 구분하는 기준이 도입되어야 할 것이다.

전원개발계획은 단독으로 결정되는 것이 아니라 국가경제운용정책 및 에너지 정책과 더불어 전력회사의 요금정책, 부하관리, 재무계획, 전원입지, 송전계통계획 등과 연계되어 결정되어야 한다. 기존의 전원개발계획은 주어진 수요예측안을 이용하여 수요를 기준신뢰도 범위내에서 최소비용으로 만족시킬 수 있도록 전원설비투자를 결정하는 것이었으나 향후로는 부하관리정책을 포함한 수급계획(supply-demand planning)의 수립기법, 미래 수용와 연료 가격등 경제요인의 불확실성 및 환경규제 등의 요인을 감안한 전략계획기법(strategic planning) 그리고 재무계획 등 관련계획 업무를 포함하는 종합계획 모형(corporate planning model)의 구축에 대한 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다.
