A study of Installation positioning AWS for the Development of Risk Prediction Technology (위험확산 예측기술개발을 위한 기상관측장비 설치위치 선정 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 화학사고와 관련하여 위험확산 예측기술개발을 위해 필요한 기상관측장비의 설치위치를 공간분석기법을 활용하여 우선순위로 설치되어야 하는 지역 20개소를 선정하였다. 울산전지역을 1km, 5km, 10km 격자망을 생성하여 기존 기상청에서 제공하고 있는 기상정보를 제외하고 울산전역의 상세한 기상관측정보 제공을 위해 필요한 관측개소 개수를 1차적으로 파악하였다. 위험확산 모니터링에 필요한 기상관측장비 설치간격을 결정하고 경제성을 고려하여 통신사 기지국 활용가능성을 검토하였다. 20개의 최종 설치위치를 결정하기 위해 울산지역에서 발생한 화학사고정보를 기반으로 밀도분석을 수행하여 위험지역을 분석하고, 유해화학물질을 취급하는 업소 정보를 수집하여 군집분포를 수행하였으며, 누출사고 발생 시 가장 중요하게 고려되어야 하는 주거지역 분포를 파악하기 위해 밀도분석을 수행하였다.

  • In recently, we are utilizing the Smart phone in a lot of fields. Thus the personal developers and companies developed the smart phone application and utilize it for disaster information system and disaster alert service. Utilization of Iphone applications as disaster information alert is currently not popular. And, the existing Iphone application only has very few features. So, a powerful iphone application of disaster information collection and service based on GIS is very necessary for users.

  • In this study, we established the process for collecting and utilizing video scripts of disaster site based on public-private partnerships. It is for the purpose of actively utilizing private capabilities in disaster management, and quickly sharing video scripts to identify field conditions. Based on the experience of actual operation of public-private partnerships system in the event of typhoon in 2019, we also derived implications for continuous operation of the process. Results are meaningful in that the government established the process for collecting and utilizing video scripts through public-private partnerships during the initial disaster response phase. And we also confirmed the possibility of spreading positive perception of disaster management organizations. However, there is a limit to the actualization and practical use of performance as an experimental pilot operation in the R&D stage. In addition, for continuous operation of the system, it is necessary to prepare institutional support measures such as organization, infrastructure for operating, programs of education and training, and policy making.

Diagnosis of Sarcopenia in the Elderly and Development of Deep Learning Algorithm Exploiting Smart Devices (스마트 디바이스를 활용한 노약자 근감소증 진단과 딥러닝 알고리즘)

  • Purpose: In this paper, we propose a study of deep learning algorithms that estimate and predict sarcopenia by exploiting the high penetration rate of smart devices. Method: To utilize deep learning techniques, experimental data were collected by using the inertial sensor embedded in the smart device. We implemented a smart device application for data collection. The data are collected by labeling normal and abnormal gait and five states of running, falling and squat posture. Result: The accuracy was analyzed by comparative analysis of LSTM, CNN, and RNN models, and binary classification accuracy of 99.87% and multiple classification accuracy of 92.30% were obtained using the CNN-LSTM fusion algorithm. Conclusion: A study was conducted using a smart sensoring device, focusing on the fact that gait abnormalities occur for people with sarcopenia. It is expected that this study can contribute to strengthening the safety issues caused by sarcopenia.

A Study on the Improvement and Analysis of SNS Operation Status on Disaster Information in Domestic and Foreign Public Institution (국내·외 기관의 재난정보관련 SNS 운용현황 및 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • SNS is a useful tool to quickly deliver information in an emergency given their speed and expandability. Especially, SNS in the event of a disaster or an accident can offer on-site, accurate and detailed updates about essential information such as the safety of victims and the development of the situation, served as a valuable complement to the conventional media. This study aims to perform a comparative analysis on how social media are currently used by emergency management authorities in South Korea and other countries. Based on the results, this study proposed more effective ways to exploit SNS and improve efficiency of disaster management. To accomplish the goals, this study collected tweet information from various sources including the FEMA of the U. S., the FDMA and the Central Disaster Council of Japan, and the MPSS of Korea. The collected tweet information was analyzed by feedback, time series, and information types. The feedback analysis aims to quantify the number of monthly user feedback in order to assess user satisfaction about the tweet information. The time series analysis identifies the number of tweet information, feedback index and keywords by country for certain duration, examining why certain messages showed high feedback indices and what kind of contents should be offered by the authorities. Finally, the analysis of information type reviews the type of information contained in the tweet information that drew users' attention to identify the information type in which the authorities should deliver information to users. Based on these analyses, this study proposed improvement methods to use Tweeter in MPSS.

  • 본 연구는 산지-도심-해안으로 연결된 해안도시의 지역적인 특성으로 인해 해일과 같은 조위 상승 원인이 침수 및 홍수 위험을 증가시키는 복합재난에 대응하기 위하여 실시간 침수 위험정보 확인 및 대응, 대시민 상황전파 등이 가능하도록 IoT 융합 침수 대응시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 또한, 침수 및 홍수방어벽 등의 구조적대책을 검토하여 실시간 IoT 융합 침수 대응시스템과 연계운영함으로써 해안도시의 시설 및 재산을 보호하고 시민의 안전을 확보하는데 기여할 수 있는 실증연구를 수행하는 것을 목표로 한다. 침수 대응을 위한 구조적 대책은 양산형 IoT 침수 및 하천수위 감지 장비, 센서 연동 침수 및 홍수방어벽, 복합재난알림 디스플레이 등의 개발이며, 비구조적 대책은 강우-하천수위-조위 실측자료기반의 머신러닝 침수위험 분석 모듈 개발, 수치모의에 의한 예상 침수심 및 침수위험지도 작성, 재난상황 전파 알림서비스 등이 있으며 개발된 시제품과 기술을 테스트베드에 적용하고 부산광역시에서 운영하는 재난상황관리시스템인 스마트빅보드(SBB, Smart Big Board)에 연계 및 탑재함으로써 향상된 침수대응 및 대시민 서비스가 가능한 시스템을 구축 및 실증하고자 한다. 센서, 통신, 자료연계 및 분석에 대한 IoT 융합 기술을 침수 대응 기술개발에 적극 활용하여 실측자료와 수치모의 분석 결과가 연계된 침수위험정보를 생산하고 실시간 대응이 가능한 효율적이고 실질적으로 피해를 저감 할 수 있는 기술을 개발하고 적용성을 입증한다면 국내외 해안도시에 확대 보급이 가능해져 침수 피해로부터 효과적으로 국민의 재산과 생명 보호할 수 있다. 또한, IoT 기술을 연계한 재난 모니터링 시스템의 확산으로 복합재난 대응 연구에 기여할 수 있고 상대적으로 실측자료 수집, 연구에 소외되어 온 소하천 등에도 적용이 가능하여 재난으로 인한 사회적 비용을 경감시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

An Untrained Person's Posture Estimation Scheme by Exploiting a Single 24GHz FMCW Radar and 2D CNN (단일 24GHz FMCW 레이더 및 2D CNN을 이용하여 학습되지 않은 요구조자의 자세 추정 기법)

  • Purpose: In this study, We aim to estimate a untrained person's three postures using a 2D CNN model which is trained with minimal FFT data collected by a 24GHz FMCW radar. Method: In an indoor space, we collected FFT data for three distinct postures (standing, sitting, and lying) from three different individuals. To apply this data to a 2D CNN model, we first converted the collected data into 2D images. These images were then trained using the 2D CNN model to recognize the distinct features of each posture. Following the training, we evaluated the model's accuracy in differentiating the posture features across various individuals. Result: According to the experimental results, the average accuracy of the proposed scheme for the three postures was shown to be a 89.99% and it outperforms the conventional 1D CNN and the SVM schemes. Conclusion: In this study, we aim to estimate any person's three postures using a 2D CNN model and a 24GHz FMCW radar for disastrous situations in indoor. it is shown that the different posture of any persons can be accurately estimated even though his or her data is not used for training the AI model.

  • In this study, a dual structured pipe for a preventive monitoring on a accident damage, a smartphone app program for a survey and a construction data collection and a server program for a real-time monitoring were developed. A pilot system was installed in the test field to analyze effects of a system developed in this study. The data for a damage prevention was detected by the attached sensors on the pipe. Exclusion was tested by the pressure sensors to be installed at regular intervals. The app and server programs was enabled to the real-time data collection and real-time monitoring linked by VRS survey equipments and a smartphone.

Estimation the Critical Accelerations for Fuel Consumption and CO2 Emission When Starting a Passenger car (출발가속주행시 연료소모 및 이산화탄소 배출량 임계가속도 추정)

  • 과거 연료소모량과 오염물질 배출량을 추정하기 위한 연구에서는 주로 속도변수를 이용하였으나, 속도의 변화에 따른 연료소모량 및 오염물질 배출량의 변화를 올바르게 반영하지 못하는 문제점이 대두되었다. 이러한 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 대안으로 평가받는 것이 가속도이다. 이처럼 가속도 변수가 중요하게 다루어지고 있으나 여전히 연료소모량이나 오염물질 배출량과 관련하여 급가속을 판단할 만한 기준이 모호하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 연료소모 및 $CO_2$ 배출량을 증가시켜 급가속으로 판단할 수 있는 가속도 임계치를 추정하고자 하였다. 가속도 임계치 및 모형추정을 위해 LPG 중형 승용차량에 장착한 차량 정보 저장장치로부터 가속 주행실험시 수집한 실시간 데이터를 수집 분석하였다. 가속의 특성상 동일한 가속도라 할지라도 정지상태인지 여부에 따라 동일한 가속도에 대한 연료소모량, $CO_2$ 배출량이 상이하게 나타난다. 따라서 실험을 통해 정지상태에서 가속시 관성을 극복하기 위한 동력이 요구되는 속도의 범위를 확인하고 이중 출발 가속주행시 임계가속도를 도출하였다. 가속 주행실험 결과 연료소모 및 $CO_2$ 배출 증가량이 급격히 증가되는 임계가속도를 도출하기 위해 CART 분석을 이용하였으며, 그 결과 정지 상태에서 가속하는 경우 $2.598m/s^2$, 의 가속도가 연료 및 $CO_2$ 배출량을 크게 증가시키는 임계 가속도인 것으로 추정되었다.

A Literature Review of Studies on Disaster Training for Nursing Students and Nurses (간호대학생 및 간호사 대상 재난교육 연구에 대한 문헌고찰)

  • The purpose of this study is to review articles related to disaster training for nursing students and nurses by investigating the contents and effects of research. Electronic databases, including CINAHL, Pubmed and RISS were searched. Papers published only in English or Korean were included. Twelve studies were selected from the 3,588 references screened. Most training programs took less than 8 hours, focusing mostly on the response phase of disaster. Intervention methods included simulation, debriefing, action learning, role play, problem based learning and so on. It was found that disaster training programs have significant positive effects on disaster management competency, disaster knowledge, disaster nursing related self-confidence, and disaster response competency. It was also revealed that multidisciplinary practice would help learners enhance cooperation and collaboration with other team members and foster a positive professional identity. Among the selected articles, the randomized controlled trial(RCT) study was just one. Therefore, RCTs are further needed to verify the effects of such an disaster training. Also, further studies considering the characteristics of department and nursing interventions based on all phases of disaster are needed.
