Due to developments in information technology and ensuing changes in the concept of time and space, the significance of national boundaries has been weakened, bringing to attention the heightened competition among nations. In order to respond to these transformations, the Korean government is increasing its efforts to raise the authenticity of the National Technology Qualification System(NTQS) by closely linking NTQS testing method and procedure to practical knowledge and skills in the industry field. This initiative is based on the recognition that the human resources development is a crucial factor in determining a nation's competitiveness. This study aimed, first of all, to diagnose the problems directly and indirectly affecting the testing method in the current NTQS. And then, differentiated solutions according to grade and improvements in the testing infrastructure were suggested. The ultimate purpose was to provide a blueprint for enhancing national competitiveness through increased authenticity and efficiency of the NTQS. Research methods applied during this study include: the collection and review of qualification-related literature; a series of conferences with leading experts; interviews with vocational educators and researchers from qualification-related institutes; a survey of national qualification holders from a variety of professions and industries; and participatory observation at qualification exam centers. This research suggested policy recommendations as follows; First, measures to improve for testing method of professional engineer Second, measures to improve for testing method of Master craftsman Third, measures to improve for testing method of Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Craftsman Fourth, plans for the establishment of operation system for a computerized testing Fifth, institutional perspective on establishing qualification infrastructure Sixth, operational perspective on establishing qualification infrastructure

최근 들어, 건강에 대한 관심이 고조됨에 따라 일상생활에서 식품을 통해 단순하게 영양섭취나 기호성을 만족하기보다는 식품섭취를 통해 건강을 향상시킬 수 있는 기능성 식품을 선호하게 되었다. 현재까지의 우리나라의 기능성 식품시장은 영세할 뿐 아니라 개발된 기능성 식품의 과학적인 연구들도 또한 미비한 실정이다. Saccharomyces cerevisiea 가수 분해물은 여러 가지 영양성분이 풍부하여 자율신경 조절기능 향상으로 인한 항스트레스와 항피로 및 면역기능 강화 효과가 있으며 불안증 환자와 월경전증후군을 경험한 여성의 증상을 경감시킨다고 알려져 있다.(중략)

A group of traditional folk medicines obtained from the fruits of Rutaceae plants, such as Ponciri Fructus Immaturus (PFI) from Poncirus trifoliata Raf., Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (AFI) and Aurantii Pericarpium (AP) from Citrus aurantium L., and Aurantii Nobilis Pericarpium (ANP) from Citrus unshiu Marc., has been widely used for improving poor gastrointestinal function in East Asia, including in China and Korea. In the present study, the effects of Rutaceae-fruit-derived folk medicines on gastrointestinal motor function were investigated and compared by measuring in vivo gastric emptying and intestinal transit in mice. Among the aqueous and ethanolic extracts of some Rutaceae-fruit-derived folk medicines, an ethanolic extract of AP (AP-E) significantly accelerated intestinal transit in a dose-dependent manner without affecting gastric emptying. Furthermore, the intestinal transit rate of AP-E was the highest among all extracts examined in this study, including aqueous extracts of PFI, AFI, and ANP, of which the activities of accelerating intestinal transit have been already reported.

Purpose : The aim of this study was to document the causes of chronic abdominal pain in children referred to a hospital setting and evaluate the frequency and characteristics of functional gastrointestinal disorder (FGID) classified by Rome III criteria. Methods : One hundred thirty two patients with chronic abdominal pain were evaluated. Examinations were performed in order to find organic causes in patients when organic disease was suspected. Results : Among the 132 patients, 20 patients (15.2%) had organic diseases and 112 patients (84.8%) were diagnosed as having FGIDs. Functional dyspepsia was the most common cause of FGIDs, followed by irritable bowel syndrome. Overlap of some FGIDs was observed in seven patients (5.3%). Conclusion : FGIDs are the main causes of chronic abdominal pain in children and functional dyspepsia was the most prevalent disorder.

본 고에서는 지금까지의 통신 서비스의 주류를 형성했던 접속 중심의 서비스가 한계상황에 도달함에 따라 사업자 또는 네트워크 장비측면에서 그 대안으로 부각되고 있는 응용 및 솔루션 기반의 멀티서비스를 제공하기 위한 액세스네트워크 차원의 구축 방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 즉, 지금까지의 액세스네트워크는 음성 서비스면 음성 서비스에 적합하게, 데이터 서비스면 데이터 서비스에 적합한 구도로 구축되어 왔지만 향후에는 멀티서비스를 효과적으로 처리하기 위해 망 구조를 단순화하고 트래픽을 집선하며 가입자에 대한 인증 및 개별 과금 등과 연계될 수 있도록 하며, 서비스에 따라 QoS 및 라우팅할 수 있는 기능이 요구된다. 이러한 요구사항을 제공할 수 있는 방안으로 기존 네트워크 상에 별도 시스템을 통해 구축하는 방안과 시스템 내부 기능을 통해 구축하는 방안의 두 가지를 비교하고 향후의 바람직한 구축 방향을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 고의 구성은 다음과 같다. 2장에서는 현재 국내 액세스네트워크의 구축 연혁 및 구조를, 3장에서는 멀티서비스 중심의 서비스 체계로의 전환의 당위성과 멀티서비스를 제공하기 위한 요구사항, 기능을 구체화하고 현재 및 신규 액세스네트워크를 위한 구조를 비교한다. 그리고 마지막 4장에서는 바람직한 액세스네트워크의 구조의 방향을 제안하고 결론을 맺는다.

Kitchen cabinets are essential furniture for storing the kitchen tools, but their high installed location makes it difficult for users to access the upper of the cabinets. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new type of kitchen cabinet that allows users to easily take out or store items by adding new height adjustment features while maintaining the function of the existing cabinet. For convenience and safety, an appropriate complex link mechanism is designed so that the selected floor, not the entire cabinet, can come down to a desired height with one operation. Moreover, the optimal descent path is set to prevent the floor tilting or interfloor interference during descent, and appropriate link shapes, lengths, and joint types are selected to implement it. FEA analysis is performed to ensure that the stretched complex linkage can support the load of the stored items and the feasibility of the height adjustable kitchen cabinet is verified through fabrication.

본 논문은 이상 유동장 시스템의 전기 단층촬영 기법의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 Matlab과 같은 계산 도구에 데이터 통신 기능을 추가적으로 구현하여 노드들의 협력 계산을 지원한다. 구현된 통신 기능은 Matlab 명령어 라인이나 m-file에서 직접 호출할 수 있는 동적 링크 라이브러리 형태로 제공되며 호출시 전달된 Matlab 고유 방식으로 표현된 행렬을 Windows 운영체제에서 제공하는 파이프 기능을 이용하여 네트워크를 통해 수신자에게 전달한다. O(n$^3$)의 복잡도를 갖는 다수의 연산으로 구성된 영상 복원 알고리즘에 있어서 사전 분석과정을 협력 계산함으로써 물체 내부의 상황에 따라 n의 크기를 감소시켜 알고리즘의 수행속도를 크게 개선할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 구현된 협력 계산 환경과 프로그램은 주어진 물체내부 기포 분포에 대해 동적 칼만 필터 프로그램을 8개의 노드를 사용하였을 때 15배까지 수행속도를 향상시켰다. 따라서 고가의 병렬 시스템 대신 현재 이용이 가능한 저비용의 클러스터 계산 환경을 ET 기법에 적용하여 보다 정확하고 신속한 영상 복원을 수행할 수 있다.

본 연구는 한국어에서 의미를 분화시키는 기능을 담당해오던 장/단의 상실로 인해 운율자질들에 어떠한 변화가 일어났는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 먼저 길이의 대립적 기능의 소실로 인해 젊은 세대에서 액센트를 구성하는 길이의 기능이 상실되고 있지는 않는지 알아보았다. 이와 더블어 길이, 세기, 고저의 운율행동 양상이 세대간에 차이를 보이는지 살펴보았다. 실험은 장/단의 변별력을 지니는 60대 화자와 변별력을 상실한 20대 화자를 비교하여, 운율자질들의 수치를 측정하고 높은 수치의 음절 위치를 기술하였다. 실험결과 두 세대 모두에서 길이는 상대적 돋들림을 보여 액센트를 결정하는 자질의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 운율자질들의 성격에 있어서는 세대간에 차이를 보였는데, 길이에 있어서는 60대에 비해서 20대의 돋들리는 정도가 줄어든 것을 볼 수 있었다. 또 세기와 고저는 60대 화자들에게서는 이렇다할 경향성을 발견할 수 없었지만 20대화자들에서는 2번째 음절의 수치가 고정적으로 높아지는 일정할 경향을 발견할 수 있었다.

본 고의 제2장에서는 생산시스템의 기본기능연관과 유형 및 관리 측면에서의 분석방법에 대해 설명하고, 제3장에서는 Honeywell에서 개발된 MRP(Manufacturing Resource Planning)응용 종합 생산관리 패키지인 HDMS(Honeywell Distributed Manufacturing System)를 중심으로 최신 폐쇄경로 MRP(Closed Loop MRP)개념 및 서브시스템에 대해서 설명하기로 한다.
