본 연구에서는 우수 학생을 알아보기 위해 학생들의 학습 성과 및 과외활동을 바탕으로 평가모형을 설계하고 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 통해 분석하였다. 대부분의 대학에서 시행되고 있는 장학금 제도는 평가 기준이 해당 학기 평점으로 장학금 혜택을 받는 학생들이 일부 학생으로 제한되는 경우가 생기기도 한다. 실제로 평점뿐 아니라 다른 평가 기준을 가지고 학생들을 평가하여 학생들의 다양한 특성을 키워 줄 필요가 있다 평점만으로 학생을 평가하는 방식이 아닌 다양한 기준의 평가 모형을 가지고 학생들을 평가하는 새로운 방식의 학생평가모델을 제안하고자 한다.

The Maritime High School's Two plus One Onboard Training system is introduced to increase amount of graduate students to board on a ship for improvement of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs' policy. Students with this system study in school for two years and complete practices in ship for one year so that graduate students from this system can get officer license with only interview exam. This program Iud been developed to attract more graduate students to board on ships longer according to the fact that students now are avoiding life on ships. Four years after the system had been introduced, this research aims to find out problems of the system by questionnaire regarding practices on ships to current students from which to introduce methods of leading longer lie on ships of students.

This study analyzes whether the national scholarship system achieves the policy goal to provide the half-tuition and suggests ways to improve the policy. The study finds that the national scholarship system provides free education for students from under 2nd decile income and the half-tuition for students from under 6th decile. However, since students don't feel fully the effect of the policy, this study proposes policy improvements on new approaches to public communications. Also is suggested the necessity to change the policy tool from debt-like to equity-like investment.

7월 1일부터 조류인플루엔자(AI) 등 가축전염병에 신속히 대응할 수 있도록 닭 오리 농장에 폐쇄회로(CCTV) 설치가 의무화된다. 살충제 사용을 위반한 산란계 농가는 전문 업체를 통한 해충 방제를 의무적으로 실시해야 한다. 농어촌에 거주하면서 영농 창업을 희망하는 비(非)농업인도 귀농인에 준해 창업이나 주택 구입 등에 필요한 자금을 지원받을 수 있게 됐다. 농식품 계열 대학에 재학 중인 고학년 학생들은 졸업 후 농업분야 취 창업을 조건으로 등록금 전액을 지원받을 수 있는 장학금에 도전해볼 수 있다. 기획재정부가 내놓은 농림축산식품부 소관 '2019년 하반기 달라지는 주요 제도'를 소개한다.

Most universities operate a mileage scheme that grants scholarships by converting students' extra-curricular activities into scores to encourage extra-curricular activities. This study seeks to understand the student experience of this mileage scheme, which universities are strategically providing to their students. For the purpose of the study, 16 students from universities where the mileage scheme is established were selected for in-depth interviews and the interview data was analyzed through consensual qualitative research methods. To secure the validity of research results, feedback was received from a reviewer regarding the appropriacy of areas and categories derived from the study. Ultimately, 3 areas of 'motivation behind participating in the mileage scheme', 'experience in the process of participating in the mileage scheme', 'impact of the experience after participating in the mileage scheme', and 18 categories were derived. This study is meaningful in that it focuses on the student experience of the university mileage scheme to present a review of the current university mileage scheme and suggest various implications for universities to consider when approaching the mileage scheme in the future.

This study investigates factors to disturb the e-Learning persistence of adult learners based on a case study of Cyber University students located in Seoul Korea. Main findings of our research show that economic burden, shortage of studying hours, digital literacy problem, perceived isolation, inefficient interaction between lecturer and student, and support of family are primary factors to influence the persistence of online education in a Cyber university. From our case study, we recommend to improve the scholarship system, and supplement the offline special lectures at weekends in order to alleviate perceived isolation. A novelty of this paper is that economic burden is highlighted to influence the persistence of adult learners.

임진년(壬辰年) 흑룡의 해가 활짝 떠올랐다. 지난해 우리 대학가에서는 정부의 강력한 대학구조조정, '반값 등록금' 이슈에 따른 등록금 인하 문제, 정부의 국가장학금 제도 시행 등 많은 일들이 있었다. 올해는 이명박 정부가 국정을 운영하는 마지막 해이다. 그만큼 대학가에서는 정부의 고등교육정책이 어떤 방향으로 진행될 것인지에 대해 관심이 매우 높다. 대교협은 이에 따라 이주호 교육과학기술부 장관과 김영길 한국대학교육협의회 회장(한동대 총장)의 특별 신념 좌담회를 마련했다. 두 사람은 2011년 12월 15일 교육과학기술부 장관실에서 만나 이명박 정부 4년간의 고등교육정책에 대한 평가와 올해의 정부 정책 방향, 대학에 대한 정부의 요망 사항과 대학의 정부에 대한 건의 사항 등에 대해 의견을 나눴다. 이날 좌담회는 오대영 가천대학교 신문방송학과 교수(대학교육 편집위원)의 사회로 진행됐다.

Many universities offer mileage system as part of their student reward program. The mileage system provides mileage to students who participated in on-campus extracurricular programs, and awards scholarships regardless of grades based on the mileage earned. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of students' perception of college mileage system on loyalty and to compare the difference in loyalty between those who received mileage and those who did not. To this end, the effect of loyalty was studied empirically by classifying the perception of college mileage into five categories: the cash value, aspirational value, diversity of benefits, convenience, and relevance. The results showed that aspirational value, diversity of benefits and relevance had a positive effect on loyalty, while cash value and convenience did not. In addition, the effect of cash value on loyalty was higher in those who received mileage than those who did not. In terms of relevance, higher loyalty was found in group that did not receive mileage than those who did.

This study aims to investigate the current status of the operation system of the curriculum support extra-curricular program, focusing on the extra-curricular program operation system of other universities, and suggest the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra-curricular program in cultural education. To this end, the analysis of the extra-curricular program operation system of eight four-year universities in the Seoul metropolitan area was conducted on the existence of core competencies, computer systems and extra curricula program guides, credit-linked and mileage scholarship programs, and the analysis focused on the characteristics, merits and demerits of each university's operating system. It was also intended to propose the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra curricula program in liberal arts education, focusing on the operation system of the extra curricula program of E University and the corresponding performance management. Conclusion To operate the extra curricula program efficiently, the computer system and the extra curricula program guide, credit link and mileage scholarship system should be introduced. In addition, the analysis of the operation system of the curriculum support program of E University shows that E University operates systematically with the direction of operation of the core competency-based curriculum support extra-curricular program, and the performance management of the extra curricula program of E University is carried out through the EU-TQM System Integrated Management System.
