2달령의 수컷 로트와 일러가 4일간 설사와 통증.보행 실조 등의 증상을 보여 (주)해 마루 소동물 임상 의자 연구소에 의뢰되었다 흉부 방사선 검사에서 폐야 전반에 걸친 페포성 침윤과 흉벽의 심란 비후가 관찰되어 흉막폐렴으로 진단하였으며 복강 초음파 검사에서 상 복부에서 소량의 복수가 관찰되었고 전반적인 간 echogenicity가 증가되어 있었다. 치료 후 설사 증상은 사라지고 전신 상태가 다소 호전되어 내원 후 7일째에 흉부 방사선 검사를 재 실시하였다. 흉막과 폐의 병변은 변화가 없었으나 상완골과 요골의 골간단 부분에 이상 소견 이 발견되어 골격계 방사선 검사를 실시한 결과 상완골, 요골, 대퇴골 그리고 경골의 골간단에 경화성 변화와 무정형의 골막 반응이 관찰되었고 요골, 척골과 경골의 골간단 부분에 성 장판 외의 방사선 투과성 선이 관찰되었다. 이상의 특이적인 방사선 소견을 바탕으로 비록 본 질환의 정확한 원인은 밝힐 수 없었으나, 감염성 원인에 의한 비대성 골이형성증으로 진단하였다.

Aroma compounds in sun-dried salt according to saltern material and packaging box were extracted by the headspace and were isolated by using GC-MS. These compounds were identified including ketones, heterocyclic compounds and six other compounds. Major aroma compounds in salts were identified as 4-methyl-2-pentanone, 5-methyl-3-hexanone, 4-methyl-3-penten-2-one, 2-hexanol, benzothiazole, 2,4-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-phenol, and 1,3,5-tri-tert-butyl benzene. However, we found no significant differences according to the saltern materials in three salts. Salts stored in Chamaceyparis obtusa (Sieb. et Zucc.) had more diverse aroma profiling than those in Pinus densiflora and Paulownia coreana. We consider that it need to research the development of high value added products for new aromatic salt.

We have studied and demonstrated general, systematic error-correction methods for a dual rotating quarter-wave plate ellipsometer. To estimate and correct 5 systematic error sources (three offset angles and two unexpected retarder phase delays), we used 11 of the 25 Fourier components of the ellipsometry signal obtained in the absence of an optical sample. Using these 11 Fourier components, we can determine the errors from the 5 sources with nonlinear optimization methods. We found systematic errors ${\epsilon}_3$, ${\epsilon}_4$, ${\epsilon}_5$) are more sensitive to the inverted Mueller matrix than retarder phase delay errors (${\epsilon}_1$, ${\epsilon}_2$) because of their small condition numbers. To correct these systematic errors we have found that error of any variety must be less than 0.05 rad. Finally, we can use the magnitudes of these errors to correct the Mueller matrix of optical components. From our experimental ellipsometry signals, we can measure phase delay and the rotational angular position of its fast axis for a half-wave plate.

It is very important for the collected samples at fire scenes to be properly preserved for laboratory analysis. Preserving abilities of four type containers, metal cans, glass jars, zipper and heat sealed polymer bags, with the five ignitable liquids (toluene, n-octane, o-xylene, n-decane and n-hexadecane) were examined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The glass jars with Teflon (PTFE) liner were the best ability to prevent the evaporation of the ignitable liquids.

A weight sensor with a polarization maintaining photonic crystal fiber (PCF) is proposed and investigated by experimentally. The sensor system consists of a 3 dB fiber coupler, a half-wave plate, and light source. Wavelength shift induced by weight acting on the polarization maintaining PCF was measured. Two types of sensor patterns, circle type and straight type, were implemented and evaluated. The sensitivity of straight line type was 680 pm/kg and the circle type was 270 pm/kg, respectively. The both types of sensors have a good sensitivity and good linearity in the wide range.

The use of tapered structural members was first proposed by Ami rikian for the economical use of materials.Generaly, tapered members are used in single-story structures with one or more bays and in cantilevered sections of ate architectural representation. If only focused on the section performance, however, the width-to-thickness ratio or t apered ratio can exced regulations. Such a case requires a study on the behavior of tapered members. To investigate the plastic and local buckling behavior of web-tapered beams, seven steel beams were the tapered ratio and the width-to-thicknes ratio. The results of maximum strength, strength deterioration, and stiffnes deterioration were compared.

We have developed the methodology for the quantitative analysis of microencapsulation yield and optimized the conditions for the microencapsulation of ${\beta}$-galactosidase by butter oil. The degree of ${\beta}$-galactosidase deactivation by the microencapsulation process was the value of 5.2% of initial activity. And the yield for the microencapsulation of ${\beta}$-galactosidase by the indirect, heat treatment, and enzymatic methodology were 92.6%, 88.6%, and 94.1%, respectively.

The chapter of 『Mai Xue Yuan Liu(脈學源流)』 explains thc Xiang Shu Xue(象數學) viewpoint, the part that pulse is based on Lu guan(律管). 2. The chapter of 『Liu Bu Mai Jie(六部脈解)』 explains that emphasizing Shen(神) through understanding the shape of pulse(脈象) is more important than the locating the area of thc shape of pulse(脈象). 3. The chapter of 『Zuo Xin Tan Zhong Can Dan Shen Xiao Chang You Fei Xiang Zhong Pi Wei Ming Da Chang Bian($좌심단중간담신소장{\cdot}우폐흉중비위명대장판$)』exhibits the different view about the position of pulse from Li Shi Zhen(李時珍)'s. the chapter in which Zhou(周) arranges Heart{\cdot}Small\;Intestine{\cdot}Liver{\cdot}Gall\;Bladder{\cdot}Kidneys{\cdot}and$ Bladcler($心{\cdot}小腸{\cdot}肝{\cdot}膽{\cdot}腎{\cdot}膀胱$) in left hand and $Lungs{\cdot}Large{\cdot}Intestine{\cdot}Spleen{\cdot}Stomach{\cdot}Kidney{\cdot}and$ The gate of Vitality($肺{\cdot}大腸{\cdot}脾{\cdot}胃{\cdot}腎{\cdot}命門$) in right hand. From the above results, I'm sure that 『San Zhi Shan(三指禪)』which has headed down to descendants as the special book about the study of pulse has developed the theory of pulse. Therefore I expect that the more profound study about this will be going on.

Yeast cell wall lytic enzyme was purified from Fusarium moniliforme by ammonium sulfate fractionation and gel column chromatography. The lytic activity was found to consist of three enzyme activities which were resolved on Sephadex G-100. The first peak on chromatogram exhibited proteolytic, lytic and laminarinase activities, and the second had both lytic and laminarinase activities, whereas the third peak was shown to contain lytic activity only. Three enzyme activities showed the synergistic effect and reducing agents accelerated the yeast roil wall lysis. This indicates that lytic, proteolytic and laminarinase activity acted cooperatively in the lysis of intact cells. Tannic acid precipitate of crude enzyme constituted of three enzyme activities had a high lytic activity on viable yeast cell and has proved useful in yeast protoplast formation.
