A Design of Greenhouse Control Algorithm with the Multiple-Phase Processing Scheme (다중 위상 처리구조를 갖는 온실 복합환경제어 알고리즘 설계)

  • This study designs and validates a greenhouse complex environmental control algorithm with a multi-phase processing scheme that can combine and control actuators according to the degree of change in the greenhouse environment. The composite environmental control system is a system in which the complex environmental controller analyzes the information detected by sensors and operates appropriately actuators to maintain the crop growth environment. A composite environmental controller directs control devices driving actuators through a composite environmental control algorithm, which calculates the values necessary for the operation of the control devices. Most existing algorithms carry out control procedures on a single phase by iteration cycle, which can cause abnormal changes in the greenhouse environment due to errors in output. The proposed algorithm distributes control procedures over multiple phases: environmental control, environmental control, and device operation, and every iteration cycle, detects environmental changes in the environmental control phase first, and then combines control devices that can control the environment in the environmental control phase, and finally, performs the controls to derive the actuators in the device operation phase. The proposed algorithm is designed based on the analysis of the relationship between greenhouse environmental elements and control devices deriving actuators. According to verification analysis, the multi-phase processing scheme provides room to modify or supplement the setting value and enables the control devices to reflect changes in the associated environmental components.

  • 유도탄 구동장치용 제어기는 제한된 공간 내에서 최적의 성능 및 신뢰성을 구현하도록 구성되어야 한다. 유도탄 구동장치에 요구되는 강건제어를 구현하기 위하여 위치 및 속도 제어를 수행하였으며, 속도값은 센서 없이 HGO(High Gain Observer) 기법을 이용하여 추정하였다. 시험 및 검증을 위해 프로토타입 제어기 및 구동기를 활용하였으며, Matlab/Simulink를 통한 시뮬레이션 및 실제 시험결과가 일치함을 확인하고, 이러한 구동 제어기 개발 기법의 적절성을 제시하였다.

  • We developed a valve actuator controller for thruster system. This thruster system has four actuators and the actuator use a BLDC motor. Controller was made based on system and control requirement. The controller is consist of power, control and Amp. The control module use a micro-controller which is TMS320F28335 of Texas Instruments. It works for digital PID control and CAN communication and system control. The amp module for three phase BLDC motor use IGBT.

  • In this paper, a study on the future-oriented actuator introduces the future technology and future direction in aerospace and several industry fields. In particular, the mechanical linkage or hydraulic and pneumatic actuators which have the higher output-to-weight ratio have been used a lot in the past as the aircraft's flight control device. Most recently, Fly-By-Wire system has been used in aircraft and the flight control system has been changed in more electric and all electric systems. Electrohydraulic actuators and electric actuators have been developed continually, because they have better efficiency, safety and lower cost for the flight control system of aircraft. Also, to improve the weight condition, accuracy and response of actuator, new field actuators using new materials have been developed. In this paper we clearly proposed the actuator design and detailed technology development trend for next generation actuation system in aerospace and new field.

Study on Coupling Drive Mechanism for Multi-Axis Pintle Thrusters (다축 핀틀 추력기에 적용을 위한 구동장치 연동 메커니즘 방안연구)

  • Drive mechanism of multi-axis pintle thrusters for DCS(Divert Control System) was designed to meet the needs of minimizing the number of driving motors. In this study, preliminary model was designed in order to implement appropriate pressure control and thrust distribution. Based on the preliminary model study, the drive mechanism for DCS multi-axis pintle thrusters using piston was designed and evaluated by using AMESim software. Results show that three driving motors are enough to actuate four pintle thrusters.

  • 전자기력을 이용하여 탐침형 정보저장장치의 미디어를 제어할 수 있는 초정밀 구동기를 제작하였다. 탐침형 정보저장장치는 데이터 비트의 크기가 10nm 수준이고, 단일 캔틸레버가 점유하는 영역의 크기가 수십 ${\mu}m$${\times}$수십${\mu}m$ 수준이므로, 미디인 구동기는 수 nm의 위치 정확도 및 수십 ${\mu}m$ 수준의 변위 그리고 100Hz이상의 공진 주파수를 확보하여야한다. 본 연구에서 제작한 탐침형 정보저장장치의 미디어 구동기는 고저항 Si wafer 표면을 Deep RIE로 patterning한 후 그 내부를 도금으로 채워 구리 코일을 형성하고 이를 영구자석과 결합시킨 후, 구리 코일에 전류를 흘려 미디어를 구동하는 방식이다. 사용된 영구자석은 SmCo 자석이며 코일의 폭은 $100{\mu}m$이고 간격은 $20{\mu}m$, 높이는 $70{\mu}m$로 결정하였으며, 100Hz 이상의 공진 주파수를 확보하기 위하여 스프링 재질은 구리보다 상대적으로 stiff한 Si을 사용하였다. 미디어의 크기는 $20{\times}20mm^2$, 전체 구동기의 크기는 $30{\times}30mm^2$이며 측정결과 최대변위는 140mA 인가 시 약 ${\pm}127{\mu}m$이다.

  • In KSLV-I, actuation system for thrust vector control of kick motor was configured as electro-hydraulic servo actuation system and consisted of actuators, hydraulic power supply system, hydraulic power distribution system and control system. In case of hydraulic power supply system, we use EMDP(Electric Motor Driven Pump) to supply hydraulic power. Generally, we use brushed DC motor for EMDP but it is not easy to operate EMDP using brushed DC motor at a high altitude. Hence, we are developing EMDP using brushless DC motor to use at a high altitude. In this study, we will explain control system for BLDC motor to drive hydraulic pump.

초고진공펌프를 위한 구동장치 개발

  • 본 개발에서는 초고속 복합 분자펌프 구동을 위한 디지털 구동장치를 설계 하였다. 초고속 모터구동을 위한 핵심제어 보드 설계 및 모듈을 설계하여 기본성능을 평가하였다. 또한 초고속 전동기 운전시 급가속 성능을 향상 하기 위해 홀센서에 의한 위치측정 오차를 최소화하는 관측기를 설계하여 모터제어기를 설계하여 고속회전 시험을 하였다. AMB 구동을 위한 전류제어기를 제작하여 성능시험을 하였다. AMB 구동을 위한 와전류식 변위센서 구동부를 설계 제작하였다.

  • It is difficult to run 3D graphics based application on the embedded system with hardware constraints. Therefore, such a system must have a systematic infrastructure which can process various operations with respect to 3D graphics through any graphic acceleration module. In this paper, we present a method to implement 3D graphics acceleration device driver on Tiny X platform which provide an open source graphics windowing environment. The proposed method is to initialize the driver step by step so that the direct rendering infrastructure can use it properly. Moreover, we evaluated overall 3D graphics performance of an implemented driver through a simple but effective benchmark program.

  • This paper describes the development of non-explosive separation(NES) device which can be equipped on a small satellite. It comprises mechanism itself and spring-type shape memory alloy(SMA) actuator. In order to design SMA actuator properly, the necessary actuation force is measured. Based on that result, SMA actuator is designed and fabricated. Finally, SMA actuator and the proposed mechanism are integrated. In order to evaluate performance of the developed NES, we carried out a response time test, preload test and shock level test. In near future, we expect to replace the imported NES device with the developed device.
