In this thesis, we propose a high-speed information network management mode based on layering and partitioning concepts of ITU-T G.805 We describe an information mood of the configuration of VP and VC networks and an information mode to manage faults in high-speed information networks. In order to efficient manage faults, us distinguish between an alarm with a fault that has negative effects on services and an alarm with an alert that barely affects services. Thus, we propose two types of computational models to treat all of these alarms, a fault alarm processing system and an alert alarm processing system. We also describe procedures of alarm processing and we describe the scope and processing course of NMS and SubNMS when rerouting a fault VP and VC fault connection. Lastly, we describe the implementation and analysis of the performance of the proposed fault alarm processing system. We compare the alarm processing tire of each priority according to the alarm occurrence ratio.

A study was performed on the management of working hours, starting time, and the internship journal using mobile app in order to manage the on the job training of the disabled students in the industrial companies. The employer of the disabled verifies if the acceptable standard of the disabled students and the actual information of the applicant matches, before hiring (accepting) the applicant. The company manages the attendance information (working hours and address, etc.) of the trainees using GPS. Judging from the result of the performance of this process, the process has contributed to the on the job training of the disabled, so the program is underway to link the process to the actual employment in the future. To test This app in this research, surveys with 34 students were done on "Results of Usefulness." UI satisfaction about this application showed more than 81.1% of beyond Just OK.

Finance Information System is critical national infrastructure. Therefore it is important to select variables of defect causal factor for the system defect management effectively. We research and analyze detected errors in A Company's Finance Information System for three years. In the result of research and analysis, we have selected 9 variables of defect factor: the trading volume, the fluctuation of KOSDAQ index, and the number of public announcements, etc. Then we have assumed that these variables affect real system errors and analyzed correlation between the hypothesis and the detected system errors. After analyzing, we have extracted the trading volume, the number of orders and fills, changing tasks, and the fluctuations of NASDAQ index as valid variables of defect factor. These variables are proposed for failure prediction model as the variables to manage defects in the finance information system afterward.

We extract the symptom of panic disorder from the context awareness environment. It extracts body context information through natural movement that exists in everyday life and uses a component of panic disorder. The ontology theory can be used to provide information on the degree of symptoms of panic disorder through inference process. For the components of panic disorder to the information processing based on ontology are defined as Classes. Panic disorder index is expressed through ontology modeling so that the condition of panic disorder can be known. The derivation of panic disorder component and panic disorder index will enable context awareness based information service for panic disorder. The context information is periodically synchronized with the context awareness on based device. Panic disorder can be used to improve the lifestyle of panic disorder.

본 논문은 해상 안전을 유지하는 중요한 역할을 수행하는 스마트 항로표지 시스템의 높은 가용성을 유지하기 위해 제안된 장애관리 방안에 대한 연구이다. 스마트 항로표지 시스템은 고가용성을 요구하는 시스템으로, 시스템의 건전성을 유지하고 장애 발생 시 빠른 대응이 필요하다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 마이크로 서비스 아키텍처 기반의 방안을 제안한다. 이를 통해 장애 발생 시 해당 서비스만 중단되고, 다른 서비스는 계속 운영될 수 있어 시스템 전체의 가용성과 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 모니터링 및 로깅 시스템을 도입하여 빠른 대응이 가능하도록 하며, 또한, 다양한 장애 관리 방안을 제시한다. 이를 통해 스마트 항로표지 시스템의 고가용성을 확보하여 안정적인 운영을 보장하는 데 기여할 수 있다.

공장 자동화 시스템이 증가됨에 따라 인건비 감소와 생산량 증가, 효율적인 작업 운영, 그리고 고도의 정밀 작업과 인재의 감소 등 여러 가지 이점이 있지만, 자동화 시스템의 문제로 생산 작업이 중단될 경우에 공장의 생산에 미치는 영향 또한 막대하다. 본 논문에서는 공장 자동화 시스템을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 사전에 시스템 장애를 모니터링 할 수 있는 장애 검출 방안에 대하여 제시하고, 이에 따른 효과를 제시하였다. 또한 제시된 방법은 시스템 내 각종 서버의 문제를 검출할 수 있고, 관리자는 모니터링 한 내용을 바탕으로 장애를 조치하는데 있어서 상당한 효과를 볼 수 있었으며, 이것이 생산량 증가로 이어지는 성과를 거둘 수 있다.

이 연구에서는 경찰관의 외상후 스트레스 장애 실태를 파악하고 그에 따른 대처방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 경찰관의 외상후 스트레스 장애 실태는 연구에 따라 다소 차이는 있으나 비교적 높은 수준이고, 소방관과 비교해도 상대적으로 높은 수준이다. 이에 대한 대처방안으로 고위험 경찰공무원의 발견 및 관리, 위기상황 스트레스 관리 기법의 보급, 직원 지원 프로그램의 도입, 동료 및 가족의 적극적 개입, 스트레스 관리 교육 등을 제시하였다.

This research aimed to examine the problems in a current national emergency management system that does not consider the disabled in the face of manmade catastrophes and natural disasters, and to conduct an expert opinion survey to explore the direction of disabled-inclusive public disaster management system. As a result of the analysis, the respondents of the survey revealed a need for a designated government department for disaster management systems for the disabled and the experts preferred the Ministry of Public Safety and Security (50%) than the Ministry of Health and Welfare (37.5%). However, 12.5% of the surveyed experts perceived cooperation between the two Ministries, rather than selecting a certain ministry, as necessary to establish a disaster management system for the disabled. Additionally, the experts recognized the response period (43.8%) of the disaster management life cycle to be the most important phase. Thus, at the disaster response period, the experts suggested utilizing an emergency alarm system to effectively rescue the disabled in the face of disaster. Based on this discussion, the paper explores ways to establish a disabled-inclusive public disaster management system.

The purpose of this study was to provide information necessary for development of the applications that could facilitate the prevention and management of obesity in children with intellectual disabilities and to present improvement measure for development of practical applications. Mobile applications for prevention and management of obesity for children with intellectual disabilities need to be configured to enable effective flow of information and services delivered between parents and children with disabilities through applications. This configuration is expected to allow effective obesity control to be derived through parental involvement in the process of motivation.. The composition of contents consists of three parts: nutrition, exercise(physical activity), and lifestyle. It is desirable for each content to be applied in a simple but easy-to-understand method, reflecting the characteristics of an intellectually disabled child. In addition, this study presented the user expansion and their continuous involvement through interface simplification, alert function, reward, voice recognition and subtitle support strategies in consideration of the characteristics of the children with intellectual disabilities.
