MC설계를 적용한 장수명주택 인필의 계획특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning Characteristics of Infill System for Long Life Housing Applied with MC Design)

  • Domestic apartment housing has been designed in accordance with the new housing supply-driven policies for a long time. As a result, its design, material production, construction, maintenance and remodeling process, rather than being systematically performed, were individually approached to cause insufficient linkage between technologies. For these problems and the supply of long life housing, active research on long life housing has been conducted in Korea since 2005. However, the existing research on long life housing has been focused on a single item with no connection made between infill systems, and no overall interface rule, resulting in no activation of the business. In this study, for the supply and activation of long life housing, we aim to analyze the problems of existing long life housing to set up its matching standards for infill systems.

漢代와 고구려의 長袖衣 무용복 비교 (Comparisons between Dancing Costumes Style of Kokurye and Han dynasty)

  • During the 3C(B.C.) and 2C(A.D.), there were large influx of variety of arts to Jin and Han dynasty such as music, dancing, and at performing from neighboring countries. It made a tremendous impact on the development of dancing an in Han dynasty. On the other hand, Kokurye people had also enjoyed their own singing and dancing culture (styles) for a long time. Han and Kokurye's dancing costumes were studied based on artifacts (data) such as wall paintings, clay doll, and other small paintings all from tombs in Han and Kokurye. A similarity was found between two dynasties' dancing costume, since both had tong sleeve dresses. However, the further detailed study showed that one can't simply say both are in the same style. For example, the dress in Han dynasty had a long length style of coat(深衣) covering all the way to feet, and there were round neckline coat(團領) and long Jacket(장유). In contrast, that of Kokurye had a shorter length in coat(直領) covering only up to calf of the leg or long jacket(장유).

  • 이 글은 경주 왕룡사원의 삼존불상에서 수습된 복장유물의 전체적인 현황을 조사하고 평가한 것이다. 특히 복장유물의 조사과정에서 전적류에 대한 가치를 집중적으로 고찰하였다. 그 결과 불복에서 발견된 $\ll$도해금강경$\gg$, $\ll$묘법연화경삼매참법$\gg$, $\ll$장수경$\gg$, $\ll$선종영가집$\gg$ 등은 국가문화재 보물급에 해당되는 중요한 판본으로 평가하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 장수형 등(2005)이 제시한 실시간 저수지 유입량 예측모형과 통합하여 하나의 시스템을 구축한 후 하류 하도의 홍수통수능력과 현재 저수지 수위에서 방류 가능량을 고려하여 수문에서의 조절 방류 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 현재시간 이후로 유입되는 홍수량을 감안하여 강우가 종료되어서도 이수용량이 확보되도록 하였다. 연구는 예당저수지에 적용하였으며, 방류량 계산시 최대 방류가능량은 저수위와 수문의 개도고에 따라 오리피스와 완전월류 흐름을 구분하여 계산하였으며 방류기준은 하류 하도의 통수능력, 강우종료 후 이수용량 확보 등을 감안하여 결정하였다. 연구의 적용결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 저수지 운영시스템을 적용한 결과 강우종료 후에도 이수용량 확보가 가능하였으며, 하류하도의 피해을 최대한 주지 않는 범위 내에서 저수지의 수문조작이 가능하여 예당지의 홍수조절능력을 극대화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

장수명핵종군 분리공정 평가

  • 군분리공정의 관심대상 핵종인 잔존 U, MA인 Am, Np 및 백금족원소의 장수명핵종인 Tc을 방사성모의용액으로부터 효과적으로 분리할 수 있었다. 각 단위공정에 주입되는 용액의 농도를 기준으로 하여 볼 때 잔존 U 제거 공정에서 U, Np, 및 Tc의 회수율은 각각 99.1%. 31.9%, 및 99.5%였다. 개미산 탈질 공정에서는 탈질 용액의 총 산도를 0.4M 이하까지 감소시켰으며, 부수적으로 후속용매추출 공정 전반에 걸쳐 문제 핵종으로 작용하는 Zr, Mo, Fe 등을 각각 99.8%, 94.2%, 22.4% 침전 제거시킬 수 있었다. 마지막으로 DEHPA에 의한 AM/RE 상호분리 공정에서는 연속적인 선택적역추출에 의해 Am 및 Np 의 회수율은 각각 99.8% 및 98.2% 정도였고, Am의 경우 7.6%읜 Fe및 81.6% 의 Mo가, Np의 경우 5.8%의 Fe이 불순물로서 여전히 존재하고 있다. 한편 RE 생성물에서는 97~99.9%의 RE가 회수 제거되었다.

  • The desultory reconstruction of multi-family housing, no more than 20 years from the permit on the completion, have invited environmental disruption and extravagance of resource. To get over these problems, it is important to develop long-life housing, which is physically strengthened durability(long life) and functionally not outdated(remodeling ability). To activate Long-life housing, investigating current regulations on the long-life housing is as much important as the research on the technologies of long-life housing. To meet the raised, diverse, and varying needs of occupants, the research on the long-life housing must go side by side with the investigation on the regulations. So this research focused on the analysis of regulations and pratical revision of regulations to develop flexibility of the long life housing.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to design for the environmental Interface of Long Life Housing. Research, improving the performance of the interface, is underway at the research organization of Long Life Housing. Infill system should accommodate the various changes in the space. So dismantlement, replacement, and repair of the act are essential. In this process, A lot of substance, which can damage or spoil the environment, may be produced. However, the eco-friendly aspects of the interface design of infill system is not made in the approach or evaluation. Therefore, this paper is to analyze the problem of Interface of Long Life Housing in terms of eco-friendly, and it try to find a design method, complemented in the next research.

  • The purpose of this study was to comprehend specific characteristic of interface and present the standardized interface of Long Life Housing, which could be obtained by the total and various approaches. With this in mind we analyzed related studies of interface through previous studies, and based on the analysis we created standardized factors of categorization in view of characteristic of interface. Using these factors, we can determine whether the interface could be used systematically in Long Life Housing. And as these were presented in the form of Key Map for expedite the synthetic understanding of interface, we could easily reconize types of interface. Especially, we only dealt the wall of flexible interface of Long Life Housing. Throughout systemizing and standardizing works, we can expedite the understanding of interface of Long Life Housing and finally, we want to make basic data used for date base of interface which can be available for Long Life Housing.

  • Recently, structural system of apartment building is changing from wall type to column type to accommodate various life styles of residents in Korea. Reinforced-concrete bearing wall structures have been mainly used in apartment construction since 1980's. It is impossible to remove the bearing wall in case of remodeling a house, so that the lightweight wall is needed to apply to the column type structure of the Long Life Housing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the construction performance of the wall. Constructibility reviews are performed throughout interview survey from builders who charge with managing the construction of the lightweight wall in field. This paper present that constructor prefer the bearing wall rather than the lightweight wall because of the schedule delay, difficulty of management, and lack of skilled labor. The results indicate what we should improve on the lightweight wall from now on.
