Using GIS data of C-si as basic data when making noise map of road traffic, we estimated exactly the noise excess areas and consequently suggested the population and the area exposed to road traffic noise accurately. We made 3D noise map to assess regional distribution of noise quantitatively. The noise map consists of noise prediction model based on data base such as traffic volume and speed changes for estimating quantitatively the noise and 3D urban space model which includes locations of noise sources, 3D buildings, topography and roads. We made noise standard map according to land use conditions and compared this map to road traffic noise map, and consequently made excess noise map. Using excess noise map, we assessed areas which exceed environmental noise level standards and noise guidelines quantitatively and effectively through GIS spatial analysis, and consequently more accurate noise exposed area and noise exposed population could be estimated. To show buildings' outer walls noise exposure, we analyzed 3D urban noise distributions using 3D-analysis of GIS.

본 연구에서는 공공도서관의 서비스 프로그램 운영과정에서 생산된 '서비스 데이터'를 서지데이터와 연계하여 도서관 목록을 개선시키고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년에 우수 도서관으로 선정된 공공도서관 7곳을 대상으로 서비스 데이터를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 서지데이터와 서비스 데이터를 서지프레임워크를 적용하여 시범적으로 연계하고, 활용 가능한 인터페이스를 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 1) 선별적이고 가치 평가가 포함된 서지데이터를 확보하고, 2) 장서의 생애주기 동안 서지데이터를 지속적으로 업데이트할 수 있게 되며, 3) 체계적으로 관리되기 어려웠던 서지데이터의 보존성과 공유 가능성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 4) 시맨틱웹 환경에서 외부 링크드 데이터를 추가적으로 연계할 수 있는 서지데이터 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구는 2003년부터 2008년까지 추진된 대구광역시 학교도서관 활성화사업의 성과를 평가한 것이다. 연구방법으로는 통계분석과 설문조사를 사용하였다. 본 논문은 두 가지 연구 내용을 포함하고 있다. 하나는 통계 데이터를 사용하여 학교도서관의 운영 및 활동의 주요 요소인 예산, 시설, 장서, 인력, 그리고 대출을 연도별로 분석한 것이다. 다른 하나는 활성화 사업의 효과와 만족도, 학교도서관의 기능에 대한 인식, 전담 인력의 자격, 향후 학교도서관 발전의 이니셔티브와 교육청의 정책과제 등에 관하여 학교장, 교과교사, 그리고 사서교사 및 도서관 담당교사를 대상으로 설문조사하여 분석한 것이다.

이 연구는 문화기반시설인 공공도서관의 지역문화발전 기여전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다, 이를 위하여 먼저 공공도서관이 수행하는 업무와 지역문화발전의 상의적 수수관계를 바탕으로 기여도를 평가하고 한계를 적시하였다. 이어 공공도서관과 밀접한 지역문화를 지식문화, 독서문화, 학습문화, 대중문화, 여가문화로 구분하고 이들의 발전과 진흥을 위한 공공도서관의 기여전략(장서개발과 이용서비스 중심의 핵심역량 제고, 디지털 정보해득력 교육 지원기능 강화, 독서생활화를 위한 독서촉진과 저변확대, 평생학습(문화)프로그램 제공서비스의 최적화, 시설 공간의 개방화 및 친숙성 증대, 지역 유관기관과의 연계 협력사업 확대)을 제안하였다.

이 연구는 편목업무 아웃소싱의 득과 실을 공공도서관의 사례를 통해 직접 검증해 보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이번 연구에서 필자가 밝혀내고자 시도한 내용은 다음과 같다: 첫째, 편목업무에 아웃소싱을 도입함으로써 실질적으로 업무의 효율성이 증대되었는가? 둘째, 편목업무의 아웃소싱이 목록의 품질에 어떠한 영향력을 미쳤는가? 셋째, 편목업무의 아웃소싱은 이용자서비스 업무를 강화하는데 과연 도움이 되었는가? 이 연구에서는 편목업무의 아웃소싱을 시행하고 있는 공공도서관의 사례를 분석하되, 상대적 비교를 위해 편목업무의 아웃소싱을 시행하지 않고 있는 공공도서관 중에서 비슷한 예산과 인력, 장서규모를 가진 도서관의 사례를 동시에 분석하였다. 표본으로 선정한 도서관은 대규모, 중규모, 소규모에 해당하는 공공도서관 각각 3곳씩 총 6곳이었다.

To study on mechanical characteristics of weathered granite masses are difficult because of undisturbanced sampling and in-situ test. Generally, pressuremeter test is widely used to investigate the behavior of weathered rock masses. However, it has many problems to get a limit pressure because of cavity collapse, membrane damage, ete. This study aims to evaluate the mechanical characteristics of weathered granite masses using in-situ pressuremeter test and numerical analysis depending on the ratio of length and diameter of the membrane(L/D=5, 8, 10, 15, 20). Test results and data are shown that strength parameters are reduced exponentially varing weathering degree, and numerical analysis results are approximately coincided with the test results. And the ratio of length and diameter of the membrane arc not affected the parameters such as modulus of pressuremeter, shear modulus, etc. But limit pressure is increased decreasing membrane length based on numerical analysis. On the other hand, increasing the membrane length, yield pressure is decreased and plastic radius is increased in the case of same weathering degree.

Installing noise barriers is the most common method for reducing the highway traffic noise to the road side residential area. After the report about edge potential concept of a noise barrier, various types of noise reducing devices(NRDs) called "noise reducers" have been suggested for getting more shielding effect on the top of highway noise barriers. But, it has been doubtful about effect of the NRDs in field because there was no appropriate and unified method to estimate the acoustic performance by using field measurement of the NRDs in Korea. In this study, the authors have considered to setup a practical method to test and estimate the acoustic performance of NRDs. For eliminating the noise reduction effect of the NRDs height itself, the source and measuring points are adjusted as highly as the NRDs height. For the frequency weighting in the estimation of the NRDs effect, the highway noise spectra were measured at asphalt and concrete road side and then averaged for a unit spectral parameter.

All of the city gas companies in Korea must employ the gas safety patrols by law. The gas safety patrols are responsible for the various tasks including daily gas pipeline patrol to prevent gas accidents. Since the size of jurisdiction varies among the city gas companies, it is very difficult to compare their efficiency for the operations of the safety patrol each other directly. The objective of this research is to develop the methodology to analyze and compare the efficiency of the safety patrol's operations among various city gas companies. Several factors that are related to the safety patrol's duty on the gas safety factors were identified and DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) model for efficiency analysis was developed. Finally, the DEA model was applied to the collected data from six city gas companies. The less efficient city gas companies can benchmark the higher efficient city gas companies in order to improve the safety control systems.

지식기반사회에 적합한 창의적$\cdot$자율적 인재양성을 위해 학생들의 책 읽기 습관 함양과 탐구 중심의 수업방법 개선이 필요하게 되었으며, 제7차 교육과정의 시행에 따라 수행평가, 재량활동$\cdot$특별활동 등을 지원하기 위한 기본시설로서 학교도서관의 중요성이 부각되었다. 이에 따라 '학교도서관 활성화 종합방안'을 수립하게 되었는데 그 주요내용은 열악한 학교도서관 환경을 개선하기 위한 시설, 장서, 재정, 인력운영 계획과 함께 학교도서관이 교수-학습활동을 실질적으로 지원할 수 있도록 도서관 활용 수업 방안까지 포괄됨으로써 학교도서관이 명실상부하게 학교의 중심부로 자리잡도록 하는 데 주안점을 두고 있다.

무거운 독성가스의 소규모 누출에 대한 가우시안 연속모델의 적용성을 평가하기 위하여 염소가스의 소규모 누출에서 염소농도의 실험값과 여러 가지 분산계수를 사용한 가우시안 연속모델에 의해 산출한 이론값을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 염소가스 분산은 분산계수와 대기안정도에 따라 상당히 차이가 있었으며, 염소농도는 Briggs의 분산계수와 유효 누출높이를 사용한 가우시안 연속모델에 의해 비교적 정확하게 산출할 수 있었다.
