The PMT test results are compared with other in situ test such as Standard Penetration Test (SPT), Cone Penetration Test (CPT), Field Vane Test (FVT) and the laboratory test in order to investigate the correlationships for the strength parameters obtained from Busan and Incheon areas. Many proposed correlation formulas also make a comparative study and new correlation formulas for domestic soils are introduced. Limit pressure ( $P_1$) could be determined by P-log($\Delta$V/V) and Relative volume Method. PMT for the granular soils showed relatively high correlation with SPT, while CPT has good correlation with PMT for cohesive soil. The predicted undrained shear test ( $S_{u}$) by the PMT test results for Incheon and Busan samples showed low correlativity with proposed equations, therefore, new correlation formulas are proposed for domestic soils.s.

주 ; 고문서는 그 의미가 대체로 문자로써 표현되어 있는 것이요, 동시에 이를 발급한 여자는 아울러 이를 받을 대상인 수자, 즉 주객과 대상사이에 어떤 작용을 미치는 요건이 구비되어 있는 갑오경장 이전의 문서를 지칭한다. 고문서는 사학연구에 있어서 중요한 위치를 점유하고 있는데, 그 자체가 사료, 내지는 법률적인 의미에서 가치가 높이 평가되고 있기 때문이다. 우리나라에 있어서 고문서의 분포상황을 보면 대체로 서울대학교 부속도서관에 60,000매, 국립중앙도서관에 13,000매, 연세대학교 도서관에 15,000매, 고려대학교 도서관에 10,000매, 영남대학교 도서관에 5,000매, 장서각에 건기 1,000점이 수장되어 있다. 이러한 고문서의 충분한 연구가 수반되어 활용되어야 함은 물론이다. 그러나 귀중한 사료로서의 고문서에 대한 정리가 아직도 이루어지고 있지 못하다. 더우기 도서관에 있어서 고문서의 분류표, 내지는 기술목록법에 관한 기준조차도 설정되어 있지 못하다. 우리나라 도서관에 있어서 고문서의 정리, 말하자면 부류, 목록을 위한 선행과제로써 고문서의 용어에 대한 간략한 해설을 소개코자 하는 것이다.

본 연구는 대전 지역에 소재하고 있는 15개 공공도서관을 대상으로 DEA 모형을 사용하여 2008년도 공공도서관의 상대적 효율성을 분석하고 이어서 최근 3년간의 추세변화를 분석하였다. 투입요소로는 직원수, 면적, 장서수가 사용되었으며 산출요소로는 이용책수와 이용자수가 사용되었다. 연구결과, 기술효율성 값의 추세변화를 분석해 보면 3년간 지속적으로 효율성이 개선되었으며, 기술효율성의 개선은 순수 기술효율성과 규모 효율성 둘 다의 개선에 있었다.

This study is about correlation between WECPNL and other units such as NNI, Leq and Ldn for aircraft noise that ere measured by automatic measuring system networks for grasping the effect of aircraft noise and investigated the aircraft noise level from 2004 to 2005 nearby 10 airports in Korea. It is very important to find the relationship among the various noise units, because exchange between the results of many other nation's study can improve the assessment and mitigation study of the aircraft noise. Correlation between WECPNL and M is better than one between WECPNL and Leq and between WECPNL and Ldn, because WECPNL and NNI are based on the PNL.

현재 우리나라는 1997년 7월부터 KOSHA18001 인증제도를 운영하여 사업장의 안전보건경영시스템 구축을 지원하고 있다. 그러나 사업장 규모에 따라 그 수준이 현저하게 차이가 있을 뿐만 아니라 안전보건경영시스템의 평가기준이 복잡하고, 어렵기 때문에 담당자들이 시스템 인식에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 중소규모 사업장은 한정된 자원과 인력으로 자율안전보건경영체제를 구축하기에는 더욱 어려움이 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 중소규모 사업장의 자율안전보건경영체제 구축을 지원하기 위해 선진국의 안전보건경영 관련 사례와 국내 사업장의 의견을 바탕으로, 중소규모 사업장용 안전보건경영시스템 인증기준(안)을 개발하였다.

This Study is to suggest a method of effect evaluation of forest fire on governor station in shrub land. Theoretically, to evaluate effects of forest fire, it is combined that Spread Rate of Forest Fire, Flame Model, and Thermal Radiation Effects Model; i.e. a travel time of forest fire is calculated by Spread Rate of Forest Fire, fire-line intensity is calculated by Flame Model, and effects of fire-line intensity is affected by Thermal Radiation Effects Model. With the aforementioned method, we could carry out the effect evaluation of forest fire on governor station in shrub land and could distinguish scenarios to need protection plan from all scenarios.

지식기반사회와 정보홍수시대로 갈수록, 도서관의 존속여부에 대한 고민으로 도서관경영의 중요성은 심화되며, 관련 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 동시출현단어 분석을 통해 도서관경영 분야의 지적구조를 분석하였다. 데이터 수집은 2001~2013년도까지 한국연구재단에 등재된 5개의 문헌정보학 관련 학회지를 대상으로 하였으며, 해당 논문 수는 413건이다. 데이터 처리후 군집분석을 실시하여 9개의 군집을 형성하였으며, 해당 군집은 장서개발, 디지털도서관, 공공도서관, 마케팅 및 조직관리, 국립중앙도서관 및 작은도서관, 인사관리(직무/자격제도), 대학도서관, 학교도서관, 서비스 품질평가이다. 이러한 연구 결과는 기존의 도서관경영 분야의 주제영역과 비교하였다.

In order to improve the acoustic performance of a noise barrier without increasing its height, various type of acoustic devices are suggested but, there is no proper method to estimate the performance in Korea. For this, an outdoor test facility was established in Expressway and Transportation Technology Institute(ETTI) of Korea Expressway Corporation for testing the acoustical performance of noise reducing devices installed on the top of a noise barrier. Noise measurements before and after installation of the noise reducing devices were carried out by using sound pressure level for long distance range from the barrier, from 10m to 40m. For considering the directivity effects of noise reducing devices, multivariate regression analysis was attempted.

The acoustical performance of noise reducing devices installed on the top of a noise barrier were tested by small-scale outdoor tests. Noise measurements before and after installation of the devices were carried out using sound intensity methods. It is well known that the sound intensity method can specify the strength and directivity of sound, and it is convenient to consider the feature of sound around a noise barrier. The noise reduction effect of each edge device was evaluated using the difference between the input and output sound power levels calculated from sound intensities. It was investigated that each device had different efficiency in the shadow zone, while there was no significant difference between edge devices in the illuminated zone.

본 연구는 공공도서관에서 운영하는 프로그램의 성과를 로직모델을 기반으로 개발된 평가 프레임워크를 적용하여 측정하고자 하였다. 성과 측정을 위해 서울 소재 한 공공도서관에서 운영하는 여러 프로그램 중 어린이 독서 프로그램을 선정하였다. 성과 측정 과정은 어린이 독서 프로그램의 계획, 진행, 평가 등의 업무과정 일체를 분석하여 로직 모델을 구현하였으며 이에 의거하여 예상되는 성과를 측정하였다. 데이터는 KOLAS를 통해 회원정보, 서지정보, 대출정보 등을 수집하였고, 프로그램 운영 현황에 대한 데이터는 프로그램 진행 후 작성된 보고서에서 추출하였다. 측정 결과 어린이 독서 프로그램에 참여한 회원들의 대출빈도가 상승하였고, 프로그램의 주제에 따라 대출 장서의 주제가 변화하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 독서 프로그램이 갖는 효과와 의미를 확인할 수 있었으며, 성과평가가 도서관에서 운영하는 타 프로그램 및 도서관 업무 등의 효과성을 측정하는데 유용한 도구가 될 수 있음을 보여주었다.
