  • 본 연구에서는 펜싱의 저변확대를 위하여 펜싱 강습을 위한 모바일 애플리케이션을 설계하고 개발하였다. 펜싱의 저변확대가 어려운 이유로 펜싱 장비가 고가이고 시설을 갖추기 어렵다는 것에 있다. 이에 많은 펜싱 연구자들이 저변 확대를 위하여 뉴스포츠화한 펜싱 종목을 고안하거나, 금속제 장비가 아닌 플라스틱 훈련장비도 개발하는 등 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기본적인 펜싱 강습이 가능한 모바일 애플리케이션을 구현하였다. 모바일 애플리케이션에서는 시간 관리 기능, 점수 관리 기능 등을 갖추도록 하였다.

Education Equipment and Its Application for Indoor Position Recognition Using Inertial Measurement Unit Sensor (IMU센서를 이용한 실내 위치 인식 교육용 장비 및 응용)

  • Educational equipment that enables the user or device to recognize the indoor position by using the acceleration and angular velocity of the IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) sensor is introduced. With this educational equipment, various position recognition and tracking algorithms can be learned and creative engineering design works can be realized. The data value of the IMU sensor is transmitted to the MCU (microcontroller unit) through $I^2C$ (Inter-Integrated Circuit), and the indoor position recognition algorithm is applied by processing the data value through the filter and numerical method. It is then designed to use wireless communication to send and receive processed values and to be recognized by the user. As an example using this equipament, the case of "Implementation and recognition of virtual position using computation of moving direction and distance using IMU sensor" is introduced, and various creative engineering design application is discussed.

  • Recently, the production process system is largely composed automatic system using the wired network. The production process system using wired network has disadvantages that take place expense when the installed and inspected production of equipment was replaced. The each equipment happens to repair cost for control and management in production processes. In this paper, the industrial equipment that applied for IEEE 802.15.4(ZigBee) technology solves a complicated space at the plant. And then when the industrial equipments replace wired network with wireless network, this paper studied its user interface.

  • 현대의 지속적인 기술개발과 산업발전은 삶의 질을 향상시키는 긍정적인 시각이 있는 반면 심각한 환경문제를 안고 있다. 자동차 공조기술도 지구 환경보호라는 거대한 과제와 탑승자의 쾌적성 만족이라는 두 가지 다른 관점을 동시에 충족시켜야 하는 과제를 가지고 있으며, 이 분야 산업에 전문적인 지식으로 공조 열량계 운용에 대한 경험이 대학 교육과정에서도 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 교육과정 특성상 장비의 활용성, 경제성, 장비설치 및 취급의 용이성 등을 고려하여 교육용으로 적합한 간이 열량계를 제작하였다. 교육 및 연구용으로 제작한 간이 열량계의 타당성을 확인하기위해 현재 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 R134a 자동차용 냉방시스템을 구성하여 압축기 회전속도, 실내 풍량, 냉매 충전량 등을 변수로 하여 열교환기 냉방성능을 평가한 후 비교하여 교육용 열량계의 유용성을 확인하였다.

  • 유비쿼터스 기술의 발전과 더불어 스마트 교육과 관련된 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 교육 분야에서의 최신 IT 기술의 도입의 첫 단추는 도서관 시스템 이였다. 이용자와 도서관의 자료를 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 많은 기관에서 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 소자를 기반으로 관련 RFID 리더 장비와 데이터 관리 장비를 구축하였다. 이러한 기술을 기반으로 유비쿼터스 기술을 학생들이 가장 많은 시간을 보내는 교실의 환경에 적용하여 스마트 교육 시스템으로 구축하는 것은 교육의 첨단화와 연계되어 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 자원을 활용하여 네트워크 환경에서의 자원 배분을 원활히 이뤄내는 P2P 기술과 스마트 교육 시스템의 연계점을 연구하고자 한다. 기존 기술의 적용은 안정성과 신뢰성 측면에서 유용하며 새로운 구조의 제안에 있어서 빠른 적용이 가능한 모델로 전개될 수 있다.

  • 의료기관은 의료기관종사자에 대한 적절한 교육을 실시하고, 또한 안전장비의 사용, 보호장비의 사용 등과 같이 그들이 직무 중 감염위험에 노출되지 않도록 충분히 보호하는 것과, 감염위험에 노출되었을 때 감염예방을 위한 충분한 조치가 반드시 수행되어야 한다.

  • Recently, due to Industry 4.0, there is a great interest in smart factory for productivity improvement and customer satisfaction in manufacturing industry, and construction is also actively pursued by government support. In particular, data integration and fieldbus communication technology to build an efficient production system are essential. Fieldbus is an open control system that is not tied to a specific vendor system and has various advantages such as compatibility with other products, accuracy of data transmission, and remote diagnosis. However, there are no educational equipment for training field buses, training courses and examples for practical training, and there are many limitations in improving the practical skills needed for building smart factories in the industrial field. Therefore, this study develops PLC based fieldbus education equipment and training course based on previous research results that selected PLC and communication technology suitable for domestic industry field for practical fieldbus training and develops the training program of Ethernet IP, Profibus DP, Modbus, CC-Link, and DeviceNet. In addition, it is confirmed that the control and remote diagnosis of distributed field devices are possible by data collection and monitoring.

A Study on the Development of Training Systems for Marine Engines Using Virtual Reality (가상현실(VR)을 이용한 선박주기관 교육·훈련 시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The need for education and training on engine-part maintenance is rising in order to prevent marine accidents occurring due to a surge in engine-part damages. However, practical training using actual equipment is difficult due to the size and location of the equipment. Therefore, the necessity of developing a training system for marine engines using virtual reality (VR) is intensifying. The purpose of this paper is to develop an optimized system for marine engine education and training using existing VR programs and equipment. To this end, we selected and modeled the marine engine and education target suitable for the class, and developed the system using VR development software. The developed VR education and training system is designed to experience content that is otherwise difficult to train or practice in the curriculum through virtual reality. In fact, fourth grade students from Maritime University were taught using marine engine VR educational equipment, and it confirmed that there was an educational effect on the class. In the future, the introduction of an education and training system using VR in the field of marine engines can improve their maintenance and repairing capacity, and aid in reducing marine accidents.need for education and training on engine part maintenance is increasing to prevent marine accidents.

Analyzing Technology Competitiveness by Country in the Semiconductor Cleaning Equipment Sector Using Quantitative Indices and Co-Classification Network (특허의 정량적 지표와 동시분류 네트워크를 활용한 반도체 세정장비 분야 국가별 기술경쟁력 분석)

  • Despite its matchless position in the global semiconductor industry, Korea has not distinguished itself in the semiconductor equipment sector. Semiconductor cleaning equipment is one of the semiconductor fabrication equipment, and it is expected to be more important along with the advancement of semiconductor fabrication processes. This study attempts to analyze technology competitiveness of major countries in the sector including Korea, and explore specialty sub-areas of the countries. For this purpose, we collected patents of semiconductor cleaning equipment during the last 10 years from the US patent database, and implemented quantitative patent analysis and co-classification network analysis. The result shows that, the US and Japan have been leading the technological progress in this sector, and Korea's competitiveness has lagged behind not only the leading countries but also its competitors and even latecomers. Therefore, intensive R&D and developing technological capabilities are needed for advancing the country's competitiveness in the sector.
