Machine Allocation Based on Salvage Value for Minimizing Purchasing Costs of Consumable Auxiliary Tools (소모성 보조 장비 구입비용 최소화를 위한 잔존가치 기반의 장비 할당 문제)

  • Small and medium Enterprises (SMEs), which have a manufacturing method of small quantity batch production produce goods using a general-purpose equipment and attached auxiliary tools. Many previous studies have focused on finding the effective resource allocations for improving the firms' productivity. It is very important for SMEs to keep costs low in assigning jobs to each resource, because they should meet the future uncertain demand of consumers under the limited budget. Using the concept of salvage cost, this paper proposes how to effectively allocate the tasks to main resources in the production process. The salvage cost is defined that purchasing cost minus decrease in value by workload, the method considering this is expected to reduce total purchasing costs during business period. To validate the effect of the proposed method, we proceed the real case study targeting on S company, PCB manufacturer to compare purchase amounts and its costs between the allocation proposed based salvage cost and current allocation method of current S company. As a results, In short-term (3 year) business period, salvage allocation have remarkable superior outcome to existing method, but gradually have cancelled out the effects in long-term (8 year) plans. Unlike the cycle allocation method, there exists the idle-equipments in allocation based salvage value. we additionally analyze the profits with respect to rental strategy of them during business period.

  • One of the most important indicators for measuring service level and productivity of the port may be a demurrage rate. Currently, in the case of grain terminal of Busan North Port, demurrage rate are recognized at a very high level, in order to improve this, it is tilted more effort operational. In order to reduce the demurrage, there is a way expansion of facility of hardware, such as the replacement of aging equipment, and how manipulative assignment rules of the apparatus of the operation on the software side, such as changing the order of facility allocation. If the financial reasons are out of question, it is possible to expand to reduce the demurrage rate by operational way. Therefore this paper deals with how to operate some of the allocation rules and silo allocation rules of equipment to reduce the work hours with model and how to operate basic equipment and grain terminal of Busan North Port want to be seen by comparative analysis.

  • The Army's engineers are carrying out a range of operations using various equipment, of which, artillery unit support is the representative engineering operation field. The main task of the artillery unit is to attack the enemy's center with firepower from the rear of a friendly force. The artillery must move its original position after firing several times to prevent exposure of the shooting position. This paper proposed a mathematical model and heuristic algorithm that can be used to determine the optimal allocation among engineer equipment, the team (work), and position while reflecting the constraints of the construction of an artillery position. The model proposed in this paper derived the optimal solution for the small size problems, but it takes a long time to derive the optimal solution for the problem of equipment placement of the engineer battalion and brigade scale. Although the heuristic suggested in this study does not guarantee the optimal solution, the solution could be obtained in a reasonable amount of time.

  • Remarshalling operation is one of the operations considered important in an automated container terminal to perform quickly loading operations and delivery operations. It arranges the containers scattered at a verticla yard block in order to reduce the transfer time and the rehandling time of ATC(Automated Transfer Crane)s. This paper deals with the remarshalling planning problem minimizing the weighted operation time. This problem can be decomposed into 2 subproblems, storage space assignment problem and operation sequencing problem Storage space assignment problem decides to where containers are transported in terms of transportation time cost.. With results of a previous subproblem, operation sequence problem determines the ATC operation sequence, which minimizes the dead-heading of ATC This study formulates each subproblem with mixed integer program and dynamic program. To illustrate the proposed model, we propose an instance to explain the process of remarshalling planning.

  • 본 논문은 Overhead Hoist Transport(OHT)를 운반 장비로 사용하는 반도체 생산 라인 자동물류시스템에서의 차량배차문제를 다룬다. 고려하는 반도체 라인은 18 개의 bay 와 6 개의 stoker 로 구성되며 160 대 이상의 OHT를 가진다. 자동물류시스템은 최소한의 OHT 대수로 하루 100,000 건의 웨이퍼를 이동시켜야 하며 반송시간과 편차를 최소화하여야 한다. 전통적인 차량배차규칙에서는 차량이 어떤 작업에 할당되면 그 관계가 변하지 않는 반면, 본 연구에서는 시스템 상황의 변화에 따라 차량을 작업에 재할당하는 방법을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 방법을 shortest travel distance first 규칙과 비교한 결과, 필요한 OHT 대수, 반송시간과 반송시간의 편차 측면에서 획기적인 효용성 향상을 보였다.

An Efficient Technique to Improve Compression for Low-Power Scan Test Data (저전력 테스트 데이터 압축 개선을 위한 효과적인 기법)

  • The huge test data volume, test time and power consumption are major problems in system-on-a-chip testing. To tackle those problems, we propose a new test data compression technique. Initially, don't-cares in a pre-computed test cube set are assigned to reduce the test power consumption, and then, the fully specified low-power test data is transformed to improve compression efficiency by neighboring bit-wise exclusive-or (NB-XOR) scheme. Finally, the transformed test set is compressed to reduce both the test equipment storage requirements and test application time.

  • OXC는 정적인 점대점 광전송망에서 동적인 그물형 전광통신망으로 진화하기 위하여 망에 도입되어야 할 새로운 광네트워크 장비이다. OXC는 링크 단위의 스위칭을 하는 FXC 파장 단위의 스위칭 기능이 있으나 파장 변환 기능이 없는 WSXC, 그리고 파장 변환 기능이 있는 WIXC로 구분할 수 있으며, 이들간의 hybrid 도 가능하다. OXC 하드웨어의 중심을 이루는 것은 광스위치이다. MEMS 기술, 열광학 효과를 이용한 광도파로 기술, 전반사를 이용하는 bubble 스위치 기술 등을 사용하여 개발이 진행되고 있다. 현재까지는 이 중 3D MEMS 기술이 대용량 스위치를 구성할 가능성이 있는 기술로 받아들여지고 있다. OXC를 구성하는데 있어서 또 다른 핵심적인 기술에는 파장변환 기술이 있다. 광전 파장변환기와 전광 파장변환기 방식이 현재 연구되고 있으며 초기에는 광전변환 방식이 OXC 시스템에 적용될 가능성이 높다. 전광 파장변환기의 시스템 적용을 위해서는 좀 더 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. OXC를 사용하는 전광통신망에서 광스위치 기술 이상으로 많은 논란이 되는 것은 망의 운용 문제이다. 현재 가장 많이 언급되는 모델은 오버레이 모델과 피어 모델이다. 오버레이 모델은 클라이언트/서버 개념에 기반한 모델인 반면 피어 모델은 광 네트워크 장비와 기존 장비를 대등한 관계로 정의한 모델이다. 각각의 모델에 대해서는 표준화 단체에 따라 약간씩 다른 입장을 취하고 있지만 상호 간에 수용 또는 타협할 점이 많다고 볼 수 있다. OXC를 포함하는 전광 통신망을 운용할 때에는 동적 연결 설정 및 해제를 위한 새로운 신호 방식이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 ITU-T 및 OIF에서 UNI와 NNI등의 인터페이스와 여기에 사용되는 신호 방식을 논의하고 있다. 그 외에도 전광 통신망 운용에 필요한 라우팅 및 파장할당 방법과 OXC를 이용한 그물형 망에서의 보호 및 복구에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다.

  • It's important to operate the yard for improving to the productivity in container terminal effectively. Because the automated container terminal(ACT) has storage yard of automation and horizon, it's character is different from conventional terminal. As the automation yard in ACT is operated by the automated equipments, it needs to an efficient storage plan which is connected the automated equipment, the external truck, the shipment etc.. Hut the traditional method of storage plan is the space assignment problem. The efficiency of yard decreases and it is brought about increase of shipment time, because real-time automated equipments and present yard status is not reflected in. In order to solve this problems, we propose the algorithm for real-time storage location of container considering shipment plan, yard status and the state of ATC.

IEC 61000-4 시리즈(EMS)의 문제점과 오동작간의 관계분석

  • 불요전자파, EMI의 규제 목적은 공중통신에 할당된 주파수를 보호하고 저전압 고속으로 동작하는 자동화 기기 즉 프로세서 제어기기의 오동작을 방지하기 위해 실시된다. 이에 반해 전자파 내성시험, EMS는 전기전자 기기가 각종 전자기적인 환경에 대해 얼마만큼 견딜 수 있는냐 혹은 오동작을 방지하기 위해 평가하게 된다. EMI 관련규정의 경우 오래전부터 연구 개량되어 일부 계측기 제조업체에서 장비판매를 목적으로 불필요한 규정을 만드는 것을 제외하고 큰 문제가 없다. 전자파 내성시험의 경우 어떤 경우이든 현장에서 발생되는 각종 오동작을 방지할 수 있는 시험항목과 시험레벨이 적용되어 평가되어야 한다. 본 고에서는 현용 IEC 61000-4-시리즈 내성시험항목과 적용 시험레벨의 문제점과 자동화 설비의 오동작간 상관관계에 대해 분석하여 기술한다.

Development of a Fleet Management System for Cooperation Among Construction Equipment (건설장비 협업을 위한 플릿관리 시스템 개발)

  • In construction jobs, a combination of various kinds of machinery is used to perform earthworks at a large-scale site. Individual equipments essentially cooperate with each other on task such as excavation, load, transfer and compaction. While other area have studied cooperation system, related study in domestic construction is in poor condition. In this study, construction equipment fleet management system is developed for solving this problem and find way to improving efficiency in earthworks site. The entire concept of the fleet management system, including its components and process, has been systematically outlined in this paper. An operational methodology has also been suggested, where a number of machines, such as the excavators, trucks and compactors, are chosen and further grouped into a cluster. A case study verify fleet management system's effectiveness on performing task package by comparing existing work method with methodology in this study. Fleet management system in this study is expected to curtail fuel consumption by the reduction of working time and moving distance. Furthermore, it can be anticipated to declining carbon emission effect.
