The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of occupational performance ability and leisure satisfaction on parenting stress in parents with disabled children. The data collection period was from January 10, 2017 to February 17, 2017, and 72 questionnaires were used for analysis. The research tool was a structured questionnaire which comprised the following components: general characteristics questionnaire, parenting stress measurement tool, occupational performance ability tool, and leisure satisfaction questionnaire. The results of this study were as follows. The general characteristics of children with high parenting stress were as follows: female, age 8-12, developmental and intellectual disability, disability grade 1 and 2, in the case of private treatment institutions. There was a significant correlation between parental occupational performance ability, parenting stress, and leisure satisfaction. Occupation, social integration, and economic independence, and leisure satisfaction were the factors influencing parenting stress. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the parenting stress intervention of parents with disabilities.

The Purpose of this study is to find out the relationships of affective outcomes and work itself performed by librarians. General job satisfaction, internal work motivation and growth satisfaction were set as independent variables in this study. Work effectiveness was set as a dependent variable. The result of multiple regressions by the data from 88 systems librarians who work at university libraries showed that affective outcomes affect work effectiveness, and growth satisfaction is important to affective outcome.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of leisure-based occupational therapy on leisure satisfaction, activities of daily living, and rehabilitation motivation in elderly patients with chronic diseases. In the study, Subjects were assigned to either the control or experimental group. The experimental group consisted of 10 and the control group of 14 patients. The experimental group receive a Leisure-based occupational therapy intervention, and the control group receive a conventional occupational therapy intervention. Leisure satisfaction, activities of daily living, and rehabilitation motivation were measured to Canadian occupational performance measure(COPM), Korean Activities of Daily Living(K-ADL·K-IADL), and Patient Questionnaire of Rehabilitation Motivation(PAREMO). Evaluation scores were compared before and after intervention to determine whether or not there were differences over time. And we examined the correlation between the variables. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The leisure-based occupational therapy has a significant effect on leisure satisfaction and rehabilitation motivation(p<.01). 2) The conventional occupational therapy has a significant effect on activities of daily living(p<.01). 3) There was a significant correlation between ADL and IADL(p<.01). 4) There was a significant correlation between leisure satisfaction and Rehabilitation Motivation(p<.01). Implications for occupational therapy include that we must offer appropriate approach with considering the interests and value of patients to them. And proposing studies to demonstrate the efficacy of occupational therapy approaches.

The purpose of this study is to examine how working environments and psychological empowerment of the employed people with mental illness influencing their job satisfaction. This research was conducted with 326 the employed people with mental illness working for the competitive employment. The result of study appeared their job satisfaction was estimated in order of psychological empowerment, supervisor's support, participative climate, and compensation system. This research has its meaning in that it dealt with psychological work environments taking into consideration characteristics of the people with mental illness for the first time. And this research was significant in demonstrating that the concept of psychological empowerment is the most important notion to explain job satisfaction of the people with mental illness as well as general workers.

This study investigated the situations and satisfaction of home-based occupational therapy service for children under eighteen residing in Suncheon and Gwangyang. Arithmetic statistics were conducted by dividing the general facts of home-based occupational therapy service, the kinds of service used in home-based therapy, the satisfaction of home-based occupational therapy service, facts helpful for children, and facts helpful for parents or home. As a result, the most common source of home-based occupational therapy information was the association for children with disabilities and its satisfaction was high. This study will provide basic materials to build up systematic, stable, and continuous rehabilitation therapy support projects by the government.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on effective manpower management by analyzing the influence of occupational therapists' work experience satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. Methods : Throughout the working hours of occupational therapists working in occupational therapy rooms nationwide, the questionnaire was examined by Google, Empowerment, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover. Results : Empowerment perception level of the subjects was 3.52, Job satisfaction was 3.05, Organizational commitment 3.02, and turnover intention 3.19. The analysis of empowerment according to the general characteristics of the subjects revealed significant differences in gender, age, education level, and work experience. There was a significant difference in the organizational commitment age, education level, and patient type. The age and education level of the general characteristics of the subjects were different significantly in the empowerment and organizational commitment. Empowerment showed a positive correlation with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Conclusion : The empowerment is an important variable affecting job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention, which are important factors for effective job performance of occupational therapist.

컨테이너 터미널에서 이적작업은 적하작업과 반출작업을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 장치장에 흩어져 있는 컨테이너들을 재배치하는 것이다. 본 연구는 수직 배치형 장치장 블록 내에서 컨테이너 재배치 작업계획 문제를 다룬다. 재배치 작업계획은 대상 컨테이너, 옮겨질 위치 그리고 재배치 작업 순서를 정하는 것이다. 본 연구는 재배치 작업시간, 반출작업, 적하작업의 가중시간 비용을 최소화하면서 재배치 작업동안 공간 가용성이 만족되도록 장치위치와 작업순서를 함께 결정하는 혼합정수계획모형을 개발하였다.

With the recent performance improvement of mobile devices as well as the emergence of various applications, not only interactive tasks but also real-time tasks are rapidly increasing. As real-time tasks have deadline requirements, resource management policies used in the conventional time-sharing systems have limitations in satisfying real-time constraints. In this paper, we examine how to efficiently manage resources while satisfying the constraints of real-time tasks through end-to-end resource management of CPU, memory, and storage when interactive and real-time tasks are executed concurrently on a mobile device. Instead of suggesting complicated resource management policies, we focus on examining the basic concepts necessary for each resource management. Specifically, we first look at basic policies such as assigning dedicated CPU cores for real-time tasks, allocating a certain working set of real-time tasks in memory, and using fast storage without context switch in I/O. We then consider how these basic policies can be adopted efficiently.

In metal cutting processes, cutting conditions have an influence on reducing the production cost and deciding the quality of a final product. Process planners usually make modification to recommended cutting parameters obtained from machining data handbooks in order to satisfy requirements for individual operation. The modified cutting parameters also need to be examined for the safe machining. In this paper, a new operation planning system that allows the generation and check of modified cutting parameters is proposed for the milling process. A neural network methodology is introduced to identify mathematical models for generation of the modified cutting parameters, and several simplified rules and equations are presented for the check of the cutting parameters. Finally, the results are demonstrated with an example part.

본 논문에서는 광양제철소의 연속소둔공정의 작업단위편성 문제를 소개하고, 그 해결방안을 제시한다. 다루고자 하는 문제는 편성할 스케줄 내에서 전후 대상재간의 다양한 형태의 편차를 최소화하며 sequence의 길이를 최대화하 는 목적함수를 가지며, 동시에 공정의 특성상 발생하는 전후 대상재간의 제 약조건들을 만족시키는 문제이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 부분 최적 해를 구해 주는 순차적인 두가지 발견적(heuristic)기법을 제시한다. 첫째, 일 정의 길이를 최대화하며 전후 대상재간의 제약조건을 만족시키기 위한 "backtracking with look ahead" 기법이다. 특히 이 "backtracking with look ahead" 기법은 이미 개발된 "constraint satisfaction problem"을 기반으로 한 일정계획언어와 이에 연동된 코드생성기를 사용하여 구현되었다. 둘째, sequence내 전후 대상재간의 다양한 형태의 편차를 최소화하며 앞에서 만족 시킨 제약조건들을 계속 유지시키기 위한 평활화(smoothing) 기법이다. 마지 막으로 두가지 발견적 기법을 사용하여 본 연속소둔공정의 작업단위편성 문 제를 해결하는 과정을 보여준다. 이와 같은 발견적 기법을 이용하여 기존의 기법들로는 해결하기 힘든 복잡한 형태의 일정 계획 문제를 해결할 수 있었 다. 복잡한 형태의 일정 계획 문제를 해결할 수 있었 다.
