아연도금 파이프 단동비닐하우스의 면적은 국내 원예시설면적의 80%를 차지하고 있으나, 시공의 용이성과 시공비의 저렴함으로 인하여 구조물로서의 공학적 설계에 대한 인식이 부족한 실정이다. 그리고, 온실형태는 지역농협이나 작목반 등에서 보유하고 있는 성형활대에 따라 결정이 되어지고 있다. 이러한 이유로 단동비닐하우스는 매년 태풍 및 폭설 등의 기상재해로 큰 피해를 입고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 2001년말 농촌진흥청에서는 농가지도형 비닐하우스 모델을 10가지를 제안하였다. (중략)

국내 원예시설면적의 80%를 차지하고 있는 파이프 단동비닐하우스는 대부분이 농가에서 자가인력을 이용하여 설치를 하고 있는 실정이며 골조용 파이프의 성형은 지역농협이나 작목반 등에서 보유하고 있는 활대를 이용하고 있다. 따라서, 농가에서 보유하고 있는 활대의 형상에 따라 하우스의 단면형태가 결정이 되어지며 하우스의 시공시 활대와 시공자의 취향에 따라 측벽의 기울기가 상이하게 나타난다. (중략)

This is a case study on the counterplan for reducing agricultural environmental pollution in the SANHYUN Livestock Club through participatory research from March, 1993 to June, 1995. In the monthly meetings, the active discussion about agricultural environmental pollution gradually increased with the village people, Club members and other people because of a consciousness-raising created through discussion activities. In addition, the Club members have established a septic tank and accumulation store-house after active participation in such discussions about the environmental pollution. After two years, the number of septic tanks and accumulation store-houses has increased from two to 10. Gradually all village people are becoming more aware of village environmental pollution. Four non-member farmers have constructed a septic tanks and several member farmers have constructed the fermentation system of sawdust and hulls.

This study aims to make an analysis of the innovation milieu in connection with the agricultural products and distribution system, and suggest policy alternatives for agricultural development and rural community. The decisions on the agricultural management are highly depend on the individual farm household' conditions(labor force or profits) rather than the crop units(JAKMOKBAN) or others. The partnerships of the innovation agents and trust between the individual farm households are considerably weak. From this paper, we suggest as follows to improve the regional agricultural industry and rural community development. The individual farm households need to convert market-oriented production system. And it is more important to enhance the innovation milieu than to enlarge physical infrastructure for agricultural development and rural community.
