클러스터 시스템은 상대적으로 가격이 싼 컴퓨터를 고성능의 네트워크(Network)로 묶어서 슈퍼컴퓨터와 같은 고성능을 가지도록 만들어진 시스템이다. 이런 클러스터 컴퓨팅 환경에서 효율적인 스케줄링은 그 성능에 직접적인 영향을 주는 요소이다. 이런 시스템에서 완전한 동시 스케줄링(Coscheduling)은 서로 교환해야하는 정보가 많아지기 때문에 그 구현이 어렵다. 이 상황에서 메시지를 기다리는 정보와 메시지의 도착 정보를 이용해서 즉 단지 그 노드(Node) 자체의 정보만을 이용해 동시 스케줄링의 효과를 구현할 수 있다. 그리고 이것을 이용한 알고리즘 중에 주기적 추진(Periodic Boost(PB))이 있다. 이 논문에서는 주기적 추진에 휴리스틱을 이용하du 더 효과적인 스케줄링을 할 수 있는 알고리즘을 소개한다. 그리고 이 휴리스틱의 효과를 검증하기 위해서 클러스터 노드 2개를 이용해서 실험을 했다. 실험은 계산대 통신 비율(Communication-to-Computation ratio)을 변화시켜가면서 총 수행시간을 측정하고, 서로 통신하는 양이 다른 프로세스를 섞어서 그 성능을 실험한 결과 휴리스틱이 주기적 추진(PB)에서 불필요하게 낭비되는 자원을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

This paper describes the study of integrated hydrogen supply system for environment friendly propulsion systems of fuel-cell UAV. Diluted hydrochloric acid was used for direct-decomposing solid-state $NaBH_4$ and generating hydrogen. Self-hydrogen pressurized reactor and pressure regulator was introduced for stable hydrogen supply. Prototype of integrated hydrogen supply systems using the solid-state $NaBH_4$ direct-decomposition was designed for performance evaluation and concept demonstration.

This study presents limitations for the roles and the responsibilities of the related business entities because it is very important that the controversy is minimized during a progressive period of the project. In this study, we analyze several Ubiquitous city projects undertaken by the local governments and raised some issues. We construct the step-by-step procedures for the Ubiquitous city construction business management from the business plan to management after completion of the Ubiquitous city construction and establish the clear-cut duty ranges for the related business entities at each step.

This paper intended to observe the present state of the U-City development in local governments and to present the basic view-point to carry out it in the context of total urban area. Also, this paper has a meaning to present a fundamental perspective for making plan to go on the U-City development. For this reason, it was investigated on the concept of 'Ubiquitous', the related technologies to realize the U-City, the related policies for 'Ubiquitous' in the central government, and the circumstances of the U-City development in the local government. Finally, on developing the U-City in local government, this paper presented its developing direction in the context of the whole urban structure and in the relation with the developed urban areas.

In this study, the decomposition performance of ammonia dinitramide (ADN) based liquid monopropellant was evaluated by using metal supported alumina bead catalyst. Alumina bead was calcined at $1200^{\circ}C$, and Pt and Cu were impregnated on alumina bead by excess water impregnation using a rotary evaporator. The decomposition temperature ($T_{dec}$) of ADN-based liquid monopropellant was measured in a home-made batch reactor. The decomposition temperature of Cu/$Al_2O_3$ catalyst was lower than that of Pt/$Al_2O_3$ catalyst, and $T_{dec}$ was about $130^{\circ}C$.

현재 우리나라를 포함하여 개발도상국의 전력기기 생산 업체는 R&D 사업을 꾸준히 추진하여 왔으나, 기술력 부족과 연구 개발 과정에서 필요로 하는 연구시험설비의 부족으로 자체 기술개발은 거의 불가능하였다. 그 결과 선진 기술을 도입하여 모방하는 수준에 머무르고 있었으며, 진정한 의미의 연구개발은 현실적으로 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 현실을 극복하고 자체기술로 기기개발을 유도하여 경쟁력 우위를 꾸준히 확보하기 위해서는 끊임없는 연구노력이 필요하며 이를 뒷받침 할 연구시험회로 건설은 필연적이라 하겠다. 우리나라 유수의 전력기기 제조업체에서도 1) 자체기술로 고유 모델기기를 개발하여 경쟁력 우위를 지속적으로 확보하고, 2) 개발 완료 단계의 제품으로 타 기관, 타 회사의 시험 설비를 이용한 종합적인 성능평가보다, 개발과정에서 기기특성을 정확히 파악하여 인적 물적 손실을 최소화하고, 3) 기 개발된 제품의 품질개선, 원가절감을 꾸준히 이룩하기 위하여 건설 되어야 할 단락 연구시험회로에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

80년대 초 GIS의 개념이 국내에 도입된 후, 1988년 대구광역시를 필두로 지자체의 GIS 구축이 시작되어 국가에서는 GIS 구축의 체계적인 관리의 필요성에 따라 1995년 제1차 국가GIS 기본계획을 수립하고, 2000년 ‘국가지리정보체계의 구축 및 활용 등에 관한 법률’을 제정, 공포하여 각 지자체의 실정에 맞는 GIS 기본계획을 수립하도록 유도하고 있다. 그러나, 바람직한 지자체 GIS 기본계획 작성의 표준이 제시되지 않아 지자체 GIS 기본계획이 개인의 안목이나 타 지자체의 내용을 참조로 만들어져 형식적이고 획일적인 결과물이 산출되고 있다. 그리하여 기존에 수립된 지자체 GIS 기본계획이 일부의 지자체를 제외하고는 해당 지자체의 GIS 구축 사업에 활용되지 못하고 책장속의 책으로 존재하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문의 목적은 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준안을 제시하여 향후 해당 지자체에서 GIS 기본계획을 수립할 때, 구성적인 측면의 틀을 제공하여 일정수준을 만족할 수 있는 지자체 GIS 기본계획의 수립을 지원하고자 한다. 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준(안)을 도출하기 위해서 정보화전략계획과 해외 관련 연구, 국가GIS 기본계획의 검토를 통하여 지자체 GIS 기본계획의 구성요소를 도출하고, 기존지자체 GIS 기본계획의 목차를 중심으로 분석하여, 문제점을 도출하고, 그에 따른 시사점을 제시하여 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준(안)의 기반이 되도록 하였다. 제안된 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준(안)은 향후 각 지자체의 활용가치가 높은 GIS 기본 계획의 수립에 도움이 될 수 있도록 하며, 나아가서는 수립된 지자체 GIS 기본계획이 지자체의 성공적인 GIS 구축을 유도하는 가이드의 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.가 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 지방자치단체 GIS 기본계획에 있어 조직 측면의 장기적 비전의 제시가 가능하며 이를 통해 보다 성숙된 GIS 사업의 추진과 효율적인 시스템의 운영이 가능할 것이다.. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때, ${\beta}$-glucan은 고용량일 때 직접적으로 또는 $IFN-{\gamma}$ 존재시에는 저용량에서도 복강 큰 포식세로를 활성화시킬 뿐 아니라, 탐식효율도 높임으로써 면역기능을 증진 시키는 것으로 나타났고, 그 효과는 crude ${\beta}$-glucan의 추출조건에 따라 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다.eveloped. Low pressure combustion characteristics of the composite solid propellants were studied in terms of the propellant burning rate, ignition processes, and the structure of the extinguished surfaces. Optical Vacuum Strand Burner(OVSB) system was designed and configured for this purpose. Burning rates of the propellants were measured at subatmospheric pressure by developed test method in OVSB. The ignition and combustion phenomena of the studied propellants in the combustion chamber of OVSB were recorded and analyzed with the camera and VCR(30 frames/s). Burning surfaces of the propellants were extinguished by rapid depressurization method and analyzed with Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).

대교협은 올바른 임무 수행을 위해 회원대학의 회비에 상응하는 서비스 만족도를 측정해 보아야 하며 전국 대학교 협의체로서의 역할을 재정립해야 한다. 아울러 대학이 가장 크게 관심을 가지는 대학평가 사업에 대한 자체평가를 시도하고, 대학에 대한 전문 지원 조직을 구성해 정보화, 세계화, 특성화를 추진하는 데 있어 발생하는 대학들의 갈증을 해소해줄 수 있어야 한다.

최근 전자기기의 소형, 경량화, 다기능화와 고신뢰도 등의 변혁에 따라 이분야의 최적 설계를 위한 설계자동화가 절대적으로 필요로 하는 부분이 되고 있으며 이는 컴퓨터이용 즉, CAD 기술의 중요성이 더욱 인식되고있다. 따라서, 본고에서는 TDX-1 개발을 성공적으로 수행하는데 막중한 역할을 한 CAD 시스팀 구성과 자체 개발한 프로그램 및 앞으로의 추진내용에 대해 기술하였다.
