Unsafe and dangerous factors or environments on building construction sites often cause safety accidents. Sometimes, accidents happen despite the existence of warning and caution signs. Such warning signs are likely to be hidden by stacked materials or temporary facilities on site. If workers cannot see the signs when moving or working, they could be injured, sometimes fatally. Many studies have focused on each worker's position, and various systems have been developed using GPS signals and sensors. This paper suggests a method for identifying the problem of worker inability to see the unsafe factors, to manage the problem in the construction planning phase by considering things from the worker's perspective. The method uses CAD software to investigate the relation between the height of stacked materials and the visible ratio of the unsafe factor. The results of a sample project show that the changes in the height and location of stacked materials make the site safer.

The mass housing supply policy of the government has resulted in the customer-centered market, and thereby the age of quality competition in the industry. In line with this trend of quality competition, therefore, this preliminary study aims to investigate the requirements of housing product planning to live up to the needs of customers in terms of quality, and thus analyze the types of quality differentiation of a housing product unit in our housing market. It turned out that many cases attempted differentiation in such ways as merely using luxurious finishing materials and instantly popular environment-friendly materials, and combining partial and limited household items with architectural elements of the facility system. The result of this study shows that the differentiation plan of housing product should be customer-centered, and therefore, focus on quality differentiation through organic combination of architecture-oriented plane and interior elements with technology-oriented facility and product elements. Hereby, in the future, housing product planning should include sustainable differentiation plans with reconsideration of concepts that customers have, and the needed procedure.

모듀울설계는 건축의 공업화생산을 위한 수단으로서, 재래식 설계와는 달리 건축척도조정체계를 사용한 설계방법이다. 본 논문에서는 모듀울설계에 따른 건축계획의 기본적인 개념, 구조설계와의 관계 및 실제 모듀울설계를 구성하는 제요소와 도면에 대하여 설명한다. 건축공업화는 궁국적으로 양산체제를 확립시키기 위한 것이며, 양산체제를 통한 건축부품과 구조의 단순화, 표준화, 조립화에 의해 자재의 절감, 인건비의 절약, 공기의 단축, 품질관리를 도모할 수 있다.

To reform and improve the productivity of construction industry, 1) it should be encouraged to improve the construction production process and 2) it is required to enhance reliability of construction information based on the systematic thinking process. To promote the information reliability created during construction production process, Lean Construction Research Center(LRC2) is developing a supporting system to improve design/material supply/schedule management, functioning to efficiently manage the information created at construction production processes and developing a web based construction information system that provides result management/decision making support/knowledge based information services.

본 연구는 김정은 집권 이후 북한 농업부문에서 계획과 시장의 공존 양태를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 북한 협동농장의 계획 수행 과정을 계획수립-계획실행-계획평가 단계로 나누어 추적한 결과, 협동농장에 대한 계획화체계의 골격은 상대적으로 강하게 유지하고 있다. 계획수립과 계획평가 단계에서는 명령식 계획경제의 틀을 고수하고 있다. 그러나 계획실행 즉 자금·자재·노동력 등 생산요소 확보-생산-생산물 처분 단계에서는 당국 및 상급기관의 사실상 방임 하에 협동농장이 적극적인 시장과의 연계를 통해 자력으로 일을 추진하고 있다. 농업부문의 계획 밖 영역, 즉 시장에서의 변화실태를 파악한 결과, 농업관련 제반 시장들이 새롭게 만들어져 성장하고 있다. 농산물 소비재시장(곡물시장, 채소시장, 축산물시장, 과일시장), 농업 및 비농업 생산재시장(영농자재시장, 식품원료 및 식자재시장)이 생겼으며 점차커지고 있다. 도시의 구매력 향상에 따라 다양한 먹을거리에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 자가소비를 목적으로 생산하던 농산물을 남에게 팔기 위한 '상품'으로 인식함으로써 수요를 겨냥한 공급 확대 등 중요한 변화가 나타났다. 농촌의 구매력도 커지면서 영농자재 시장의 수요와 공급이 늘어났다. 이는 시장화에 일시적으로 후행하던 농촌이 도시 수요를 겨냥한 농업생산에 본격적으로 나서게 됨으로써 시장경제적 질서에 재편입하고, 시장연계활동의 많고 적음에 따라 농촌간 격차가 나타나는 등 북한 농업부문이 개발도상국 경제에서 출현하는 농업근대화의 초기 양상과 일부 유사함을 말해준다.

Connecting with cost, schedule, and quality in a construction project, resource management is one of the essential management elements. However, the material requirement planning is built at the beginning stage of construction and needs various concerned factors, it is limited to build the resource management planning on enterprise level. The disconnected communication among managements makes impossible to control historical data. In the construction project control system, the core of management elements is to manage cost and schedule information, therefore material requirement planning should be established based on historical data about EVM which is intergating schedule and cost. In this study, a resource management system concerning material requirement planning and attribute of procurement is suggested by connecting the historical data of EVM and the material requirement planning.

제품의 생산 및 제조원가는 크게 직접재료비, 직접노무비, 제조간접비로 나눌 수가 있다. 본 연구는 제조업의 제품별 제조원가분석을 위하여 실제 중소기업을 대상으로 관계형 데이타베이스(Relational Database)를 구축해 보았으며, 작업자의 작업시간을 시급으로 관리하여 줌으로써 제품별 원가요소 중 직접노무비(인건비)를 여러가지 요목별로 산출해 낼수 있는 활동중심 경영관리(ABM: Activity-Based Management)를 위한 원가관리 시스템의 프로토타입(prototype)을 설계하였다. 본 시스템에서는 각 작업자별 실작업시간에 따라 발생하는 시급을 작업자의 급여테이블과 연계하여 구함으로써 작업자별 작업시간관리가 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 제품별 제조시간 조회를 통해 표준시간과 비교하는 자료로 제공될 수가 있다. 또한, 제조간접비(제조경비)는 월말 제조원가 산정시 사용자로부터 입력받아 그 달에 생산한 모든 제품에 가중치(weight)에 의해 배분해 주는 방식을 이용하였으며, 직접재료 원가(자재비)는 제품별로 데이타베이스를 구추갛여 제조원가에 반영시켰다. 그리고, 시스템에 유연성을 주기 위해 A/S 제품인 경우는 추가 자재비를 입력시킬수 있도록 고려하였으며, 재공품재고(WIP: Work-In-Progress)등의 정보를 제공함으로써 효과적인 시스템 운영이 되도록 설계하였다.

연둣빛 신록이 온 산과 들판을 뒤덮어 어디론가 떠나고 싶은 화창한 봄날, 새들이 옹기종기 모여 앉아 큰 소리로 지저귀는 미곡 창고 옆에 자리한 전남 강진군 군동면의 군동농업협동조합을 찾았다. 강진군 군동농협은 미곡 영농 조합으로, 총 1,690명의 조합원 중 1,180명이 65세 이상의 고령자이다. 군동면은 여느 농촌처럼 젊은 사람들의 도시 이주로 심각한 고령화를 겪고 있다. 지속되는 고유가 및 물가 상승, 금융 시장의 급변, 농축산물 수입 개방 가속화와 같은 요소들이 지역 경제를 더욱 어렵게 하고 있다. 이러한 힘든 여건 속에서 군동농협은 신용 사업 및 공제 사업 등의 난항을 겪고 있지만, 희망을 잃지 않고 영농 소득 증대 및 사업 확대를 위해서 애쓰고 있다. 그 결과 2007년도에는 농협중앙회의 공제 부문 평가 항목에서 실적이 우수하여 NH보험 연도 대상 본상 부문에서 동상을 수상하기도 했다. 또한 경제 사업 부문에선 각종 영농 자재를 적기에 농가에 공급하거나, 유류 판매 사업에서 큰 실적을 거두는 등 좋은 결과들을 냈다. 사회 환원 사업에도 힘쓰고 있어 영농 자재 환원과 조합원 자녀 장학금 수여 등 활발한 활동을 보이고 있다. 그리고 무엇보다 일본 수출 작물인 착색단고추(파프리카)가 꾸준한 수출 증가 추세 속에 군동면을 대표하는 효자 작물이 되고 있다
