eSCM은 고객과의 주 접촉 수단으로써 다른 어떤 수단보다 비용절감과 시간적 공간적 제약을 극복할 수 있는 인터넷을 통해 공급체인을 구성하고 있는 모든 기업을 하나로 묶어 네트워크를 형성함으로써, 정보공유와 커뮤니케이션을 가능하게 하여 네트워크상의 모든 자원의 효율을 높이는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 공급체인상의 모든 구성원 간의 통합이 실질적으로 효과를 나타내기 위해서는 조정된 방법으로 운영되어야 한다. 기업 환경의 새로운 변화에 유연하게 대처, 구성원간의 거래에서 정상 루트를 벗어난 예측하지 못했던 상황 즉, 고객의 변심에 따른 주문량 변경/취소, 계절적 요인으로 인한 주문량 폭주, 원자재/부품의 공급지연에 대한 납기 일정 수정 등에 대해 능동적이고 자율적으로 대처할 수 있는 공급체인 내에 Intelligent 기능을 가진 조정 에이전트를 적용한 개선된 공급체인 도입을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 eSCM의 구성원을 에이전트로 나타내어 이를 바탕으로 조정 에이전트 기반의 eSCM을 모델링하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 그 조정 능력을 분석한다.

정부는 LP가스 산업분야에 있어 "자율 안전관리 기반" 이 정착될 수 있도록 불필요하고 과다한 규제는 풀어 나가되, 필요 불가결한 규제에 대하여는 강화하는 등 안전규제에 대한 합리화를 추진해 나가고 있다. '10년도 중점 추진과제는 관련 업계 건의의 타당성 및 정부 정책방향과의 부합성 검토, 필요 과제에 대한 연구용역 수행, LP 가스안전포럼 및 정책 조정회의 등의 전문가 그룹의 자문을 거쳐 도출되었으며, 향후 관련법령 개정 등 후속조치를 마련하는 과정에서 공청회 또는 각종 간담회 등을 통해 다양한 의견을 수렴하고, 이견을 조정하여 정부정책이 성공적으로 실현되도록 만전을 기하여 나가겠다.

다수의 이익-추구형 에이전트들 간의 자동화된 협상 과정을 통해 합리적으로 작업 분배가 이루어질 수 있도록 조정하는 것은 대부분의 다중 에이전트 시스템에서 매우 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 대표적인 다중 에이전트 작업 재할당 문제의 하나로서 다중 에이전트 외판원 여행 문제를 설명하고, 이 문제를 풀기 위한 조정 메커니즘으로 Vickrey 경매 프로토콜의 적용을 제안하였다. 대표적인 시장기반의 조정 메커니즘인 Vickrey 경매의 적용을 위해 본 논문에서는 각 에이전트의 이익, 협상의 최종 목표, 경매대상, 각 에이전트의 입찰전략, 전체적인 경매 진행과정 등을 정의하였다. 이와 같이 설계된 시장기반의 조정메커니즘의 장점은 각 에이전트의 이익만을 고려함으로써 문제를 단순화할 수 있고, 복잡도가 큰 중앙-집중식 제어 메커니즘이 필요치 않으며, 따라서 각 에이전트의 자율성을 최대한 보장할 수 있고, 큰 협상비용을 들이지 않고 최적의 할당에 도달할 수 있다는 점등이다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 다중 에이전트 외판원 여행문제에 대한 풀이과정을 통해 앞서 설계된 Vickrey 경매프로토콜의 진행방식을 설명하고 그 효과와 효율성을 예시하였다.

에이전트를 다른 소프트웨어와 구별 시켜주는 요인들은 여러 가지가 있지만 그 중에서도 가장 큰 특징은 에이전트의 자율성, 적응성, 그리고 지능을 들 수 있다. 이러한 것을 가능하게 만들기 위해서는 행동 선택을 유발하는 모티브의 생성이 자동적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 행동 선택에 있어서 자동적인 모티브를 제공해 주는 것이 감정이다. 감정은 그것을 가지고 있는 자율 시스템이 그 동안 겪어온 외부 환경과 내부 상태에 대한 글로벌 상태를 함축하고 있다. 그러므로, 접근 가능한 정보와 자원이 제한되어 있는 자율 시스템이 다중의 목표, 환경에서의 모호성과 다른 에이전트와의 조정 등을 하는데 있어서 감정 모델은 유용한 해결책을 제시해 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 에이전트가 환경과 적응하면서 변화하는 에이전트의 내부 상태의 변화와 외부 사건에 대한 에이전트의 인식과 평가를 계속 반영하여 에이전트가 시스템 환경을 경험하면서 가질 수 있는 에이전트만의 시스템에 대한 광범위한 시야를 갖도록 감정 모델을 구축하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 이렇게 생성된 감정 델을 통해서 에이전트에 특정 사건이 발생하였을 때 에이전트가 감정 모델에 기초하여 적절히 행동에 반응할 수 있는 적응적 에이전트 모델을 제시한다.

최근 기계학습에 대한 연구들이 사회적으로 이슈가 되고 있다. 하지만 기계학습은 기계학습 모델을 만들고 세밀히 조정해야하는 복잡한 작업을 수행할 수 있는 전문 지식을 가진 사용자가 필요하다. 따라서 기계학습 과정에서 사용자가 수행하여야 하는 다양한 작업을 자동으로 수행할 수 있는 자율 기계학습이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고성능 자율 기계학습을 위한 인텔리전트 데이터베이스 플랫폼을 제안한다.

The autonomous driving drones experimented in the existing indoor corridor environment was a way to give the steering command to the drones by the neural network operation of the notebook due to the limitation of the operation performance of the drones. In this paper, to overcome these limitations, we have studied autonomous driving in indoor corridor environment using NVIDIA Jetson TX2 board.

Adaptation of operator probabilities is one of the most important and promising issues in evolutionary computation areas. This is because the setting of appropriate probabilities is not only very tedious and difficult but very important to the performance improvement of genetic algorithms. Many researchers have introduced their algorithms for setting or adapting operator probabilities. Experimental results in most previous works, however, have not been satisfiable. Moreover, Tuson have insisted that “the adaptation is not necessarily a good thing” in his papers［$^1$$^2$］. In this paper, we propose a self-tuning scheme for adapting operator probabilities in genetic algorithms. Our scheme was extensively tested on four function optimization problems and one combinational problem； and compared to simple genetic algorithms with constant probabilities and adaptive genetic algorithm proposed by Srinivas et al［$^3$］. Experimental results showed that our scheme was superior to the others. Our scheme compared with previous works has three advantages： less computational efforts, co-evolution without additional operations for evolution of probabilities, and no need of additional parameters.

정부주도적인 획일정책이나 지시명령적 관여 등 80년대의 정치.사회적 상황이나 시대적 배경이 대교협 발족의 근본적 동기가 되었다고 본다. 대학들은 근원적으로 그 자체가 하나의 자치기구이며, 학문공동체이며, 자기통제기관이다. 이러한 대학의 속성을 살리기 위해 정부와 대학 간의 협의조정기구로서 협의체의 필요성을 깨닫고, 우리나라 대학의 자율성 신장을 위해 하나의 이정표를 세웠다는 점에서 대교협의 큰 의의가 있다고 평가된다.

The main purpose of this paper is to propose a sophistication framework for a global manufacturing network (GMN) driven by a mother company to autonomously propagate and coordinate transaction data that are exchanged among manufacturing partners. The framework is based on conceptual fundamentals of previous research that provide a step toward ultimate successful collaboration in the supply chain and employs mobile agents for the coordination and propagation of transaction data. Maintaining the integrity of transaction data linked to a huge information web is difficult. With the sophistication functionalities of this framework, it becomes easy to effectively control the overall GMN operations and to accomplish the intended goals. The current level of sophistication focuses on the transaction data propagation. The sophistication level may be expanded up to business intelligence in the future.

This study aims at presenting practical self regulation system for digital game, especially optimized to Korea through the comparative analysis of system at home and abroad. For this, this study conducted a comparative analysis about various countries adopted self regulation system, such as America, Japan, and European Union. We drew some implications on the Korean practical policy for the digital game. First, self regulation organization should be consisted of market-friendly form. Second, though self regulation organization is a autonomous system of market, the organization should take rights to regulate illegal case. This would be a good way not only to reduce unnecessary institutional regulations but also to take socially image of reliable media. Third, government should provide self regulation organizations financial assist. This policy means that the organizations make a role fairly and objectively.
