본 연구에서는 울산산업단지 및 인근 지자체에서 발생하는 가연성폐기물 중 화학산업의 원료로 공급하기 위하여 활용가능한 폐기물들을 선정하고, 선정된 폐기물들의 안정적인 수급을 위하여 자원순환네트워크를 구축하는 연구를 수행하였다. 활용가능한 폐기물을 선정하기 위하여 먼저 선정기준을 설정하고, 울산지역에서 발생하는 가연성폐기물의 발생 및 처리현황, 폐기물의 특성 등을 고려하여 활용가능량을 산출하였다. 또한 이들 폐기물을 지속적으로 수급하기 위하여 울산산업단지 기업과 지자체, 합성가스 이용 업체 등으로 구성된 컨소시움을 구축하는 방안을 제안하였다.

니켈도금폐액은 재자원화되지 못하고 대부분 외부로 위탁 폐수처리되고 있으며, 고가의 금속인 니켈을 회수되지 못하고 버려지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 니켈도금폐액으로부터 니켈을 회수하고, 회수된 니켈을 이용하여 니켈화합물을 제조하여 니켈도금폐액을 재자원하는 기술을 개발하였다.

This work aimed to analyze current status of by-products generation and industrial symbiosis network in Pohang steel industrial complex, South Korea. Pohang is the largest generating city of both total and the non-recycled industrial waste in Gyeongsangbuk-do, and most of the waste is generated from Pohang steel industrial park. Symbiosis map in Pohang steel industrial park shows that most of the current material symbiosis in the industrial park is for waste refractories and slag.

This study is to explore the contents and interaction of residents voluntary network and propose the strategies to promote residents voluntary network. The grounded theory was utilized to attain our object. Total of seven social worker and 17 residents participated in the study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documents. The data were analyzed by using Strauss and Corbin's method. Results are the followings. In open coding 13 categories, 32 subcategories and 133 concepts were constructed. In axial coding causal conditions were qualitative ascent of needs, emergence of the right welfare consumer. Phenomenon was agitation of praxis ground and grope of exist. Contextual conditions were crisis resources, skepticism of welfare. Intervention conditions were maturation of welfare cognition and proliferation of the sense of community responsibility. Strategy were resocialization of voluntary organization and construction of field related service delivery system. Consequence were grass routing welfare strategic fitting service system. In selective coding we constructed the core category: The praxis revolution from bottom for break social welfare environment.

As creative city is increasingly considered as a paradigm of urban development, it was explored that some of major concepts consisting of creative city such as creativity, creative class and creative industry have an implication. Those concepts reveal a diverse meaning rather than universal one in the application depending on regions and countries across the world. This study tried to grasp the meaning of creative city in the northern region of Gyeongbook where the concept itself was not apparently distinctive. The result is that the inherent meaning of creative city was expanded to culture and athletic fields, though it was originated from taking advantage of nature, agricultural products in the region, and cultural and historical based tourism. On the other hand, the role of regional authority was examined to explore how the concept of creative city is realized in practice. There are some differences among the local authorities in the aspect of leadership. network system within the region, and social network with outside.

This analysis is intended to approach a computer game in the context of cultural-study theories. The semiotics can be applied to various area, and it is assumed to also applied to computer games. In semiotical background we tried to analyze the mythology of Starcraft mainly by using Propp's narratives theory and Brathes' mythologies theory. In the narratives of Starcraft, we fouind some simplified functions which penetrate the internal structure. And while most of the games having paradigmatic flow in narratives, Starcraft has syntagmatic flow mainly because of the function of network. With these conditions, we could find some mythologies in Starcraft : (1) naturalization of discipline and control, (2) time and space as resources, (3) deprivation of values of object.
