문주란의 항산화효소 활성과 isoenzyme 패턴의 계절적 변화

  • 본 연구는 항산화효소의 효율적 생산을 위한 적절한 수확시기의 결정 및 산업적 가치를 검토하고자, 제주도에 자생하는 문주란 (Crinum asiaticum var. japonicum)에서 항산화효소 (SOD, peroxidase, catalase, APX) 활성과 isoenzyme 패턴의 계절적 변화양상을 조사하였다. SOD isoenzyme 패턴을 전기영동으로 살펴보면, 전체적으로 7개의 isoenzyme이 검출되었으며, 여름철과 겨울철에 있어서 뚜렷한 차이가 없을 뿐 아니라 일변화에 있어서도 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그리고 이들 isoenzyme은 $H_2O$$_2$와 KCN에 의한 선택적 저해로부터 1개의 Mn-SOD와 6개의 CuZn-SOD로 구분할 수 있었다. Catalase는 단일밴드로 나타났으며, 여름철이 겨울철에 비해 높은 활성을 보였다. Peroxidase는 전체적으로 4개의 isoenzyme이 검출되었다. 이 중 peroxidase 1은 효소활성에는 차이가 있지만 여름철과 겨울철에 모두 검출되었으며, 3개의 isoenzyme (peroxidase 2-4)은 겨울철에만 특이적으로 검출되는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 여름철에는 낮시간에 다소 높은 활성을 보였으며, 겨울철에는 낮시간보다는 새벽과 밤에 높은 활성을 보였다. APX는 8개의 isoenzyme이 검출되었으며, 여름철과 겨울철에 있어서 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보았을 때 SOD, catalase, peroxidase, APX 등 항산화효소의 산업적 생산을 위한 채취는 수확량을 감안하였을때 여름철이 적정 채취시기로 보인다. 그리고 문주란의 catalase와 peroxidase는 SOD나 APX는 달리 단일 밴드 또는 주요 밴드가 있고 높은 활성을 보여 정제시 유리하게 작용할 것으로 보인다. prospects will be also discussed.behaviors to ferromagnetic behavior was observed. Tunneling barrier called "decay length for tunneling" for the films having the thickness of Co layer from 1.4 to 1.6 nm was measured to be ranged from 0.004 to 0.021 ${\AA}$$\^$-1/.문에 기업간 관계를 연구하는 측면에서는 탐험적 연구성격이 강하다. 더 나아가 본 산업의 주된 연구가 질적이고 기업내부만을 연구했던 것에 비교하면 시초적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 관계마케팅, CRM 등의 이론적 배경이 되고 있는 신뢰와 결속의 중요성이 재확인하는 결과도 의의라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 신뢰는 양사 간의 상호관계에서 조성될 수 있는 특성을 가진 반면, 결속은 계약관계 초기단계에서 성문화하고 규정화 할 수 있는 변수의 성격이 강하다고 할 수가 있다. 본 연구는 복잡한 기업간 관계를 지나치게 협력적 측면에서만 규명했기 때문에 많은 측면을 간과할 가능성이 있다. 또한 방법론적으로 일방향의 시각만을 고려했고, 횡단적 조사를 통하고 국내의 한 서비스제공업체와 관련이 있는 컨텐츠 공급파트너만의 시각을 검증했기 때문에 해석에서 유의할 필요가 있다. 또한 타당성확보 노력을 기하였지만 측정도구 면에서 엄격한 개발과정을 준수하지는 못했다. 향후에는 모바일 컨텐츠 파트너의 기업의 특성을 조사하여 관계성 변수와의 상호관련연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 관계기간, 의존성, 거래처의 단/복수여부, 서비스 범주 등의 제반 변수를 고려하여 이러한 변수가 양사와의 관계성 변수에 어떤 영향이 있는가를 검증할 필요가 있다. 또한 신뢰, 결속 등 다차원의 개념

  • With growing population of internet and web applications, distributed environment is considered to be the standard architecture of application. A network management systems(NMS) is necessary to control and monitor the complex network resources for providing and sharing the heft quality service. We recognize the NMS as a standard infrastructure for supporting efficient networking and a separate commercial applications. We believe every resource including software, hardware and environment for the network management should be separated from special protocols, vendors and applications. Therefore, We need a standard network management system that is efficient and consistent because of the heterogeous network features. In regards to software development, software reuse through assembling and extending the reusable elements such as patterns and components assures to realize the best productivity and quality The component based development(CBD) methodology that can assemble black box though well defined interfaces makes it possible to develop easer and quicker applications and is proved as the best software development solution involved in construction, selection and assembly of components. In this thesis, we describe the architecture for the network management and identify, define and design the components through analysis and design in the network management domain and Identified components mapped to the component architecture. We also specify the component development and design and implement the component for developing the network management. Implemented components apply to the component repository system that register, retrieve and understand the components. We analyze, design and implement the entire network management system based on configuration, connection, performance and fault management through the pre-developed components.

Hierarchical Internet Application Traffic Classification using a Multi-class SVM (다중 클래스 SVM을 이용한 계층적 인터넷 애플리케이션 트래픽의 분류)

  • In this paper, we introduce a hierarchical internet application traffic classification system based on SVM as an alternative overcoming the uppermost limit of the conventional methodology which is using the port number or payload information. After selecting an optimal attribute subset of the bidirectional traffic flow data collected from the campus, the proposed system classifies the internet application traffic hierarchically. The system is composed of three layers: the first layer quickly determines P2P traffic and non-P2P traffic using a SVM, the second layer classifies P2P traffics into file-sharing, messenger, and TV, based on three SVDDs. The third layer makes specific classification of the entire 16 application traffics. By classifying the internet application traffic finely or coarsely, the proposed system can guarantee an efficient system resource management, a stable network environment, a seamless bandwidth, and an appropriate QoS. Also, even a new application traffic is added, it is possible to have a system incremental updating and scalability by training only a new SVDD without retraining the whole system. We validate the performance of our approach with computer experiments.

Study on the Perception Gap between Technology Based Entrepreneurs and Startup Facilitators about Success Factors for Startup (기술 창업자와 창업 조력자 간 창업 성공요인의 인식차이에 관한 연구)

  • All countries of the world are promoting the creative economy policy to overcome the global economic crisis. Korean government enforces the creative economy policy for the economic growth and job creation. Especially, Technology based startup is actively supported to realize the creative economy. To maximize the efficiency of supporting start-ups, we have to analyze a perception gap of the startup success factors between technology based entrepreneur and startup facilitator. Through the analysis, the supporting policy of startup utilized efficiently the limited resources is necessary. So, the purpose of this study is analysis the difference of the startup success factors which technology based entrepreneur and startup facilitator recognize. To analysis, the start-up success factors derived from previous studies were categorized them as 1) characteristics of the founder, 2) start-up strategy, 3) characteristics of the organization, and 4) start-up environment. Also, The CEO of technology based start-ups and the researcher in national research institute to support SMEs were surveyed. Then, Survey was analyzed by utilizing the ANP methodology to priority derivation of start-up success factors. Result of analysis, Technology Based Entrepreneur was determined that 'composition and expertise of organization' is most important factor for success of startup. On the other hand, Startup facilitator was determined that 'financing strategy of organization' is most important factor for success of startup. Both groups are recognized as important strategy. And start-up environment is recognized as a relatively unimportant. On the other hand, the importance which two groups evaluate about characteristics of entrepreneur and characteristics of organization was different. This study has a academic significance to analyze the priority of the startup success factors between technology based entrepreneur and startup facilitator. Also, It can be utilized practical guideline when policy making about technology based startup.

Environmental Impact and Water Foot Print Assessment of Pot Bearing Using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) (LCA를 이용한 교량용 포트받침 환경영향 및 물발자국 분석)

  • In this research, LCA analysis of the manufacturing process of pot bearing for fixed, movable in all directions, movable in one direction was carried out to analyze the environmental load using the LCA methodology. Especially, the water footprint that has been and issue in recent years was analyzed. As a result of LCA, it was analyzed that the contribution of the plate was more than 64.2% in all of the six impact categories in the case of fixed pot bearing base, and more than 94% in the category of resource depletion and photochemical oxidant creation. In the case of all direction pot bearing and one direction pot bearing, the contribution of PTFE was the highest in the global warming and stratospheric ozone depletion, and the contribution by the plate was higher in the other impact categories. The water footprint of each type of pot bearing was analyzed as $22.4m^3\;H_2O\;eq/kg$ for one direction pot bearing, $17.1m^3\;H_2O\;eq/kg$ for fixed pot bearing, and $14.1m^3\;H_2O\;eq/kg$ for all direction pot bearing. As a result of life cycle analysis, the contribution of water use in manufacturing was more than 65% in all three types. The results of this study can be used as basic data for decision making in construction method and material selection of bridges in the future.

  • This study is a study on the methodology of establishing an innovation strategy centering on the customer experience, which is essential in order to transform the existing collection and preservation-centered mutual aid company service into a visitor-centered service. To this end, we conducted literature research on environmental changes in the funeral industry from the perspective of service science and the significance and value of customer experiences within them, good customer experiences and bad customer experiences from the perspective of customer experience management. A study was conducted to present and prove a specific model. The customer experience-oriented innovation strategy of the funeral industry means to search for various alternatives that can reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and select the most appropriate transformation plan among them. As an effect of application, it was found that it is a source of differentiation by generating positive emotions to customers, and that customer experience data is highly helpful in making important decisions for the actual resource input of the parent company. This innovation model was presented, and its value was firstly proved by analyzing the difference from the existing evaluation method. Finally, as a result of analyzing the causal relationship through regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and cooperative company's performance as variables, the relationship proved to be significant.

  • This study examined methodologies for establishing a customer experience-focused innovation strategy, which is essential to transforming existing collection and preservation-oriented museum service into a visitor-oriented service. To this end, a review of studies examining good customer experience and bad customer experience was conducted, focusing on change in museum environments and customer experience from the service science and customer experience management perspectives. Research was conducted to present and prove. Implementing a customer experience-oriented innovation strategy in a museum requires exploring the various approaches that can be used to reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and selecting the most appropriate transformation plan. This study found that effective approaches are distinguished by the fact that they generate positive emotions in customers and use customer experience data to make important decisions regarding the establishment of practical resources in museums. This innovation model was developed and validated by analyzing how it differed from existing evaluation methods. Finally, a regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and museum performance as variables revealed a significant causal relationship.

Study on the Improvement of Gill Nets and Trap Nets Fishing for the Resource Management at the Coastal Area of Yellow Sea - On the Entrapping Behavior of Fishes into Trap Nets in the Water Tank Experiment - (서해구 자원관리형 자망ㆍ통발 어구어법 기술개발에 관한 연구 - 수조에서의 통발에 대한 어군의 입롱행동 -)

  • To investigate the entrapping behavior of blue crab, rock shell and green ling, which are mainly caught with the other trap nets in the coastal area of Yellow Sea, by the using duration of trap nets through the water tank experiment. We select the three kinds of trap nets which have different using duration such as new, 6 months and 12 months used one, and observe the entrapping ratio into the trap nets, respectively. In the mean while, in order to obtain the basic data for the estimate of mesh selectivity of the other trap nets, the entrapping behavior into the trap nets for green ling which has high activity compared to blue crab and rock shell, are examined to the three kinds of mesh size (35mm, 50mm and 65mm). The results are as follows ; 1. The mean entrapping ratio of blue crab by the using duration of trap nets in high with 4.4 fishes (44.0%) in the 6 months used one, become lower with 2.9 fishes (28.0%) in the new one, and with 2.0 fishes (20.0%) in the 12 months used one. 2. The mean entrapping ratio of rock shell by the using duration of trap nets in high with 7.3 fishes (36.7%) in the new one, and become lower with 7.2 fishes (35.8%) in the 6 months used one, and with 5.7 fishes (28.3%) in the 12 months used one. 3. The mean entrapping ratio of green ling by the using duration of trap nets in high with 3.4 fishes (34.0%) in the 6 months used one, and become lower with 3.0 fishes (30.0%) in the new one, and with 2.8 fishes (28.0%) in the 12 months used one. 4. The mean residual ratio of green ling by the mesh size of trap nets is high with 2.4 fishes (24.0%) in the 35mm mesh size, and become lower with 2.2 fishes (22.0%) in the 50mm mesh size and 2.0 fishes (20.0%) in the 65mm mesh size.

Development of Data-Driven Science Inquiry Model and Strategy for Cultivating Knowledge-Information-Processing Competency (지식정보처리역량 함양을 위한 데이터 기반 과학탐구 모형 개발)

  • The knowledge-information-processing competency is the most essential competency in a knowledge-information-based society and is the most fundamental competency in the new problem-solving ability. Data-driven science inquiry, which emphasizes how to find and solve problems using vast amounts of data and information, is a way to cultivate the problem-solving ability in a knowledge-information-based society. Therefore, this study aims to develop a teaching-learning model and strategy for data-driven science inquiry and to verify the validity of the model in terms of knowledge information processing competency. This study is developmental research. Based on literature, the initial model and strategy were developed, and the final model and teaching strategy were completed by securing external validity through on-site application and internal validity through expert advice. The development principle of the inquiry model is the literature study on science inquiry, data science, and a statistical problem-solving model based on resource-based learning theory, which is known to be effective for the knowledge-information-processing competency and critical thinking. This model is titled "Exploratory Scientific Data Analysis" The model consisted of selecting tools, collecting and analyzing data, finding problems and exploring problems. The teaching strategy is composed of seven principles necessary for each stage of the model, and is divided into instructional strategies and guidelines for environment composition. The development of the ESDA inquiry model and teaching strategy is not easy to generalize to the whole school level because the sample was not large, and research was qualitative. While this study has a limitation that a quantitative study over large number of students could not be carried out, it has significance that practical model and strategy was developed by approaching the knowledge-information-processing competency with respect of science inquiry.
