경기도 안산시에 위치한 경기테크노파크(원장 배성열)는 '산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법' 에 의거해 현재 광역지방자치단체별로 설립된 전국 16개테크노파크중 하나다. 1998년 개원이후 유망벤처기업의 발굴육성을 비롯,교육 훈련,정보교류, 연구개발 등 중소기업을 위한 지원활동을 펼쳐왔으며 산업자원부 ,경기도, 안산시의 재정.행정지원을 바탕으로 한양대학교를 비롯한 인근 6개 대학을 연결해 경기도 중소기업을 위한 연구지원활동을 하고있다. 현재 59개 중소벤처기업이 입주해 있고 연구개발, 시제품 생산, 품질인증, 위탁생산, 마케팅, 경영컨설팅 등을 지원받고 있다. 경기지역의 명실상부한 첨단지식산업 육성의 요람으로 자리매김하고 있는 경기테크노파크를 찾아가본다.

본 연구는 최근 사회적으로 관심이 증가하고 있는 해양자원을 활용한 해양치유활동을 지원하기 위한 해양치유산업을 대상으로 지역별 해양치유자원을 활용한 지자체 비즈니스모델 개발을 위한 협력지자체 선정을 위한 선정 방안을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따서 본 연구에서는 국가 정책적으로 실행된 공공개발사업, 시범사업 대상지 등 기 실행된 입지선정 방안을 조사, 분석하여 해양치유산업 협력지자체 선정을 위한 평가방안을 개발하여 제시하였다.

The Purpose of this study is to understand phases and paradigms related to voluntary services offered by undergraduates and the processes in which voluntary services are implemented. For this, interviews for 23(men: 10, women: 13) undergraduates were conducted from Aug., 2008 to Apr., 2009 were conducted and the data collected from those interviews were analyzed on the basis of the Grounded Theory. Main analysis procedure is known as codings(open coding, axial coding, selective coding). This analyses produced 119 concepts, 41 subcategories, and 16 categories in open coding. Then, axial coding was conducted to organize the basic framework of generic relationships among psychological motivation, social context, personal perception, practical action, psychological response, and psychological consequence. Core essence is "Volunteer types are categorized simple practice type, self-serving type, and community type." Finally, undergraduate volunteers were explained in 3 types(simple practice, self-serving, and community) on the basis of paradigms. These results were discussed in terms of further research and limitation.

지속가능한 발전과 관련된 새로운 패러다임이 우리사회가 도달해야할 목표로 간주 되고 있다. 물류는 자원순환형 시스템의 실행역할을 하고 있으며, 지속가능발전을 위해서 환경친화적으로 구축되어야 한다. 최근 물류분야에서도 환경이 중요한 경쟁수단으로 등장하고 있어서 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에따라 본 연구는 물류활동 중에서 수송활동과 포장활동을 중심으로 어떻게 환경친화적으로 수행하고 있는 지를 기업의 사례를 통하여 살펴보고 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 198사를 대상으로 77개 항목에 대하여 조사하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 기업들이 추진해야할 환경친화적 물류활동의 추진방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper aims to explore the geographic characteristics of ecotour resources in Gumho-river basin and to study the educational application of ecotour resources. To grasp the characteristics of ecotour resources in Gurnho-basin, this research carried out a literature review about Gumho-river basin and arranged ecotour resources by different types. Ecotour resources are divided into geomorphic and geologic resources, plant communities, wildlife habitats, cultural and historical resources, regional events with eco-resources. The case studies of New Zealand present good examples of how to successfully use the ecotour goals as a educational applications to Korea. The ecotourism in Korea has not still achieved the real benefits which meet environmental conservation, regional economic advantages and educational effects. Thus, the ecotour programmes should be include entrance limitations, strict opening time schedules, natural trails, museums for study, boards for study, well trained information officers and guides organized by residents. In addition, the local residents prepare of winter programmes for sustainable economic advantages.

The Purpose of the study is to analyze present state of the volunteers in cultural program activities in Korean libraries and for reinforcing library volunteer activity. 2,349 volunteers were asked questionaires for the purpose looking into present state. The factors were number of regional participants, libraries which have partaken, number of participants per program, and participating programs. The programs that volunteers have partaken, its kind, relative importance of the partaken program, "non-reading" program's contents, preferable program by each targeted users, and the most participated program were analyzed.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of hospice volunteers and care-takers and analyze activities of volunteers. Methods : First, to identify the characteristics of hospice volunteers and care-takers, 87 records that registered in for the hospice volunteer education program in Wonju C.C.C from 1997 to 2000 were analyzed. Second, to analyze activities of volunteers, 30 volunteers were participated in this study. The data were collected through a self reporting questionnaire developed by research team. Results : 1) Hospice volunteers were mostly female(93.1%) with an average age of 45 years. 32.4% of persons who completed the hospice volunteer education program has been participated hospice care continuously. 2) The care-takers average age was 50 years and mostly with cancer. The majority(13.6%) of cancers was lung cancer. 3) The mean frequency for visiting was 10 and the mean duration for offering hospice care was 49.4 days. 4) The highest score of activity was spiritual area(mean=1.97) and next activity was emotional area(mean=1.49). Conclusion : The findings in this study have an important basic data to develope program for hospice volunteers in W city.

2018년 7월 국회의원회관에서 백두산과학기지 구축 방안에 대한 포럼이 있었다. 포럼에서는 천문, 화산활동, 광물자원, 천연물에 대한 주제별 발표가 있었으며, 한국천문연구원은 백두산과학기지 내 천문대 구축에 대한 기초 계획을 소개하였다. 그리고 지난 11월 한국천문연구원에서는 백두산천문대 구축에 대한 포럼을 통해 광학, 전파, 태양 우주환경 그리고 전통천문 분야에 대한 연구 계획을 소개한 바 있다. 천국천문연구원은 지난 2015년부터 남북천문분야 교류를 통한 남북한 천문분야 공동 발전을 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 발표에서는 최근 백두산과학기지와 천문대 설립을 위한 현황과 천문 분야별 연구 방향에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 아울러, 백두산천문대 설립을 위한 최근의 활동과 앞으로의 계획에 대해서도 발표하고자 한다.

Utilizing volunteers is one of the essential strategies to enhance and diversify the library service. especially in public libraries which have limited human resources. The purpose of this study is to explore a guideline which can be applied to recruit and manage volunteers in public libraries. To prepare a guideline. library volunteerism in foreign countries was discussed through the literature and the internet, and an empirical survey was conducted to analyze the volunteer management condition in 422 public libraries. Based on these surveys, a guideline composed of eight steps was recommended. This guideline can help libraries recruit, train, retain, and supervise volunteers in effective manner.

In projects where mufti-project management is required and processes for production activities are repeated and linked, it is very difficult to input processes for activity repeatedly or analyze loads by process in a method of managing processes step by step. In this paper, based on the definition of activity and project process, the connection process can be automatically created for activity, schedule and resource management for each process, schedule and resource plan can be established for each detailed process, and load analysis can be provided in real time. It presents a project management system that can significantly improve the time and cost of project progress management, predict various problems that may occur during the project, and effectively allocate the necessary amount of resources in the right place.
