본 논문은 다양한 실시간 스케줄링 알고리즘과 자원 접근 제어 정책을 통합적으로 설계/구현하되 필요에 따라 시스템을 선택적으로 재구성할 수 있게 하는 통합 실시간 스케줄링 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 [3, 4]에서 제안된 기존 모델에 자원 관리자 및 대기 큐 관리자가 추가되었다. 사용자는 태스크 및 자원 속성을 기반 스케줄링 알고리즘에 상관없이 동일하게 지정할 수 있다. 반면 시스템 설계자는 우선순위 역전 문제를 해결하고 공유 자원에 대한 한정된 블록킹 시간을 보장하기 위한 다양한 자원 접근 제어 정책들을 하위 단계의 복잡한 커널 모듈을 수정하지 않고도 효율적으로 개발할 수 있다. Real-Time Linux [6]에 제안된 스케줄러 모델을 구현한 후, 이를 기반으로 다양한 스케줄링 알고리즘과 자원 접근 제어 정책들을 시험적으로 구현하여 보았다. 여러 성능 실험을 통해 제안 모델을 기반으로 다양한 알고리즘과 정책을 구현한다 해도 실행시의 오버헤드는 크지 않은 반면, 시스템 재구성과 자원 접근 제어 정책을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

In this paper, we propose a window based resource reservation scheme to minimize an waste bandwidth due to resource reservation in mobile networks. Specially, this scheme decides a proper timing to reserve resource by using the number of movement, which is provided by the differentiated handoff estimation model, among inner regions. In the previous resource reservation scheme[6], it requests a resource reservation to neighboring cells as soon as a mobile host enters or creates into a cell. But, after a proper time based on the number of movements in the differentiated handoff estimation model passes, the proposed scheme requests a resource reservation to neighboring cells. Because of this reason, it can improve resource utilization on mobile networks. And, this scheme differentiates resource reservation according to a request ratio for resource reservation to each neighboring cell. Also, this scheme improves resource reservation acceptance rate and bandwidth utilization.

전 세계적으로 기후변화, 인구증가, 도시화에 따른 물, 에너지, 식량 등 필수 자원의 수요량 증가로 인한 수급 불균형으로 글로벌 자원안보 위기가 대두되고 있다. 특히, 국내의 경우 경제성장로 인한 중산층 증가와 도시 인구 팽창에 따른 물, 에너지, 식량 등 필수 자원에 대한 수요 증가로 인해 유한한 자원에 대한 대응책이 시급한 실정이다. 또한 국내 자원의 대외 의존성이 높아 국제 자원 시장에 크게 영향을 받기 때문에 물-에너지-식량의 연계를 통한 자립적 자원확보가 필요하다. 국내에서도 수자원 자체만의 기존 기술 한계를 극복하기 위한 물-에너지, 물-식량 연계신기술 개발과 지속가능한 활용방안이 필요한 실정으로 현재 미국, 일본, 유럽 등 주요 선진국을 중심으로 물관리와 연계한 에너지의 효율화 및 수자원이 갖는 에너지의 회수와 적극적 활용이 추진되고 있다. 이를 반영하여, 국내의 경우 독립적으로 구분되는 이수, 치수, 물순환 건전화 등 주요 물관리 이슈에 대하여 에너지, 식량 분야를 연계한 통합적이고 효율적인 지속가능 방안제시가 필요하다. 이를 위해 자원안보의 선제적 대응을 위한 구체적이고 실질적인 물-에너지-식량의 연계 기술이 필요하며, 국내 실정에 적합한 기술의 도입이 필요하다. 즉 (1) WEF 데이터공유 및 범정부적 의사결정을 위한 다부처 협업체계 구축을 위한 Bigdata기반 부처간 데이터베이스 구축 및 공유 (2) 기후변화 적응 자원연계 솔루션 개발 및 넥서스 영향평가 툴 개발을 위한 자원 효율성 증대를 위한 연계 기술 고도화 (3) 국내(미래넥서스시티 versus 지자체자립형넥서스마을), 해외 on-demand형의 미래자원관리 패키지기술 실증을 위한 국내외 Testbed구축 및 운영 (4) 기술의 실현을 위한 제도, 정책의 개선 및 국민 공감대 형성을 위한 WEF 넥서스 거버넌스 수립 및 개선으로 구분할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 물-에너지-식량 분야 상호 연계를 통한 분야별 "생산-가공-유통처리" 효율 30% 개선, 20C SOC 시설산업기반에서 21C 사회 인프라 국민 서비스 산업으로 전환을 통한 국가 신산업기반 구축, 4차 산업혁명의 Data Technology 분야에서 세계 최초의 공공기반 WEF 연계 패키지 기술 개발 들이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

인터넷 기반 자원 공유 시스템은 네트워크에 연결된 피어의 자원을 이용하여 고성능의 컴퓨팅 구현을 위한 시스템이다. 인터넷 기반 자원 공유 시스템의 가변적인 환경은 피어의 등록 및 삭제가 자유로워 연산 처리에 대한 신뢰성 문제를 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기반 자원 공유 시스템의 신뢰성 향상을 위해서 이기종 시스템간의 협업 그룹을 생성하여 관리하는 협업 관리 시스템을 설계한다. 효율적인 협업 관리를 위해 이기종 피어를 관리하는 협업 그룹을 정의하고 계층 구조의 중간DB서버를 제안한다. 그리고 협업 관리 시스템에서 제공되는 협업 그룹 서비스, 디스커버리 서비스, 작업 관리 서비스를 제안한다.

현대 사회의 자동인식의 기술은 매우 발전해 있음에도 보건의료와 관련한 자동인식 기술의 접목은 아직까지 다른 산업기술 전반에 미치지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 보건의료분야 연구에 기반요소로 사용되는 생물자원은 정확성에 대한 중요도가 매우 높음에도 적합한 코드체계와 자동인식기술 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 생물자원의 신뢰성과 정확성은 국제적인 유통물류 바코드 표준인 GS1-128을 적용 확장하여 바코드체계를 설계하고 자동인식기술을 연계하여 발전된 정보환경을 만들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 생물자원 자동인식 기반을 제공하기 위하여 필요한 바코드 요구사항을 정의하고 GS1-128을 기반으로한 생물자원 바코드체계를 제시하였으며, 동일한 바코드문자의 표현영역에 보다 많은 정보를 기록하면서도 작은 면적에 표현 가능한 바코드체계를 설계한 것이다.

For the implementation of large scale GRID systems, the performance scalability in resource scheduling is clearly to be addressed. In this research, we analyzed existing scheduling frameworks from the viewpoint of the performance and propose a novel resource scheduling framework called resource parameter based scheduling. Proposed scheduling framework consists of three components. The first is the resource parameter graph that expresses resource information via inter-resource relation and the composition base on the hierarchical structure. The second component is the resource parameter tree to be used for the implementation of the memory-based index of resource information. The third component is the resource information repository which mostly consists of static data to be used for the general resource information services. This paper presents the details of the framework.

Most of web-based education systems are only to supply education information. As the web becomes the common basis to support the effective education, it is used for not only applying education information but also developing to the dimension to provide various services. The education service models prospering to the newly diverse environment are necessary. In this paper, a education resource service system based on functional broker is implemented to overcome the weakness of the traditional Web-based instruction. This paper shows that the web-based education service system such as functional broker can manage the varied education resources efficiently and so contribute to realize the life-long education.

This study is intended to empirically investigate determinants of the degree of standardization vs. adaptation in global marketing programs for Korea firms. Our study has two main focuses. First, our study takes a global perspective instead of a binational, i. e., home vs. foreign perspective. Second, we accommodated two conflicting veiws - contingency and resource-based views in explaining determinants of global marketing strategy. As such determinants, we considered global market dynamism and complexity from a contingency view and global marketing assets from a resource-based view. Surveys were conducted with 128 Korean firms engaged in global marketing. Our study found that Korean firms with global assets tend to engage in highly standardized global marketing programs. On the other hand, global market dynamism and complexity did not show statistically significant relationships with the degree of standardization vs. adaptation. The findings suggest that a resource-based view may be more powerful than a contingency view in explaining global marketing strategies of Korean firms.

본 논문에서는 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경에서 자원 예약 때문에 발생하는 자원의 비효율적 사용을 개선시키기 위해서 자원 예약에 필요한 시점을 결정하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 자원 예약은 향후 셀로 진입할 핸드오프 콜을 위해서 자원을 미리 할당하기 때문에 실제로 사용하지를 않는 자원을 사용하는 것으로 간주한다. 이러한 문제점은 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경에서 자원 효율성을 크게 저하시킨다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷상에서 트래픽을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서 사용된 혼잡 제어 방법과 유사한 방법을 사용하여 핸드오프 콜의 자원 예약 시점을 결정한다. 그리고 본 논문에서 제안하는 자원 예약 결정 알고리즘은 [2]에서 제안한 이동성 모델을 기반으로 하여 셀 내부 이동 횟수를 기반으로 자원 예약을 결정할 시점을 정한다.

모바일의 발전과 확산으로 인해 모바일 웹의 필요성이 높아지고 있으며 사용성과 접근성이 용이한 웹 기반에서 인적자원 시스템이 구축되고 있는 사례가 많아지고 있다. 인적자원과 관련된 모바일 애플리케이션 개발과 활용성에 대한 연구가 여러 기업에서 진행 중이며 국내외 인적 자원 시스템을 개발하고 있는 기업들은 모바일을 활용하여 인적자원 시스템에 다양한 각도에서 접근하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 논문은 모바일 웹 기반의 인사 시스템에서 감성 어휘를 구축하여 면접자가 면접을 통해 받은 감성이나 인상에 대한 정보를 면접자의 모바일을 통해 설문지 형태로 모바일 웹 기반으로 한 채용 시스템에 입력하게 한다. 입력된 정보는 감성 어휘의 특정 형용사를 기준으로 구축된 감성 사전을 통해 면접 환경 개선에 필요한 정보들을 시각적으로 제공하는 모바일 웹 기반의 감성 어휘 분석 모형을 설계하여 면접 환경 개선을 할 수 있는 시각화 모델을 제안한다.
