군사규격의 국산화와 규격완화검토를 보다 활성화하기 위해서는 '규격검토 연구팀'을 상설하고, 상용제품의 경우에도 시장성과 상용성이 뛰어난 제품을 군수품으로 폭넓게 활용할 수 있도록 군수품관리법을 개정하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 기술개발사업시 기술정보 및 기술개발 자원교류 체제의 미흠으로 발생되는 중복투자 등 자원의 낭비를 방지하기 위해서 기술정보 교류 및 안보기술개발 네트워크를 구축해야 한다

As resource sharing becomes more active and complicated in academic libraries, a better understanding of how librarians-a key stakeholder-view the current level of resource sharing is needed. Using survey method, this study collected data regarding the Perception of 78 librarians with regard to interlibrary loan, document delivery, union catalog construction, shared acquisition, and community building. Overall, the respondents evaluated well-established forms of resource sharing(interlibrary loan, document delivery, and union catalog construction) more positively than less-well developed ones(shared acquisition and community building). Correlation analysis between perception of library/individual characteristics was conducted. Barriers to each of the five areas of resource sharing are also identified in the study.

This study focuses on the analyzing historical and cultural resources formed during the Goryeo, Chosun, and Anti-Japanese Movement periods after the Silla period with the aim of finding ways to utilize its cultural contents. The viewpoint of analysis was made from the perspective of exchange, naturalization, and faith, and the following conclusions were obtained from the analysis. First of all, from the exchange perspective, the activities of Choi Chi-won, Seogyu, and Song Young-gu contributed to the formation of regional historical and cultural contents, such as leaving a lot of ruins or geographic stories in the area and a heritage of good human exchange. From the point of view of naturalization, Du Kyung-ryeong, Cheon Man-ri, and Jeong Yul-seong contributed to the history and culture of the story and the formation of heritage by doing such as contributing activities to the war, anti-Japanese movement for the nation, and the formation of the nation. The most representative from a religious point of view is the Guan Yu faith, which has become a faith believed by the authorities and civilian as a brave longevity and a symbol of the victory of war. The related symbols, paintings, etc. also are objects of worship and have become valuable local Chinese cultural resources as artistic values. Therefore, from a cultural point of view, there is a need to further develop and utilize these China-related historical and cultural resources as good cultural contents by elaborating their stories and local festivals, book culture branding, international music festivals, and exploring various cultures such as Chinese tour courses.

남해안의 해양관광벨트 조성사업은 양 지역의 세계화와 지방화의 기틀을 동시에 마련할 수 있다는 측면에서 그 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 남해안의 관광유람선사업은 연안 해양지향적 국토개발정책 비중이 증대되는 과정에서 중앙정부도 남해안국제관광벨트 조성사업계획을 금년말까지 수립할 계획이며, 민선자치시대를 맞아 지역의 자립의식 및 지역간 경쟁분위기가 고조되면서 지역의 비교우위성 자원을 활용한 지역발전전략을 추진하는 분위기가 성숙되는 등, 국가 지역적인 여건과 합치하고 있으며, 그 위에 남해안의 관광유람선사업은 동서협력 차원에서도 유익한 사업으로 기대된다. 실질적인 동서화합은 상호 인 물적 교류를 통해 과실을 함께 얻을 수 있는 기반이 마련될 때 이루어진다는 측면에서 관광유람선사업은 동서협력의 대표사업이다. 관광유람선이 운항되면 양지역주민들의 상호 방문이나 자치단체간 상호 친선방문 등이 이루어짐으로써 인적 교류가 활성화되는 계기가 될 것이며, 관광유람선이 운항되면 남해안에 풍부하게 부존되어 있는 수산자원과 특산물 등 물적자원의 교류가 이루어짐으로써 남해안지역의 수산물과 특산물 관련산업 진흥에 기여할 것이며, 관광유람선 운항을 위해서는 사전 준비단계에서부터 운항에 이르기까지의 과정에서 부산, 경남, 전남 등 자치단체의 협력이 전제되어야 하는데, 이러한 협력체제가 동서협력으로 성숙될 가능성이 높고, 또한 관광유람선의 운항범역이 단계적으로 중국, 일본에까지 확대되면 남해안지역의 세계화에도 기여할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that determine daily financial resources interchange between adult children and their parents. The data were drawn from KLIPS(Korea Labor and Income Panel Study), vol. 5(2002). From this dataset, one thousand eight hundred and thirty six adult children's households that had interchanged with or transferred financial resources to or from their parents were selected for this study. The results of this study were as follow: First, when compared to non-interchanging households, the households that interchanged financial resources with their parents tended to have a household head who is economically active, and had relatively plenty of financial resources. Second, the amount of the transaction was much larger for the adult children's households that were reciprocally interchanging financial resources with their parents than the households that transferred resources one-way, either taking from or giving to parents. Third, the main determinants of interchanges with their parents were the household head's demographic characteristic(sex, age, and education) and residential area what affected the amount of the exchanges, on the other hand, were the household head's demographic characteristic(sex, age, and education), household income, and assets.
