  • The reduction of pipe-thickness induced by flow accelerated corrosion (FAC) is one of the most serious problems on the maintenance of piping system in nuclear power plants (NNP). If the thickness of a pipe component is reduced below the critical level, it cannot sustain pressure and consequently results in leakage or rupture. For this reason, wall thinning by FAC has been inspected in secondary side piping systems in NPPs. In this research Round Robin Test (RRT) was conducted to verify confidence of wall thinning measurement system in NPP. 12 inspectors from 3 companies participated and 23 specimens were used according to standard practice in RRT. The gage R&R analysis was introduced in regard to repeatability and reproducibility that are affected to measurement system errors. Confidence intervals of thickness measurement system were obtained.

A Development of Optimal Bus Headway and Fleet Size Model (버스의 최적운행시격 및 보유대수 모형 개발)

  • 버스운행시격은 주어진 고정된 승객수요와 버스운행시간에 대해 최적의 버스운행시격을 결정하고, 이러한 운행시격을 요일과 시간대에 관계없이 그대로 유지하는 것이 일반적이다. 여기에 첨두시와 비첨두시의 운행시격으로 구분하여 결정하기도 한다. 그러나 실제 버스운행시간과 승객수요는 요일별 시간대별로 변화하고 이에 맞는 운행시격으로 조정하지 못함에 따라 버스운영의 비효율성을 초래하기 쉽다. 본 연구의 목적은 요일별, 시간대별로 변화하는 시내버스의 승객수요 및 버스운행 소요시간을 변수로 하여 운영자비용과 이용자비용의 합으로 본 총교통비용 모형을 수립하고, 요일별, 시간대별 최적의 버스운행시격을 구하는데 있다. 또한 최적의 버스보유대수를 구하고, 이에 따른 운행시격 조정 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 서울시에서 운행되고 있는 시내버스 노선 1개에 대한 사례연구를 통해 요일별, 시간대 별로 버스운행시격을 탄력적으로 조정함에 따라, 총교통비용을 상당히 절감할 수 있음을 입증하였고, 버스보유대수의 최적화도 유사한 결과를 나타내었다.

A Round Robin Study of Solid Content Test and Applicability Estimation of FT-IR Analysis for Chemical Admixtures (다자비교시험을 통한 화학혼화제 고형분량 시험법의 신뢰성 및 FT-IR 분석에 대한 효용성 평가)

  • Acceptance criteria for chemical admixtures of cement concrete were investigated in domestic and international specifications. The reliability was verified for solid content test method of chemical admixture examined statistical analysis by round robin test. The applicability of FT-IR spectroscopy for qualitative measurement of multi-compound chemical admixtures verified. From solid content experimental results, outlier analysed using Cochran, Grubbs and Dickson's Q test. Repeatability and reproducibility standard deviation for solid content results showed 0.25 and 0.098% respectively according to KS A ISO 5725-2 procedure, it can be confirmed reliability of test methods. FT-IR spectrum of liquefied or oven-dried chemical admixtures condition showed big differences. It is needed that the FT-IR analysis is performed on dry material. However there's no difference with the applicability of FT-IR spectroscopy for multi-compound chemical admixtures. So the utility of method analysis could not identify.

A Study on the Influence of Paternalistic Leadership on Organizational Commitment -The Mediating Effect of Organizational Identification- (가장적 리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 조직 동일시의 매개효과를 중심으로 -)

  • This paper aims to regard paternalistic leadership as research object, introduces organizational identification as intermediary variable to find out the impact on organizational commitment, using a sample of 406 employees from enterprises. Results showed that first, authoritarianism had no impact on organizational commitment, while benevolence and morality related positively to organizational commitment. Second, paternalistic leadership had positive effect on organizational identification. Third, organizational identification mediated the relationship between morality and organizational commitment, but did not mediate the relationship between benevolence and organizational commitment. Limitations of the study, and implications of the findings are discussed.
