In this paper, we propose a new relay selection algorithm for a two-way multiple relay channel. In the two-way multiple relay channel, two users exchange information with each other via multiple relays. The relays use a decode-and-forward or amplify-and-forward protocol, and exploit the combining process of the received packets to reduce the required channel resources. In the multiple relay network, diversity gain is achieved as the number of relays increases, and various schemes are proposed. In this paper, we propose a single best relay selection scheme based on instantaneous channel conditions. First of all, relays obtain the instantaneous channel state information in the handshaking process, and a single best relay is selected in a distributed methods prior to data transmissions. The relay selection metric is proposed so that the end-to-end channel condition is evaluated based on the intantaneous channel state informations. Simulation results show that the proposed relay selection algorithm achieve the increased throughput and diversity order when the number of potential relays is increased.

본 논문에서는 중계 차량 내 콘트롤러 사용빈도 분석을 위한 방법에 대해 논한다. 중계 차량 내 장비는 대부분 외산에 의존하고 고가의 장비를 사용하고 있다. 따라서 투자비용이 높고 국산화 기술에 대한 연구가 미미하다. 또한 사용하는 장비의 기능은 한정적인 것에 반해 불필요한 확장 기능이 너무 많이 탑재되어 있어 사용자의 활용 빈도가 낮고, 사용하기가 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 인간공학적 콘트롤러 개발을 위해 이동식 중계 차량 내 콘트롤러 사용빈도를 영상 기반으로 자동 분석하기 위한 방법에 대해 제안한다. 사용빈도 분석을 위해 사용자의 손을 추적하고, 손으로 추정되는 좌표 값을 파악하여 계속 누적한다. 일정시간 동안 누적한 좌표값을 분석하여 콘트롤러 사용 빈도에 대해 파악하고자 한다. 이는 국내 중계방송 환경에 적합한 콘트롤러 장비를 개발하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있으며 국산 기술을 확보할 수 있는데 의의를 가진다.

본 연구는 웹 컨텐츠 통합 서비스에 관한 것으로 메타 브라우저, 중계 웹 서버, 포린 페이지 저작기, 포린 페이지 저장기로 구성한다. 메타 브라우저를 통해 사용자가 웹 사이트를 탐색하면서 웹 컨텐츠를 선택하며, 포린 페이지 저작기를 통해 각 사이트의 컨텐츠들로 포린페이지를 저작한다. 중계 웹 서버에서는 포린 페이지에 사용된 컨텐츠를 주기적으로 모니터링하여 컨텐츠 변화 감지시에 해당 컨텐츠로 구성된 포린페이지도 자동으로 갱신한다. 컨텐츠 추출을 위해 뭔 문서로 태그 트리를 구성하고, 그룹 시간 관계를 정의하여 포린 페이지 재생 모델을 제시했으며, 동기화를 위해 종료 제한 시간을 예측한다. 컨텐츠 변화 탐지 및 자동 갱신을 위해 컨텐츠 태그 트리와 웹 문서의 테그 트리간 차이값을 구하여 컨텐츠 변화 감지 방법을 제시한다.

Non-fire activated fire alarms caused by such actions as cigarette smoke, cooking, and high humidity are fire safety risk factors. In such instances, it is important to quickly locate and replace the actuated detector. However, it is difficult to locate those detectors because most do not have an address function. While new apartments can incorporate addressable fire alarm detectors, in existing apartments there are limitations in converting over to addressable detectors due to cost and power line issues. This study developed an efficient address function for fire alarms in existing apartments. The newly developed system consists of the existing receiver, and a proposed addressable repeater and detector. Utilizing an experimental setup, the performance of the proposed address monitoring system was confirmed to be stable and compatible with the receiver and existing detectors.

현재 우리나라 상수도 시스템의 경우 대부분 각 가정집에 설치된 계량기의 측정값을 검침원이 육안으로 확인, 수기 기입 방법으로 수도 검침이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 방법은 사생활 침해 및 범죄로 이어질 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 상수도의 검침데이터를 무선주파수 및 코드분할다중접속방식을 사용하여 송수신 가능한 네트워크 망을 구축, 수신된 데이터 값을 활용하여 각 상수도 수용가의 사용량을 자동으로 검침하여 청구 내역서까지 작성해 주는 상수도 자동검침시스템을 소개한다. 상수도 자동검침시스템은 검침을 디지털화하고 이를 무선송신 가능한 검침기와 검침기의 검침데이터 값을 송수신 할 수 있는 중계기 및 집중기, 그리고 CDMA 망을 통한 검침데이터를 수신할 수 있는 애플리케이션 서버 등을 구축하여 지역 내 원격 검침 네트워크 망을 구축하는 것을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구의 시스템은 화재, 가스, 전기 등의 검침데이터를 통합으로 수집하여 데이터를 관리하는 통합 시스템으로 확대가 용이하며 이러한 상수도 자동검침시스템은 누수 및 독거노인 등의 생활보호대상자의 안전을 확인하는 기초 정보로도 활용할 수 있다.

This paper proposes an automatic highlight building algorithm for soccer video by using the structural characteristics of broadcasted sports video that an interesting (or important) event (such as goal or foul) in sports video has a continuous replay shot surrounded by gradual shot change effect like wipe. This shot editing rule is used in this paper to analyze the structure of broadcated soccer video and extracts shot involving the important events to build a highlight. It first uses the spatial-temporal image of video to detect wipe transition effects and zoom out/in shot changes. They are used to detect the replay shot. However, using spatial-temporal image alone to detect the wipe transition effect requires too much computational resources and need to change algorithm if the wipe pattern is changed. For solving these problems, a two-pass detection algorithm and a pixel sub-sampling technique are proposed in this paper. Furthermore, to detect the zoom out/in shot change and replay shots more precisely, the green-area-ratio and the motion energy are also computed in the proposed scheme. Finally, highlight shots composed of event and player shot are extracted by using these pre-detected replay shot and zoom out/in shot change point. Proposed algorithm will be useful for web services or broadcasting services requiring abstracted soccer video.

This thesis suggests the application to the people who are using smart phone which is based on the Android operation system that makes it available to check their call and sms by a repeater and display in the limited places such as at the swimming pool or spa. This application is designed to save user's basic information. And when the user gets a call or a sms, it can make the sender number and fundamental information a data by PhonStateListener and SmsReceiver. The data is uploaded by bluetooth of a repeater. The smart phone user can use the repeater to check the received information by display.

연구목적:기존의 예·경보 발령 체계와는 별도로 지역 특성 및 상황에 따라 기상 관련 긴급정보를 적시에 발령하여 사용자가 신속히 대응할 수 있는 정보를 신속하게 제공할 필요가 있다. 연구방법: 업무의 신속한 적용과 효율성을 위하여 기상청 기운용 중인 선진예보시스템과 종합통보시스템, 그리고 방재기상 포탈 시스템과 연동하여 발생하는 다양한 기상정보와 이로부터 발생된 기상특보문(10종), CBS발송문 등을 연동하고, 위험 기상현상에 관한 기상 긴급 판단 기준을 결정한다. 연구결과:긴급기상정보의 발령 주무부처인 기상청이 운용하는 선진예보시스템과 연동하여 기상긴급정보 전달시스템이 개발되었고 기상긴급정보 자동 생성을 위한 판단 모듈과 메시지 자동생성 기능이 구현됨. 결론:현재 기운용중인 시스템과 효율적으로 연동하여 기상긴급정보의 판단 기준을 제공하고 이를 효율적으로 자동 생성하여 기존의 중계망을 통하여 신속한 제공이 가능하게 되어 긴급한 기상 상황에 의한 재난 피해를 대폭 줄 일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
