In this paper, in order to maximize the input process efficiency of the building energy simulation field, the authors developed the automatic extraction module of spatial information based BIM geometry information. Existing research or software extracts geometry information based on object information, but it can not be used in the field of energy simulation because it is inconsistent with the geometry information of the object constituting the thermal zone of the actual building model. Especially, IFC-based geometry information extraction module is needed to link with other architectural fields from the viewpoint of reuse of building information. The study method is as follows. (1) Grasp the category and attribute information to be extracted for energy simulation and Analyze the IFC structure based on spatial information (2) Design the algorithm for extracting and reprocessing information for energy simulation from IFC file (use programming language Phython) (3) Develop the module that generates a geometry information database based on spatial information using reprocessed information (4) Verify the accuracy of the development module. In this paper, the reprocessed information can be directly used for energy simulation and it can be widely used regardless of the kind of energy simulation software because it is provided in database format. Therefore, it is expected that the energy simulation process efficiency in actual practice can be maximized.

본 논문에서는 얼굴의 특징 추출을 이용해서 캐리커쳐를 자동으로 생성하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 사진이나 카메라를 이용해서 입력된 영상으로부터 색상정보를 이용하여 얼굴영역을 검출하고 얼굴의 기하학적인 구조를 이용해서 유전자 알고리즘의 추정 파라미터를 설정하여 최적의 특징 점의 위치를 검출한다. 검출된 특징 점 위치를 이용하여 눈, 코, 입, 눈썹, 머리카락 등 얼굴의 특징이 되는 구성요소를 추출한다. 마지막으로 얼굴의 윤곽선을 구한 다음 추출된 얼굴의 구성요소들을 합성하여 간단하면서도 개인의 특징을 잘 반영할 수 있는 캐리커쳐를 생성한다.

원화자로부터 목표 화자의 음성으로 변환을 위해서는 음운 및 피치변환이 이루어져야 한다. 원 음성과 목표 음성 신호 사이에 따른 발성길이, 크기 및 피치 등의 운율 특성은 화자의 개인성 및 발성문장의 의도를 나타내는 주요 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 음성 변환을 수행하기 위하여 발성된 음성의 강세구(phrase)단위의 피치 검출을 통하여 템플릿을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 우선 한국어의 운율구에 대한 정보가 필요한 것인지, 한국어는 어떤 운율 구조를 갖는지에 대하여 알아본다. 마지막으로 어떻게 연속음성으로부터 한국어에 적당한 운율구 단위를 나눌 것인지, 즉 자동 세그멘테이션 및 레이블링에 대하여 분석한다. 또한 논문에서는 한국어 문장음성의 운율구를 강세구와 억양구로 나누고 육안으로 표시한 운율구 단위를 기준으로 이 운율구 단위에 적합한 특징을 추출하여 패턴을 작성한다.

뇌 MR 영상에서 질환을 자동적으로 진단하고 판별하는 작업은 정상인의 뇌 영상과의 비교를 통해서 가능하다. 정상인과의 뇌 영상 비교를 통하여 보다 정확하게 질병에 대한 근거를 제시할 수가 있기 때문에 이러한 접근 방법들이 여러 의료영상 연구 분야에서 시도되고 있다. 정상인의 뇌 영상과의 비교를 위해서는 우선적으로 해결되어야 하는 것이 현재의 대상 영상이 정상인 뇌의 어느 위치의 영상과 일치하는 지를 판별하는 문제이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 뇌 매핑에 사용될 수 있는 특징들을 추출하기 위한 것으로, 뇌 매핑에 사용되는 특징들을 추출하기 위해서 뇌 MR 영상으로부터 대리영역, 뇌영역, 뇌척수액영역 그리고 눈영역을 분할한 후 이들의 윤곽선, 최소사각형과 각 영역들의 픽셀 정보들을 찾아낸다. 이는 추후 연구할 뇌 매핑을 위한 대분류에 사용될 수 있다.

지표점의 추출은 DTM 생성을 위한 가장 중요한 과정이다 기존의 추출 방법은 대부분 점기반방법으로 분류될 수 있다. 점기반방법은 모든 점을 개별적으로 각각의 점이 지표를 구성하는지를 시험한다. 이 때 시험의 회수는 점의 개수와 동일하기 때문에, 특히 다량의 점을 포함한 데이터를 처리하려면 시험과 관련되어 심각한 계산량이 유발되어 시험에 보다 정교한 기준과 전략을 사용하는데 어려움이 있었다. 이로 인해 많은 연구에도 불구하고 아직 만족할만한 결과를 제공하는 방법이 개발되지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구는 시험하는 개체의 수를 줄이면서 보다 안정적인 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 점이 아닌 피쳐에 기반한 방법을 제안한다. 여기서, 피쳐란 점을 그룹핑하여 얻을 수 있는 개체를 의미한다. 제안된 방법은 먼저 점들로부터 표면패치들을 생성하고, 이어서 표면패치들로부터 표면집단들을 구성한다. 표면집단들로부터 지표를 구성하는 표면집단을 식별한 후 식별된 표면집단에 포함된 모든 점들을 지표점으로 명시한다. 제안된 방법을 항공라이다 실측데이터에 적용하여 제안된 방법의 뛰어난 성능을 실험적으로 증명하였다.

본 연구는 온라인 지문 인식 기법의 속도 향상을 주목적으로 하여 기존의 지문 인식 기법과 비교하여 개선된 전처리 방법을 이용하여 적은 계산량으로 보다 높은 정확도를 확보하여 궁극적으로 지문 인식 및 대조 시스템이 적합한 특징점 추출 알고리즘 개발을 목적으로 한다. 먼저 방향성이미지에서 방향성추출에서는 4$\times$4화소를 하나의 Block으로 나눈 후, 3$\times$3의 Sobel 연산자를 이용하였고, 이 방향성 정보를 이용하여 지문영상의 품질 측정과 배경 분리를 하였으며, 또한 부분 영역간의 밝기 차이 등으로 발생하는 오류를 최소화하기 위하여 이진화 수행 과정에서 가장 애로점인 임계치(threshold value) 설정을 지문의 대상 영역의 밝기 등에 적응하여 스스로 변하도록 할 수 있게 Slit sum의 방법을 응용한 적응 이진화를 하였다. 세선화와 특징점 추출에서는 VHN(Vertical & horizontal Number)값을 이용하여 보정(Interpolation)효과를 주어 오류특징점을 배제하고, 자동 지문 인식 시스템의 인식성능을 향상시켰다.

One of the most important things in the researches on diseases is to attach more importance to prevention of a disease and preservation of health than to treatment of a disease, also to foods rather than to medicines. In this context, the most significant concern in examining a patient is to find the presence of disease, and, if any, to diaguose the type of disease, after which a pharmacotherapy is followed. In this paper, various diagnosis methods of Oriental medicines are discussed. And ocular inspection, the most important method among the 4 disease diagnoses of Oriental medicines, is studied. Observing a person's shape and color has been the major method for ocular inspection, which usually has been dependent upon doctor's intuition as of these days. We are developing an automatic system which provides objective basic data for ocular inspection. As the first stage, we applied the signal processing techniques to automatic feature extraction of faces for ocular inspection. Firstly, facial regions are extracted from the point of frontal view, which was followed by extraction of their features. The experiment applied to 20 persons showed that frontal face regions are perfectly extracted, as well as their features, such as eyes, eyebrows, noses and mouths. Future work will seek to address the issues of morphological operation for a few unfinished extraction results, such as combined hair and eyebrows.

In Korea, hepatoma is the thirdly frequent cause of death from cancer occupying 17.2% among the whole deaths from cancer and the rate of death from hepatoma comes to about 21's persons per one-hundred thousand ones. This paper proposes an automatic method for the extraction of areas being suspicious as hepatoma from a CT scan and evaluates the availability as an auxiliary tool for the diagnosis of hepatoma. For detecting tumors in the internal of the liver from CT scans, first, an area of the liver is extracted from about $45{\sim}50's$ CT scans obtained by scanning in 2.5-mm intervals starting from the lower part of the chest. In the extraction of an area of the liver, after unconcerned areas outside of the ribs being removed, areas of the internal organs are separated and enlarged by using intensity information of the CT scan. The area of the liver is extracted among separated areas by using information on position and morphology of the liver. Since hepatoma is a hypervascular turner, the area corresponding to hepatoma appears more brightly than the surroundings in contrast-enhancement CT scans, and when hepatoma shows expansile growth, the area has a spherical shape. So, for the extraction of areas of hepatoma, areas being brighter than the surroundings and globe-shaped are selected as candidate ones in an area of the liver, and then, areas appearing at the same position in successive CT scans among the candidates are discriminated as hepatoma. For the performance evaluation of the proposed method, experiment results obtained by applying the proposed method to CT scans were compared with the diagnoses by radiologists. The evaluation results showed that all areas of the liver and liver tumors were extracted exactly and the proposed method has a high availability as an auxiliary diagnosis tools for the discrimination of liver tumors.

해마다 대포차로 인한 사건 사고가 많이 일어나고 있으며, 피해율이 점점 더 증가하는 시점에서 검거율은 현저히 낮다. 이러한 문제를 줄이기 위해 대포차 검거 애플리케이션을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구는 GPS와 사진으로부터 텍스트를 추출하는 기능을 활용하여 대포차를 검거하는 데 도움을 주는 애플리케이션이다. 사용자가 정차 및 주차되어 있는 차의 번호판을 사진 촬영 기능을 활용하여 자동으로 사진을 분석을 통해 차량의 번호를 인식하고, GPS를 활용하여 촬영한 장소의 위치 값을 추출하고 대포차 여부를 확인한다. 촬영한 차량이 대포차로 식별되면 관리 서버에 등록되고 대응 절차에 의해 대포차 검거 절차를 진행한다. 대포차의 실시간 검거를 위해 대포차 대응서버에서는 관리자에게 실시간으로 정보를 전송하고 알림 기능을 통해 검거 절차가 진행된다. 또한 실시간 대응에 어려움이 있는 상황에서는 자주 신고가 접수되는 출몰지역 정보를 관리자가 유추할 수 있도록 통계정보를 제공하여 추후 잠복에 의한 검거 정보를 제공한다.

The simulation function by the 4D system is a representative BIM function in the construction stage. For the 4D simulation, schedule information for each activity must be created and then linked with the 3D model. Since the 3D model created in the design stage does not consider schedule information, there are practical difficulties in the process of creating schedule information for application to the construction stage and linking the 3D model. In this study, after extracting the schedule information of the construction stage using the HDBSCAN algorithm from the 3D model in the design stage, authors propose a methodology for automatically generating schedule information by identifying precedence and sequencing relationships by applying the topological alignment algorithm. Since the generated schedule information is created based on the 3D model, it can be used as information that is automatically linked by the common parameters between the schedule and the 3D model in the 4D system, and the practical utility of the 4D system can be increased. The proposed methodology was applied to the four bridge projects to confirm the schedule information generation, and applied to the 4D system to confirm the simplification of the link process between schedule and 3D model.
