  • This study was conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the simulation-based orientation program for students preparing for clinical practice in child nursing for the first time. A quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group, pre-posttest design was used. The subjects were 70 3rd grade nursing students who started clinical practice. The simulation-based orientation was applied to 35 students in the experimental group, and the existing lecture style orientation was applied to 35 students in the control group. Data collection was conducted on the nursing competence, perceived stress, self-efficacy, and communication skills before and after orientation. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 23.0 program. As a result of the study, the simulation-based orientation program before child nursing practice of nursing college students was found to improve nursing competence (t=5.390, p<.001). Perceived stress, self-efficacy, and communication skills all increased after practice, but were not statistically significant. Therefore, it is necessary to fully consider the situation of students when constructing and operating the contents of the simulation-based orientation.

  • With the digital transformation of the entire industry, software competency has become the core competency for the future talent. However, it is difficult to find researches related to the corporate education for improving employee's software capability. Therefore, this study tried to verify the relationship between factors affecting the learning performance of employees in online software education. For this purpose, a survey of 223 employees with online software education experience was analyzed using the SPSS PROCESS macro. As a result of analysis, perceived usefulness and self-regulated learning have been found to have a significant multiple mediating effect on learning performance by digital literacy and satisfaction. This suggests that not only learner factors but also the characteristics of education should be considered. The results of this study are expected to be helpful in designing effective online education programs.

  • With the development of Internet and popularization of smartphones over recent years, social network services are experiencing rapid growth. On top of this, smartphone gaming market is showing a rapid growth and the use of mobile social games is on the significant rise. The occurrence of game data manipulation targeting these services and personal information leakage is highlighting the importance of social gaming security. This study is intended to propose development plans effective and efficient in social game services by figuring out factors putting effects on security dependent behavior of social game users in Korea and carrying out a practical study on the casual relationship between factors influencing security dependent behavior through recognized behavioral control and attitudes for privacy infringement of these factors. To do this, proposed was a study model in which the HBM(Health Belief Model) allowing the social game user to influence security dependent behavior was expanded and applied as a major variable. To verify the study model of this study practically, a survey was conducted among university students in Seoul-based K University and S University who had experienced using social game services. According to the study findings, firstly, the perceived seriousness turned out to provide positive influence to trust. But, the perceived seriousness turned out not to put positive effects on self-efficacy. Secondly, the perceived probability turned out not to put positive effects on self-efficacy and trust. Thirdly, the perceived gain turned out to put positive effects on self-efficacy and trust. Fourthly, the perceived disorder turned out not to put positive effects on self-efficacy and trust. Fifthly, self-efficacy turned out to put positive effects on trust. But, self-efficacy turned out not to put positive effects on security dependent behavior. Sixthly, trust turned out not to put positive effects on security dependent behavior. This study is intended to make a strategic proposal so that social game users can raise awareness of their level of security perception and security willingness through this.

  • This study focused on whether employees' perceived leader's creativity has a significant effect on employees' job satisfaction and innovative behavior. In addition, this study analyzed the mediating effect of positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy in the relationship between perceived leader creativity and employee satisfaction with the job or innovation behavior, and analyzed the moderated mediating effect of team cohesion. This study conducted confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis for each factor using the measurement tool verification method using the SmartPLS 3.0 structural equation model, and empirically analyzed the research model. As a result, it was found that the creativity of employees' perceived leaders did not directly significantly affect employees' job satisfaction and innovation behavior. However, it was found that positive psychological capital significantly mediated the relationship between perceived leader creativity and job satisfaction or innovative behavior. In addition, positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy have a complete double-mediation relationship between the employees' perceived leader's creativity and employees' innovative behavior. However, positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy don't have a double-mediation relationship between the employee's perceived leader's creativity and employees' job satisfaction. Finally, Team cohesion was found to moderate the relationship between perceived leader creativity, positive psychological capital (or creative self-efficacy). However, the research model that the moderated mediating effect of team cohesion on the relationship between leader's creativity, the mediating variables(positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy), and job satisfaction (or innovative behavior) was significant only for groups with high team cohesiveness. This study examined the needs of the times for the importance of creativity of perceived leaders and analyzed the relationship between factors influencing job satisfaction and innovation behavior of organizational members. The study is meaningful in that it suggested a plan to establish a specific organizational strategy to enhance positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy.

  • Plate tectonics, with the continental drift theory and later strongly supported by the sea-floor spreading theory with evidence of paleo-geomagnetic fields, ocean floor sediments, successfully explained the slow but continuous movements of rigid lithospheres in geological time. Initially, plate motions were described as relative movements between adjacent plates, mainly based on paleo-geomagnetic reversal data. The advent of space geodetic techniques in the 1980s enabled direct measurements of plate velocities and assessment of deformations within certain regions. In this review, early relative plate motion models are briefly summarized, the no-net-rotation frame theory and corresponding models are explained, and the characteristics of the most recent models that incorporate intraplate deformation are described. Additionally, the plate motion section of the International Terrestrial Reference Frame is introduced, and a few recent case studies of local plate motion are briefly described; for example, in South America, Europe, Antarctica, and Turkey. Finally, studies of plate motion in northeastern Asia focusing on the Korean Peninsula are introduced.

  • This study empirically examined the effect of married women's self-awareness on the acceptance of extra-marital relationships and the mediating effects of individuals' criticism of television's drama about infidelity. The data was obtained by conducting a survey of married women (304 persons) and was analyzed based on the Structural Equal Model (SEM). The notable findings are as follows. First, the respondents are generally less receptive to extramarital relationships. Of the total respondents, 46.7% do not accept extramarital relations. 43.8% of the respondents showed an unclear position on extra-marital relationships, and about 10% of respondents showed an accepting position on extramarital affairs. This suggests that extramarital relationships can emerge as a real issue that is important for married women. Second, self-awareness does not directly affect married women's acceptance of extramarital affairs, however, 'self-awareness' proved to have a significant effect on 'acceptance to extramarital relationships' by using 'criticism' as a full mediation effect for affair-themed TV dramas. The effects of critical thinking and the judgment of married women on the content of TV dramas containing adultery has been confirmed to be a very important aspect of married women's understanding of extramarital relationships. Some practical and political implications are discussed based on this study's findings.
