The recent rapid increase in single-person households has had a significant impact on the art performance market as well as the overall consumption trend. With the proportion of one-person viewers in the form of viewing the performance nearly half, the new term "Hongongjok" is widely used. Representing the trends of 'one-person consumption' and 'consumption for me' is the concept of 'self-gift' that consumes special for myself. This study introduced the concept of self-gift as a framework for understanding a new group of performance viewers who lavishly investing in consumption for one's sake. It also demonstrated how self-gift motivation affects the perceived value and the intention of self-gift. As a result of the analysis, the motivation for reward, therapeutic personal disappointment, and therapeutic negative mood reduction of the self-gift had a significant effect on the intention of self-gift through the perceived value of classical music performances. In addition, it was also revealed through the multi-group analysis that there was a significant difference in the effect of self-gift motivation factors between a single viewer and two or more accompanying viewers. This study contributes to the fact that the art performance industry can be provided the first theoretical basis for understanding these customer groups in order to respond to the consumption trend for one-person viewers. It also offered practical implications for revitalizing the stagnant classical music performance market by framing the art performance as a self-gift.

The autogenous shrinkage of HPC is important in that it can lead the early cracks in concrete structures. The purpose of the present study is to explore the autogenous shrinkage of HPC with cellulose fiber and expansive additive and to derive a realistic equation to estimate the autogenous shrinkage model of that. For this purpose, comprehensive experimental program has been set up to observe the autogenous shrinkage for various test series. Major test variables were the quantity of expansive additive and cellulose fiber. Water-cement ratio is fixed with 13%. The autogenous shrinkage of HPC is found to decrease with increasing expansive additive and cellulose fiber. A prediction equation to estimate the autogenous shrinkage of HPC was derived and proposed in this study. The proposed equation shows reasonably good correlation with test data on autogenous shrinkage of HPC.

A magnetically shielded room has been constructed for biomagnetic applications. The room has internal dimensions of $2\;m(length){\times}2\;m(width){\times}2.5\;m(height)$ and it consists of high permeability Mumetal and high conductivity alummum, utilizing ferromagnetic shielding and eddy current shielding. The de shielding factor around the center of the room is above 60 dB, and the ac shielding factors at 1 and 10 Hz are larger than 60 and 80 dB, respectively. The internal magnetic field noise at 1 Hz is $500\;fT/{\sqrt}Hz$ and at 10 Hz is $100\;fT/{\sqrt}Hz$, and the field gradient noise at 1 Hz is below $7\;fT/cm{\sqrt}Hz$. Successful measurements of cardiomagnetic fields usmg SQUID magnetometer and neuromagnetic fields using SQUID gradiometer have been done.

A study of the dependence of the magnetoresistance in $glass\[Cu_{x\AA}\NiFe_{50\AA}\Cu_{x\AA}\Co_{50\AA}](X;\=\;8,\;10,\;14,\;18,\;22,\;26,\;28,\;38,\;48,\;58\;\AA,\;N\;=\;2,\;3,\;4,\;10,\;20)$ multilayers prepared by dc magnetron sputtering on the interlayer thickness of Cu (X), the number of multylayer(N) and annealing temperature has been performed. Resistance measurement were made by four terminal method, and the magnetic field applied to perpendicular and parallel for the current. The maximum magnetoresistance(MR) ratio(%) was appeared in the vicinity of $10\;\AA$ in Cu layer, and it was oscillated with the thickness of Cu. The MR ratio was increased with the number of layers N, however the ratio for the N = 4 layers decreased rather than the N = 3 layers. The dependence of the ratio on the annealing temperature was increased to $250^{\circ}C$.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of self-care activities on physical and mental health of primary caregivers of functionally impaired elderly. Data were collected from 185 primary caregivers who were caring for their spouses or parents with functional impairment at home in Daejon. SPSS 21.0 software was used for descriptive analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that (1) primary caregivers reported their physical health status as poor (2) the domains of health responsibility, physical activity in their self-care activities were significant predictors of their physical health level (3) primary caregivers reported very high level of depression (4) their mental health was significantly influenced by spiritual growth among self-care activities. Based on these findings, social work intervention and policy suggestions were discussed.

In this study, we tried to fabricate self - healing microcapsules using liquid inorganic materials which can be mixed directly with cement composites. The basic properties of the liquid inorganic material were evaluated and microencapsulation was performed. The focus of this paper is on the quality and manufacturing characteristics of cement composites rather than the healing effects of self - healing microcapsules according to mixed capsules. Test results, the self-healing microcapsules encapsulate liquid inorganic material which is stable at room temperature and has high crack followability, and the yield is over 90%. The size of self - healing microcapsule was able to change according to the synthetic agitation speed and it was able to secure more than 70% of target size. In addition, the loss of less than 10% was found to occur through the membrane strengthening of self - healing microcapsules, and it could be reduced by 50% compared with the case without membrane strengthening.

Based on these research results, it was suggested self-regulated learning strategy should be utilized in order to enhance the cognitive dimension participation and discussion satisfaction quality of non-real-time online discussion.

급속응고법으로 제작된 비정질 $Fe_{85-x}Co_{x}Zr_{7}B_{7}Cu_{1}$ 합금의 열처리에 따른 구조 및 자기특성이 조사되었다. 비정질 $Fe_{85-x}Co_{x}Zr_{7}B_{7}Cu_{1}$ 합금은 $600^{\circ}C$이하의 열처리온도에서 약 10 nm의 초미세결정립이 형성된다. $600^{\circ}C$이상의 열처리 조건에서는 결정립크기가 급격히 증가하여 자기특성을 열화시킨다. $Fe_{85-x}Co_{x}Zr_{7}B_{7}Cu_{1}$ 합금의 최적열처리온도는 Fe-Zr-B초미세결정립합금에 비하여 낮으며, 결정립크기 또한 감소한다. 이는 Cu의 첨가에 기인하는 것으로 판단된다. 최적열처리조건에서 $Fe_{80}Co_{5}Zr_{7}B_{7}Cu_{1}$ 초미세결정립합금의 포화자화 및 f=50 kHz, $B_{m}=0.2\;T$에서 측정한 투자율 및 철손은 각각 157.3 emu/g(1.5 T), $1.8{\times}10^{4}$ 및 13 W/kg으로 자기특성이 가장 우수하다.

목적： 기능적 자기공명영상과 확산텐서영상기법을 이용하여 전음성 난청과 감각신경성 난청에서의 뇌활성화 양상 그리고 청신경경로상의 차이점을 비교 연구하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법： 전음성 난청군 (n=4)과 감각신경성 난청군(n=5) 그리고 정상군(n=5)에서의 기능적 자기 공명영상과 확산텐서영상을 획득하였다. 기능적 자기공명영상의 경우 1.5T Siemens MR scanner에서 BOLD 기법을 이용하여 500 Hz 순음 청각자극에 대한 뇌활성화 영역을 검출하였고 영상촬영시 발생하는 기계적 소음을 차폐하기 위한 청각자극기를 특별히 제작하여 사용하였다. 뇌백질신경로를 영상화하는 확산텐서영상은 3.0T GE whole body MR scanner를 사용하였으며 미세한 확산운동을 검출하기 위해 초고속 영상기법인 EPI 기법을 사용하였다. 영상의 화질을 높이기 위해 공간적으로 25개의 다른 방향으로 확산경사자장을 가하였다. 청신경로의 비등방성 영상, 신경로 방향 영상등을 구현하기 위해 획득한 확산영상들에 대한 영상 후처리과정을 시행하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인행정도우미가 지각하는 직무만족에 대한 자기효능감의 영향을 장애수용정도가 매개하는지를 실증적으로 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 수도권 주민센터 253개소의 장애인행정도우미 253명을 대상으로 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료에 대하여 구조방정식을 이용하여 자기효능감, 장애수용, 그리고 직무만족 간의 관계를 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 장애인행정도우미가 지각하는 자기효능감은 장애수용에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 장애수용은 직무만족에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 자기효능감은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되어 장애수용이 자기효능감과 직무만족 간의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 검증되었으며, 이러한 매개효과는 통계적으로도 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 결과에 근거하여 장애인행정도우미의 직무만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.
