Objective: This study was to investigate the knowledge, health belief, and vaccination behavior on hepatitis A among university students. Methods: A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted from $3^{rd}$ to $25^{th}$ March, 2014 and 197 subjects were enrolled in statistical analysis. Results: The result showed that the score for knowledge of the subjects on hepatitis A was $4.59{\pm}3.06$ out of 15 points, for health belief $2.39{\pm}0.28$ out of 4 points, and the vaccination rate of the subjects was 12.7%. There was significant difference in hepatitis A knowledge score according to experience of hepatitis A check-up and hepatitis A vaccination history of family members, and in health belief according to gender. For hepatitis A vaccination there was significant difference according to experience of hepatitis A check-up, family history of liver disease, hepatitis A vaccination history of family members, and education history of hepatitis A. As a result of logistic regression analysis experience of hepatitis check-up and hepatitis A vaccination history of family members were significant factors for hepatitis A vaccination. Conclusions: The level of knowledge, health belief for hepatitis A of the subjects was low and vaccination rate also low. The experience of hepatitis A check-up and hepatitis A vaccination history of family members were factors affecting hepatitis A vaccination. It would be necessary to develop programs for improving level of knowledge and health belief and raising the rate of hepatitis A vaccination for the university students in Korea.
As most companies in the world are much interested in the overseas market as well as in the domestic market, many Korean food service enterprises came to focus on extending their branches to the overseas market. However, lack of business strategies including market research, marketing strategies, localization, etc. has made them continue to fail in market entry. The purpose of this study is to develop entry mode of determinants of Korean food service enterprises, considering their characteristic factors and environment factors in the overseas market. To do this, companies which have a head quarter in Korea and over 2 year business experience in the overseas market were chosen and used for a self-administered questionnaire survey. Statistical processing, including descriptive statistics, logistic regressing analysis, and multi regression analysis using an SPSS/PC 12.0 statistical package were conducted The result is as follows. First, explanation suitability was 85% of the entry mode in the overseas market. Second, as business size was smaller, product differentiation was higher, and CEO's will for success in the overseas market was higher, independent entry mode in the overseas market was likely to he chosen. Lastly, as the uncertainty of demand and trade barrier were lower, and a sociocultural gap was smaller, independent entry mode in the overseas market was likely to be chosen.

The purpose of this study was to identify the extent of and relationships among emotional labor, job stress, burnout and turnover intention and the factors influencing the turnover intention of care workers at long-term care hospitals. The study was approved by KUIRS, and the data were collected from August 12 to September 30, 2015, and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. The participants of this study were 200 care workers at ten different long-term care hospitals in B city and G province. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics, the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression. The turnover intention was significantly correlated with emotional labor (r=.372, p<.001), job stress (r=.471, p<.001), and burnout (r=.411, p<.001). In the multiple regression, job stress (${\beta}=.290$, p<.001), burnout (${\beta}=.239$, p<.001), type of employment (${\beta}=.185$, p<.001), and emotional labor (${\beta}=.157$, p=.017) were identified as factors influencing the turnover intention. These factors explained 32.6% of the total variance in the turnover intention. Based on the results, in order to reduce the turnover intention, the improvement of work environment and clear job-descriptions are needed to reduce the job stress, and the development and implementation of proactive psycho-social interventions are necessary to reduce burnout and emotional labor in care workers at long-term care hospitals.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors related to substance use focusing on the sexual experiences and risky sexual behaviors among Korean adolescents. This study conducted with a secondary data analysis using the Seventh Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey 2011 in South Korea. The study participants selected 75,643 Korean adolescents who were recruited anonymously through national web-based survey. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, rao-Scott ${\chi}^2$, and logistic regressions considering complex samples. Results indicated that substance use was significantly associated with sexual experiences such as sexual intercourse with the opposite sex (adjusted OR=5.691; 95% CI=4.223-7.670), sexual intercourse with the same sex (adjusted OR=21.180; 95% CI=14.704-30.507) and risky sexual behaviors such as sexual assaults (adjusted OR=9.936; 95% CI=7.217-13.680), date rape (adjusted OR=16.979; 95% CI=11.648-24.751), sexual intercourse after drinking (adjusted OR=6.564; 95% CI=3.986-10.810), unexpected pregnancies (adjusted OR=18.628; 95% CI=8.476-40.936), and sexually transmitted diseases (adjusted OR=21.872; 95% CI=13.920-34.367) in Korean adolescents. Findings of this study show that adolescents who use substances are more likely to engage in risky sexual behaviors. Therefore, intervention program should be designed to consider both substance use and sexual problems and to include the effective approaches at the family and school level.
