The Structural Relationship among Major Satisfaction, Occupation Value View and Career Decision-Marking Self-Efficacy of Beauty Majoring students (뷰티전공 대학생들의 전공만족도, 직업가치관, 진로결정 자기효능감의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural correlation between career decision making self-efficacy, major satisfaction and occupation value of beauty major students by questionnaire collection and statistical analysis. Major satisfaction was found to be statistically significant at the significance level of .05 with respect to coccupation value and career decision making self-efficacy at p<.001. Occupation value was found to be statistically significant at p<.001 for career decision and job decision of career decision making self-efficacy and significance level .05. Therefore, it has been confirmed that the major satisfaction and job value are the factors that play a significant role in the self-efficiency of career decisions, and it is believed that continuous research on various variables that affect the self-efficiency of career decisions of beauty major university students is necessary.

군 장병의 그릿 및 주관적 안녕감이 자기결정성에 미치는 영향에 있어 회복탄력성의 매개효과

  • 본 연구은 군 장병들의 자기결정성에 영향을 미치는 변인을 선정하고 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 알아보고자 한 박사학위논문의 요약본이다. 연구를 위해 전국 육군 8개 부대 장병 898명을 대상으로 자기결정성의 관련 변인을 측정하기 위한 설문을 실시하였다. 설문 결과는 통계분석을 시행하였는데, 매개효과 검증을 위해 독립변인으로 그릿과 주관적 안녕감을, 종속변인으로 자기결정성, 매개변인을 회복탄력성으로 하는 3단계 회기분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 군 장병들의 일반적인 특징에서 성별과 회복탄력성 교육참여 여부는 각 변인에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았고, 연령은 27세 이상, 계급은 부사관이 모든 변인에서 높은 수치를 보였다. 그릿과 주관적 안녕감의 하위요인들은 자기결정성에 모든 하위요인에 다소 높은 정적 상관관계와 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그릿과 주관적 안녕감의 하위요인들은 회복탄력성의 모든 하위요인과도 전반적으로 높은 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 전반적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성의 하위요인들은 자기결정성의 하위요인 전반에 상관관계를 가졌으며, 부분매개효과를 확인했으나 일부요인은 기준을 충족하지 못하였다. 결론적으로 군 장병들에게 지속적인 관심과 꾸준한 노력을 기울일만한 동기부여가 무엇보다 필요하며, 군 장병들의 성공적인 자기결정력 성장을 위해서는 자율성 증진과 원활한 대인관계 환경 제공을 통한 그릿과 주관적 안녕감의 요인들의 충족이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 장병들의 회복탄력성 능력 향상을 위한 그릿과 주관적 안녕감 증진은 장병들의 자기결정성 증진에 기여할 주요 수단임을 알 수 있었고, 장병들의 주관적, 긍정적 심리상태와 자신 삶의 만족을 위한 주관적인 능력 증진을 위해서는 그릿 및 주관적 안녕감과 회복탄력성이 주요한 에너지로 활용될 수 있음을 추론할 수 있었다.

  • This study examined the relationships among ego resilience, career decision-making self-efficacy and job-seeking stress of senior nursing students. Data was collected through self-reporting questionnaire to 175 nursing students 3rd and 4th grade. Stepwise multiple regression revealed grade, career decision-making self-efficacy, satisfaction on university life to be significant predictors of job-seeking stress. These variables accounted for 13.5% of job-seeking stress. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the job-seeking stress of senior nursing students through multidisciplinary intervention which strengthens career decision-making self-efficacy considering grade, satisfaction on university life.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Organizational justice and Empowerment on customer orientation. As a factor affecting customer orientation, sub - variables of organizational justice were set as dstributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, and sub-variables of empowerment were set as meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. As a result of analysis, the dstributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice of organizational justice were analyzed as factors influencing customer orientation. competence, self-determinationr, and impact factors were analyzed as factors affecting customer orientation. However, the meaning of the empowerment did not affect the customer orientation. The work environment of small and medium-sized journalists is performing work without restriction of time and space in internet environment. This environment is a digital environment that we have not experienced before. However, organizational justice and empowerment factors are analyzed as important influences on customer orientation as same as previous research results.

The Influences on the Self-Regulated Learning Ability due to Nursing Students' Interpersonal Competence and Self-Determination Motivation (간호대학생의 대인관계유능성, 자기결정성동기가 자기조절학습능력에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study based on descriptive research is to examine the convergent relationship of interpersonal competence, self-determination motivation and self-regulated learning ability in nursing students. Data collected from 251 nursing students at a university located in C province from June, 2018 to July, 2018 are analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0. As a result, there are positive correlation between interpersonal competence(r=.361, p<.001) and self-determination motivation(r=.466, p<.001) and self-regulated-learning-ability. Interpersonal competence and self-determination motivation have not meaningful relationship(r=.091, p=.148). It is turned out that interpersonal competence and self-determination motivation are influenced on the self-regulated learning ability respectively. Based on these results, research should be continued on the developing new educational methods through convergence of factors by analyzing relevant factors to enhance interpersonal competence and self-determination motivation that affect self-regulated learning ability.

Impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Job Satisfaction through Empowerment

  • We propose a empirically analyzed the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior, empowerment and job satisfaction of 546 office workers in general companies in Seoul city using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, participatory behavior positively influenced self-determination in the relationship between empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, altruism had a positive effect on job satisfaction in the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. Third, looking at the aspect of direct and indirect effects on job satisfaction, it was noticeable that the altruism of organizational citizenship behavior had a higher direct effect, and that participatory behavior had a higher figure of the indirect effect. On the other hand, self-determination and influence/meaning, which are factors of empowerment, showed a higher figure than organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, it is noticeable that empowerment is the most important factor in terms of affecting job satisfaction. that is, continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the empowerment granted to members and improvement of the meaning and self-determination of the role at the workplace through training will increase the autonomy and it will contribute to the activation of the organization.

태양풍 동압력 증가에 의한 밤 지역 극관의 위도 상 위치 변화

  • 태양풍 동압력은 지구 자기장에 부딪히면서 많은 영향을 준다. 여기서 우리는 태양풍 동압력이 증가하는 경우 밤 지역 극관의 위도 상 위치 변화에 대해 관심이 있다. 동압력 증가 이전과 이후의 극관의위치를결정하기위해 DMSP(Defense Meteorological Satellite Program) 위성이 관측한 하강 입자 자료를 사용하였고 이로부터 산출된 b5e parameter 값을 통해 극관의 위치를 결정하였다. 특히 IMF의 각 성분 별 방향과 크기에 대한 조건이 극관의 위치에 영향을 미친다는 점을 고려하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 통해 동압력이 증가하는 경우 극관의 위치가 고위도로 올라 간다는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 극관의 크기가 수축한다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 IMF Bz가 북쪽 방향(northward IMF Bz)인 경우와 남쪽 방향(southward IMF Bz)인 경우에 따라 극관이 이동하는 정도에 약간의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그런데 통계적으로 볼 때 극관의 위도상 위치가 상당히 분산되어 있음을 알게 되었다. 즉, 가능한 극관의 위도 분포가 매우 넓은 영역에 걸쳐 있음을 말한다. 이러한 분산 현상은 극관의 위치를 결정하는데 여러 이유가 복합적으로 작용 할 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among self-efficacy, self-determinative motivation and creative thinking ability. And to confirm the relative predictive power of motivation variables in predicting middle school students' creative thinking ability. The instruments used in this study were 'TTCT', 'Self-efficacy' and 'Self-Regulation Scale'. Self-reported response data on these instruments from 212 middle school students in Seoul were analyzed. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations, multiple stepwise regression analysis by using SPSS 18.0. The major results of this study were as follows; First, the correlations among self-efficacy, self-determinative motivation and creative thinking ability were significant. Second, Task difficulty preferred, self-control efficacy and internal motivation were the best predictor of creative thinking ability in middle school students. This study suggested that Task difficulty preferred, self-control efficacy and internal motivation is essential to improve creative thinking ability in middle school students.

  • 위치작동기의 정밀도를 결정하는 중요한 인자인 마찰력을 없애기 위하여 자기부상을 이용한 초정밀 시스템을 설계한다. 자기부상시스템은 근본적으로 불안정한 성질을 갖고 있으므로 작동기의 안정성을 증가시킬수 있 는 자기회로설계가 종요하다. 제안된 자기부상 위치작동시스템은 전자석을 고정하고 영구자석을 움직일 수 있게하여, 간단하고 견고한 위치작동기가 설계되고록 상호간의 자기력을 이용한 Antagonistic 구조를 채택한다. 그리고 시스템의 동적모델을 구하여 안정성을 검토한다.

Effects of self-determination and learning commitment on the learning outcome of nurses currently under academic credit bank system (학점은행제 간호학과 재학 간호사의 자기 결정성, 학습몰입이 학습성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was done to explore the correlation among self-determination, learning commitment and learning outcomes and identify factors related learning outcomes under academic credit bank system. The survey was conducted self-report questionnaire. The data collection period was form April to November 2018. Participants were 144 registered nurses working currently under academic credit bank system. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 24.0. Learning outcomes had a positive correlation with self-determination and learning commitment. learning commitment. Self-determination was positively correlated learning commitment. Factors affecting learning outcomes included self-determination and learning commitment. And self-determination and learning commitment accounted for 32.1% of the variance in learning outcomes. Therefore, developing learning outcomes support for improving self-determination and learning commitment. Future research will be needed to clarify the effects of learning outcomes promotion program on self-determination and learning commitment.
