자격증 준비는 필수적 요소라고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 자격증을 처음 접할 때 다수의 자격증으로 인해 사용자가 원하는 자격증을 확인하지 못하는 경우가 많고, 자격증 일정을 따로 찾아봐야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 자격증 애플리케이션은 잘 알려지지 않은 민간자격증이나 신규자격증 등 관련자격증 정보를 제공하는 자격증 애플리케이션에 데이터 필터를 구축하고, 사용자에게 최적의 서비스와 데이터를 제공할 수 있도록 함이 목적이다. 어떻게 효율적으로 데이터베이스를 설계하는지와 IDE에서의 데이터베이스 Connect 코드에 초점을 두고 고찰 해보고자 한다.

지격증에 대한 관심이 뜨겁다. 각종 국가기술자격증 시험장에 수많은 구직자들이 몰리고 있다. 직장인들이라고 해서 다를 바 없다. 평생직장이 사리지고 명예퇴직에 바람이 불면서 이직이나 경력관리에 도움이 될 만한 자격증에 도전하는 직장인들이 늘어나고 있다. 자격증 열풍은 인쇄업계도 예외가 아니다. 각 대학이 자격증을 학점으로 인증하거나 창업을 목적으로 문을 두드리는 사람들이 높아지는 추세다. 국내서 시행되고 있는 인쇄관련 자격증 및 활용현황에 대해 알아봤다.

This study analyze the effect on wage, labor mobility by using Craft II Class certification out of National skill certification. In this article, we used the parametric and nonparametric method. In the former we used IV that the fraction of certification by occupation by firm scale to solve the selection problem. In the latter, it's used matching method and kernel regression. The paper shows that certification effect on wage has about 5.1~9.9%. The result of analysis between certification and labor mobility indicates better certification effects on long term tenure to the same firm than certification effects on wage from labor mobility. Also, we knew that the employee which have no certification relative is difficult to be established in the same workplace.

자격증이 갖는 중요한 의미는 자격증 소지자가 특정 기술을 익히기 위해 충분한 시간과 노력, 그리고 돈을 투자했는지를 확인해 볼 수 있다는 것이다. 즉, 자격증은 단순히 지원자의 기술 수준을 확인할 뿐 아니라 그 사람이 그 기술을 위한 실력을 갈고 닦으려는 의지를 갖고 있는지도 확인해 준다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 하지만 자격증을 임금 상승을 위한 수단으로 여기는 것을 결코 바람직하지 못하다는 경고에 귀를 기울일 필요가 있다. 많은 전문가들은 다음과 같이 조언하고 있다. "그 어떤 자격증도 실전 경험 없이는 거의 쓸모가 없다는 점을 기억해야 한다"고 말이다.

기존의 자격증 관리 시스템은 자격증 시험 날짜만 확인이 가능하고 사용자가 정확한 날짜를 확인하기 위해 달력을 따로 확인해야하는 불편함이 있다. 또한, 각각의 자격증마다 시험일정을 확인하기 위해 시간을 할애해야 하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존시스템의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 스마트폰 내에 있는 스케쥴러와 연동을 통해 자격증 시험을 보다 더 편리하게 관리할 수 있는 자격증 관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

This study conducted a survey of 118 men and women who obtained hair national technical certificate from June 28 to July 11, 2021, focusing on SPSS.The WIN 22.0 program was used. We would like to examine the effect of recognition of hair national technical certificates on job utilization and satisfaction with certificate acquisition, and the effect of job utilization on satisfaction with certificate acquisition at the hair salon site. First, the necessity and utility of recognition of hair national technical qualifications have been shown to affect job utilization. Second, it was found that the necessity and utility of recognition of hair national technical certificates affect the satisfaction of obtaining certificates. Third, it was found that the job utilization of the national technical certificate of hair affects the satisfaction of obtaining a certificate. As a result of the study it meets the requirements that can be put into the field, and it can be seen that usability in the hair salon site is important as an effect on the satisfaction of obtaining a certificate. Based on these conclusions, the following suggestions are made for subsequent studies, taking into account the limitations of the study. The point is that hairdressers who obtained national technical certificates participated in this study were limited to S regions. In the future, it is necessary to expand the size and region of the sample group in various ways and reflect a wide range of research overall.

초고속 정보통신망의 발전과 더불어 컴퓨터의 급속한 보급 및 웹 기술의 발전으로 교육 분야에서도 큰 변화가 일어나고 있다. 인터넷의 대중화로 정보화 마인드가 확산됨에 따라 다양한 학습이 이루어졌고, 이에 따라 자격증 역시 정보화 지수로 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 7차 교육과정에서는 저학년에도 컴퓨터 교육이 이루어지고 정보소양인증제도가 실시됨에 따라 자격증 취득에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 많은 컴퓨터 관련 자격증 중에서 정보처리 기능사 필기시험을 가상공간인 웹 상에서 설계 및 구현해 봄으로써 실업계 고등학교 학생들이 보다 손쉽게 자격증을 취득하는데 도움을 주도록 하는데 있다. 이러한 웹에 기반한 교육적 활용의 한 모델로서 자기 주도적 학습이론과 수준별 학습이론을 정보처리 기능사 필기시험에 적용하였다. '자격증 시험을 위한 웹 기반 문제은행 시스템'은 정보처리 기능사 필기시험뿐만 아니라, 문제은행 방식의 많은 컴퓨터 관련 자격증 필기시험에도 적용 및 응용이 가능하다.

현재의 채용 시스템은 이력서에 구직자가 직접 자격증 정보를 입력하고 기업 이를 검증하기 위한 절차를 별도로 수행한다. 자격증 정보 관리와 검증의 불편함을 줄이기 위해 하이퍼레저 기반 블록체인 기술을 이용하여 자격증 관리 플랫폼을 구축하고자 한다. 구직자는 한 번의 인증으로 자신의 모든 자격증을 관리하고 기업에서는 이력서에 포함된 키를 이용하여 블록체인에 자격증 정보를 조회함으로써 별도로 원본을 제출할 필요없이 자격증의 유효성을 증명할 수 있다.

This research examines how influential the certificate is on career development and job satisfaction. The outcome of substantial analysis on hypothesis of the study is: First, three factors-proactiveness, value, competitiveness are the positive effect on motivation for certificate. However, it is shown that the correlation and regulation factors do not have a significant effect on career development. Second, career development has a positive relation with the job satisfaction. Third, value and association among motivation factors for certificate acquisition have a positive effect on job satisfaction. However, it is revealed that proactiveness, competitiveness, and bylaw factors do not have significant influences on job satisfaction. These outcomes prove that private certificates do not meet the need realistically in the business field. It is caused by the low level of difficulty of the certificate exam, which results in the standardization state where it becomes easier for anyone to obtain the certificate. In order to resolve the problem in relation to the private certificate acquisition, it is suggested that advices of field experts should be actively reflected on the exam and that the difficulty of the exam should be moderated to acquire comparability and to reflect reality.

급변하는 정보기술의 발달로 국제적인 이슈로 떠오르고 있는 전자정부는 국내 정보통신분야에서도 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 그러나 국가자격증의 경우 전자정부와 연관성이 많지만 전자정부를 추진하는데 있어서 국가자격증과 관련한 내용은 언급되고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 국가자격증의 하나인 보육자격증 중심에서 국내 전자정부와 보육자격증의 연계방안을 제시 하고자 한다. 보육자격증 연계방안의 목적은 전자정부에서 제공 받을 수 있는 주민등록등본, 지방자치단체에서 관리하는 경력 정보를 기반으로 학교, 교육원의 정보를 제공받아 고객중심의 서비스 행정을 구현 할 수 있으며 접근성의 제고를 통해 투명성과 신뢰성이 있는 열린 행정을 구현 할 수 있다. 또한 이러한 통합망은 국가존립 및 발전을 위한 하나의 큰 아젠다(Agenda)인 보육의 체계적 발전을 위한 사회간접자본(SOC:social overhead capital)으로서의 역할을 기대할 수 있다.
