Recently, the current trend for computer based learning is moving from CAI environment to WBI environment. Most web documents for WBI learning are collected by aid of search engine. Instructors use those documents as learning materials after they evaluate availability of retrieved web documents. But, this method has the following problems. First, we search repeatedly the web documents selected by instructor. Second, there is a need for another course of instruction design in order to suggest the web documents for learner. Third, it is very difficult to analyze for relevance between the web documents and test results. In this work, we suggest WAILS(Web Agent Instruction Learning System) that retrieves web documents for WBI learning and guides learning course for learners. WAILS collects web documents for WBI learning by aid of web agent. Then, instructors can evaluate them and suggest to learners by using instruction-learning generating machine. Instructors retrieve web documents and the instruction-learning design at the same time. This can facilitate WBI learning.

This study develops composite indicators that is capable of estimating QOS (Quality of Service) of pedestrians by enhancing estimation for Level of Service in present transporting spaces for pedestrians that merely concerns quantitative indicators such as pedestrian flow rate, pedestrian stoppage. This paper conducts survey questionnaire to collect data. It utilizes AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANP(Analytic Network Process). The main results show that: first, ANP is better analytic methods than AHP due to the fact that pedestrians feel repetition when they judge level of service. Second, qualitative factors such as pedestrian behaviors, maintenance, scenary for pedestrians and environments should be considered. Importance of qualitative factors is higher in residential area than other areas. I expect that using qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators is appropriate in order to estimate pedestrians' QOS.

The e-learning system in which the learning is carried out by predefined procedures cannot offer proper learning suitable to the capability of individual learner. To solve this problem, SCORM sequencing can be used to define various learning procedures according to the capabilities of learners. Currently the sequencing is designed by teachers or learning contents producers to regularize the learning program. However, the predefined sequencing may not reflect the characteristics of the learning group. If inappropriate sequencing is designed it may cause the unnecessary repetition of learning. In this paper, we propose an automated evaluation system in which dynamic sequencing is applied. The dynamic sequencing reflects the evaluation results to the standard scores used by sequencing. By changing the standard scores, the sequencing changes dynamically according to the evaluation results of a learning group. Through several experiments, we verified that the proposed learning system that uses the dynamic sequencing is effective for providing the proper learning procedures suitable to the capabilities of learners.

The purpose of this study was to find the wage determinants of web-based platform workers. For this purpose, a total of 3,575 web-based platform workers' information from Freelancer.com, a global platform labor market, in September 2018 were used and whether or not newly available indicators such as evaluations by previous employers had a significant effect on the wage increase of platform workers using OLS and QR methods. As an OLS estimation results, the number of reviews, as well as education and experience, affects the wages of platform workers. However, as a result of the QR estimation, experience rather than education, recommendation rather than a review has a more significant effect on the wage of web-based platform workers as the wage level rises.

발전소 수명연장의 필요성과 더불어 발전기 수명예측기법이 발전기 제작사를 중심으로 연구되어 왔으며 국내에도 수명예측과 관련기술들이 주로 일본의 영향을 받아 도입되어 발전소 현장에 활용되고 있고 평가의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내에 적용되고 있는 발전기 수명예측방법과 적용기준을 살펴보고 실제 발전소를 대상으로 수명평가한 사례중에서 평가결과의 신뢰성에 문제가 될 수 있는 몇가지 사례를 예시하고 분석하였다. 그 결과로 수명예측의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해서는 발전기의 냉각방식에 따라 수명평가 기준이 달리 적용되어야 한다는 것과, 최대부분방전량 측정오차를 줄여야 한다는 것, 고정자권선 단말부 흡습에 대한 고려가 필요하다는 것 등을 제시하였다.

정보통신기술의 발달과 인터넷의 등장으로 원격교육은 새로운 교육패러다임을 주도할 역량있는 교육방식으로 대두되고 있다. 하지만 이런 시점에서 학교교육을 보다 효율적이며 실용적으로 지원할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 특히 초등교육에서의 원격교육은 이제 걸음마를 시작한 단계이며 평가분야에 대한 연구는 전무후무한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학습자가 동영상 원격교육으로 학습과정을 진행한 후 만족할 만한 성취수준에서 자기평가를 실시하고 동영상 촬영하여 평가자료를 탑재하며, 이를 토대로 교사가 피드백할 수 있도록 시스템을 구축하였다. 이는 학습자가 학습과정 뿐만 아니라 평가영역에 있어서도 개인의 수준과 여건을 고려하여 자기 주도적으로 자기평가를 함으로써 자기주도적 학습능력을 향상시키며, 초등교육과정을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

소프트웨어에 대한 사용자의 인식이 높아감에 따라 다양한 기능의 고품질 소프트웨어의 개발이 요구되고 있으며 이러한 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 방안들이 다양한 관점에서 연구되고 있다. 그 중에서도 소프트웨어의 품질평가를 통해 그 결과를 개발자에게 피드백함으로써 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키려는 관점에서 품질평가 방법론 및 지원도구에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 품질에 관한 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 9126의 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용성, 효율성, 보수성, 이식성 등의 품질특성을 바탕으로 보수성에 대한 품질특성, 부특성, 내부특성의 체계에 따라 메트릭스를 정의하고 내부특성 체계에 맞추어 품질측정표를 개발함으로써 실제 품질향상을 위해 필요한 개발자 관점의 내부특성의 품질평가를 통해 사용자 관점의 외부특성에 대해 평가할 수 있는 체계를 확립하고 실제 프로젝트 업무에 대해 평가한 결과를 제시하였다.

최근 다양한 기능을 구현하는 임베디드 소프트웨어가 포함된 의료기기의 개발이 증가함에 따라 안전성을 보장하기 위한 제 3 자 인증기관에 의한 의료용 임베디드 소프트웨어의 평가의 필요성이 절실하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 평가기준을 제시하는 ISO/IEC 9126을 바탕으로 의료용 임베디드 소프트웨어의 평가 항목을 선정하고, 이에 적절한 가중치를 산출하여 보다 객관적이고 정량적인 평가를 수행할 수 있는 평가 기준을 개발하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 주피터 노트북에서 자동 평가 시스템을 활용하기 위한 방안으로 자동 평가 시스템의 문제를 저장하고 제시하는 방안에 대해서 연구하였다. 자동 평가 시스템은 학습자가 직접 프로그래밍을 하고 바로 피드백을 받을 수 있는 장점이 있다. 주피터 노트북에서 자동 평가 시스템을 제공하는 nbgrader와 코들의 장점을 바탕으로 문제 제시 방안은 다음과 같다. 문제는 HTML 태그를 이용해 서식 있는 형태로 서버에 저장한다. 주피터 노트북에서 IPython.display 모듈의 display와 HTML 명령어를 사용하여 문제를 출력하면 코드셀 출력창에 서식 있는 HTML 문서를 출력하여 학습자에게 가독성 있게 문제를 제시할 수 있다.

Today, most education activities in the junior or senior schools are connected with evaluation. In fact, the evaluation to be accomplished is not the practice of college or university entrance examination but the evaluation analysis of studies accomplishment. In this program, students process their teaming contents according to their level, and they evaluate the accomplishment of learning by themselves. Through the various analysis of evaluation, students who are not in the appropriate level get into the learning plan of low level course. This study makes them notice the lack of teaming ability in time and proposes proper evaluation system which offers right feedbacks and various analysis information for themselves.
