The Enhanced Analysis Algorithm for an EMFG's Operation (EMFG의 개선된 동작해석 알고리즘)

  • The EMFG (Extended Mark Flow Graph) is known as a graph model for representing the discrete event systems. In this paper, we introduce input/output matrixes representing the marking variance of input/output boxes when each transition fires in an EMFG, and compute an incidence matrix. We represent firing conditions of transitions to a firing condition matrix for computing a firable vector, and introduce the firing completion vector to decide completion of each transition’s firing. By using them, we improve an analysis algorithm of the EMFG’s operation to be represented all the process of EMFG’s operation mathematically. We apply the proposed algorithm to the system repeating the forward and reverse revolution, and then confirm that it is valid. The proposed algorithm is useful to analysis the variant discrete event systems.

  • A WAVE(Wireless Access for Vehicular Environment) system is a vehicle communication technology. The system provides the services to prevent vehicle accidents that might occur during driving. Also, it is used to provide various services such as monitoring vehicle management and system failure. However, the scrambler bit operation of WAVE system becomes less efficient in the organizations of software and hardware design because the parallel processing is impossible. Although scrambler algorithm proposed in this paper has different processing speed depending on input data 8 bit, 16 bit, 32 bit, and 64 bit. it improves the processing speed of the operation because it can make parallel processing possible depending on the input unit.

  • 본 논문에서는 문자인식, 손등 정맥 인식 등에 이용할 수 있는 패턴인식 기법으로 입력된 패턴을 전 처리하여 세선화한 후 유일성이 보장되는 행렬로 변환하는 방법에 관하여 연구 하였다. 입력된 패턴을 세선화 한 후 노드 중심으로 노드에 연결된 에지의 체인 코드와 유크리디안 거리를 노드를 중심으로 가중치와 체인코드를 이용한 행렬을 생성하고, 생성된 행렬의 고유치를 이용하여 인식의 기본 도구로 사용하였다. 이 때 연결된 에지의 방향 코드는 설정된 문턱치 값을 초과하는 변곡에 대하여 새로운 노드를 생성하였다. 이러한 방법을 손등 정맥 패턴 인식에 적용한 결과 인식률이 매우 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 이논문은 입력과 상태변수에 제한조건이 있는 이산형 불확실 선형 시스템을 위한 강인한 이동구간 제어기를 제시한다. 모델 변수는 콘벡스 집합에 속하는 불확실성 성질을 갖는다. 제안된 이동구간 제어기는 터미널 가중치 행렬들과 입력과 상태변수의 제한조건을 가지는 최악의 일단계 목적함수의 최소화에 기초한다. 제안된 이동구간 제어기는 위의 불확실한 시스템을 일정한 터미널 가중치 행렬에 대한 행렬 부등식 조건하에서 안정화 시킬수 있다는 것을 보인다. 이 강인 이동구간 제어기는 기존의 무한 구간 강인 이동구간 제어기보다 같은 설계 조건하에서 보다 더 일반적인 구조와 더 큰 간으한 초기 상태 영역을 갖는다. 이 제시된 이동구간 제어기는 반한정 프로그래밍을 이용하여 얻어진다.

  • in this paper, we propose the recognition system of face using polynomial coefficients to recognize fact images using neural network. The system consists of following steps. First step, the sizes of fare images is reduced sizes of input images to 1/4 using wavelet transform. Second step, the polynomial coefficients is obtained from low frequency coefficient matrix after 3 level wavelet transform. Third step, polynomial coefficients is normalized. The of range of normalization is from -1 to 1. Last, Face images is trained and recognized using neural network with error back propagation algorithm.

  • 정보통신의 발달과 인터넷의 확산으로 인해 정보보안의 필요성이 중요한 문제로 대두되면서 여러 종류의 암호 알고리즘이 개발되어 활용되고 있다. Substitution Permutation Networks(SPN)등의 블록 암호 알고리즘에서는 확산선형변환 행렬을 사용하여 안전성을 높이고 있다. 확산선형변환 행렬이 Maximum Distance Separable(MDS) 코드를 생성하면 선형 공격과 차분 공격에 강한 특성을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 선형변환 행렬이 MDS 코드를 생성하는 가를 판단하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 입력 코드는 GF(2/sub□/)상의 원소들로 구성되며, 원소를 변수로 해석하여, 변수를 소거시키면서 선형변환행렬이 MDS 코드를 생성하는 가를 판단한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘은 종래의 모든 정방 부분행렬이 정칙인가를 판단하는 알고리즘과 비교하여 연산 수행 시간을 크게 줄였다.

Feature Parameter Extraction and Speech Recognition Using Matrix Factorization (Matrix Factorization을 이용한 음성 특징 파라미터 추출 및 인식)

  • In this paper, we propose new speech feature parameter using the Matrix Factorization for appearance part-based features of speech spectrum. The proposed parameter represents effective dimensional reduced data from multi-dimensional feature data through matrix factorization procedure under all of the matrix elements are the non-negative constraint. Reduced feature data presents p art-based features of input data. We verify about usefulness of NMF(Non-Negative Matrix Factorization) algorithm for speech feature extraction applying feature parameter that is got using NMF in Mel-scaled filter bank output. According to recognition experiment results, we confirm that proposed feature parameter is superior to MFCC(Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient) in recognition performance that is used generally.

  • This paper suggests a fuzzy variable structure control scheme for Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy model and presents the attitude control of the wheel-driven inverted pendulum(WDIP) based on the proposed control algorithm. The proposed controller is designed based on the T-S fuzzy modeling of nonlinear system and the unification of gain matrices in linear subsystems that constitute the overall fuzzy model. The uncertainties generated in the gain matrix unifying procedure can be interpreted as the input disturbances of the conventional variable structure control. These unifying disturbances can be resolved by using the robustness property of the conventional variable structure system. Design example for wheel-driven inverted pendulum demonstrates the utility and validity of the proposed control scheme.

  • There have been several recent studies concerning the stability of fuzzy control system and the synthesis of stabilizing fuzzy controllers. This paper reports on a related study nf the TS (Takagi-Sugeno) fuzzy systems, and it is shown that the controller synthesis problems for the nonlinear systems described by the TS fuzzy model can be reduced to convex problems involving LMIs (linear matrix ineclualities). After classifying the TS fuzzy systems into three families based on how diverse their input matrices are, different controller synthesis procedure is given for each of these families. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the synthesis procedures developed in this paper.

Local Observer Design for MIMO Nonlinear Systems (MIMO 비선형 시스템의 로컬 관측기 설계)

  • This paper presents an observer design methodology for a special class of multi input multi output(MIMO) nonlinear systems. First, we characterize the class of MIMO nonlinear systems with a triangular structure. Also, the observability matrices that plays an important role in proving the convergence of the proposed observer are generalized to MIMO systems. By using the generalized observability matrices, it is shown that under the boundedness conditions of system state and input, the proposed observer guarantees the local exponential convergence to zero of the estimation error.
