The purpose of this study is to understand how wearable computing devices are designed and how to design them in a technology based wearable device design research. Research is premised on the consideration of producers and consumers. There is wearable computer of eyeglasses, watches, clothes, and so on. The user can always wear these products comfort and use as part of the body without any sense of discomfort, and the goal is to supplement or double the ability of the human being. It should be easy to use them convenient, wear comfortable, safe and sociable at any time. For the satisfaction these conditions, the wearable computing devices have several factors. There are technical performances, visual aesthetics, Human body system and devices communication and safety. Furthermore, these factors have to match to operating system, real-time operating system and applied software. To comprehend wearable computing devices should be offered the design of the both software and hardware designed.

Much has been said in the 21st century about advanced information society following industrial society, so information appeared obviously. Based on the development of digital network due to such highly developed information, foresee a new phenomenon in anthropology. The new phenomenon is urban nomad such jobnomad who may change the culture of settlement with a long history into the culture of nomad. This study was to analyze the culture and fashion style of job nomad who may be a trend of fashion in the future. The results of this study are as follows Firstly, the features of job nomad are new communication technology and information technology called new media. And key words for job nomad are non-possession and professionalism and their feature in labor is one(1) person project. Secondly, job nomad to be a trend of future fashion is seeking wearable electric machine - wearable computer fashion. Thirdly, Zen style fashion reflecting Zen idea has such features as naturalism. indeterminism, equalitarianism, and moderation. Those features coincide with the tendency of job nomad who may lead the culture of fashion in the 21st century and do with human being's life style in the 21st century. Expect that job nomad appears newly in social and cultural phenomenon through this study can be developed toward a new and sensible fashion.

The purpose of this study is to observe the significance and symbolic meaning of fashion design which is combined with machines, and to develop excellent designs in aesthetic aspects. The method of this study analyzed the related documents and journal, fashion magazines. The results is as follows. The cyborg discourse and virtual human body in virtual world predict the existence of new human. In present times, up-to-date equipments such as wearable computer have begun to be built-in clothing based on technology, and these dress and ornaments influence on human's life gradually in practicality and ability. These equipments are divided as military affairs, medical treatment equipment, leisure, information access and communication, guard, and business assistance. And according to the kind of item, they are divided by headwear, clothing and accessory. The significance of clothing combined with machine is practical viewpoint, economical viewpoint and aesthetic viewpoint. And the symbolic meaning of these fashion combined machine with technology is dis-identity in digital society, dis-borderness between human and machine and the uncertainty of human being. Like this, the clothing which is combined with high-technology shapes its own unique and individual system. But, this must escape from the limit of medium system itself that is technology to become a future clothing for human, suggest new agenda about human and society, and confirm the human being's existence and identity continually.

As the number of web users is increasing, the leakage of personal information is increasing. If some personal information is leaked, the victim can suffer from material damage or mental damage at the same time. Most of the leakages are result from the people who works for the personal information by accident or design. Hence, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security proposeed the measuring index and enumerates the details. The index is used in a system to check protection of a personal information. However, because this system is used to evaluate after the leakage, it cannot be used to construct some security system or programming a security system. To solve this problem, it needs to express the diversity of items and be able to count what assessors want to count. Thus, a summary sheet which displays the result of the tool will be presented in a radial form graph. Details will be presented as a bar graph. Therefore, it will be proposed that the tool can grasp the weak point and propose the direction of security.

This study investigated how women in their 20s to 60s think about the relationship between environmental pollution and the fashion industry and categorized their perceptions. Through this, I tried to find out the direction of the fashion industry to improve environmental problems. There were four types of perceptions of fashion and environmental pollution. Type 1 recognized that the process of producing and consuming clothing causes environmental pollution, but it was a type that preferred fast fashion and valued trends. Type 2 thought that the fashion industry pollutes air and water quality, and if the price was high, recycling clothes were not purchased. Type 3 thought that the fashion industry was not the main culprit of environmental pollution, and that if you purchase clothes, you should protect the environment by wearing them for a long time. Type 4 was a type of effort to reduce environmental pollution by considering the environment first, purchasing old clothes, and changing clothes. As the importance of the environment has grown, various efforts are needed to reduce environmental pollution in the fashion field.

In the ICT field, one among the remarkable issue of in 2014 is the "Wear computer", that is, the opening of "Wearable Device" age. The Samsung galaxy gear and products like Google glass and Apple watch are done as the wearable device. According to the definition of MIT Media Lab, the wearable device adheres to the body and is included till the application which names all things doing the computing action and can perform the partial computing function. And the wearable device is one brain. If the wearable device is popularized, it will be changed many things. First of all, 2 hands become free. My body is due to be connected to 24 hours Internet. It is not level that it adheres the Smart phone or device to the body and the brain role in which the device is connected outside directly, the human body is done. In this paper, the related companies analyze the technical elements of this wearable device especially.
