This study was conducted to compare and evaluate the expectations and satisfaction of clinical practice for students who conducted practice at clinical practice institutions of various sizes before and after COVID-19, and to suggest future clinical practice guidance methods and operation directions. There was a significant difference in the evaluation of satisfaction with practice before and after COVID-19, especially after the evaluation of satisfaction with practice guidance, practice environment, and practice time. As a result of analyzing the decisive influencing factors related to practice satisfaction, students who conducted practice at university hospitals highly evaluated the institutional environmental factors, and students who conducted practice at small and medium-sized hospitals showed high satisfaction in participation-oriented practice. Therefore, it is thought that practice that utilizes the strengths and weaknesses of university hospitals and small and medium-sized hospitals will be more effective than clinical practice that relies only on university hospitals. However, in order to diversify the training institution to small and medium-sized hospitals, it is necessary to create a manual on standardized training courses, training methods, and evaluation methods suitable for the training goals and curriculum, and provide them to the institution. In addition, if it is operated through sufficient exchange of opinions and consultation with institutions, schools will be able to obtain opportunities to cultivate practical talents, and small and medium-sized hospitals with difficulties in expanding manpower will be able to secure excellent human resources first.

It is reported that the higher the satisfaction of students' clinical practice, the more the ability to perform their work. It is important to assess student satisfaction with clinical practice. This study is to investigate the satisfaction of occupational therapy students' clinical practice. The research data will be used as basic data for effective clinical practice. The subjects of this study were 319 occupational therapy students who completed clinical training. The data collection period was from August 1, 2017 to August 13, 2017. The questionnaire used in the previous literature was used to measure the satisfaction of clinical practice. The collected data were statistically processed using the SPSS 12.0 statistical program. The general characteristics of the study subjects were more female, university more. Satisfaction with major was the most satisfied and the training period was the most 24 weeks. Rehabilitation hospitals were the highest in the training institutions. The results showed that the satisfaction of clinical practice was higher in the order of clinical practice, satisfaction after clinical practice, clinical practice environment, teaching method of clinical practice, clinical practice time, evaluation of clinical practice, and internal conflicts in clinical practice. Clinical practice satisfaction according to general characteristics was significantly different according to the major satisfaction and the training period.

The aim of this study was to understand and describe experience of nurses who working in general hospital located in Gyeongsangnam-do and leading the clinical nursing practice education for nursing students. A qualitative descriptive method was employed. the data was collected through in-depth interviews until the data sufficiently reached saturation and analyzed through thematic analysis method. Three themes, eight categories, and twenty five sub-categories were identified. Three themes which emerged from data analysis included 'Growing up with students', 'Teaching students without a compass', and 'Balancing in a variety of roles'. The results of this study provide valuable understanding and knowledge of nurses' experiences in clinical nursing practice education of nursing students, which leads to improvement of the quality of clinical education for nursing students.

이 연구는 현존해 있는 다양한 임상평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도에 관한 분석 서술 연구이다. Rines(1974)에 의하면 평가는 학습경험을 통하여 목적을 달성하는 지의 여부를 측정하는 것이라고 하였고 평가의 목적은 교육증진을 도모하며, 목표를 설정하고, 학생의 학습진행과정을 사정하여 학생들을 위한 프로그램을 사정, 개발시키는데 있다고 피력 하였다. 간호교육에는 실무교육이 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 또한 많은 간호교육자들은 실습평가에 있어 많은 어려움을 경첩하고 있다. 이러한 난해한 실습평가도구를 개발하기 위하여 선행된 우선순위로써 현존해 있는 다양한 평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 평가하는 것이 의의 있는 일이라 사료된다. 이 논문은 실습평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도에 관심을 가진 임상지도교수나 간호교육자들을 대상으로 한 서술적 연구이다. 우선 간호교육평가에 있어서의 문제점을 분석하고 평가도구에 대한 전문가(Authority)의 의견을 피력한 다음 저자의 의견을 서술하였다. 결론적으로 현재까지 개발된 완전한 임상실습평가의 방법은 없다. 그러므로 현존해 있는 평가방법을 서술평가하고 문제점을 지적하므로써 질적인 평가도구개발에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 앞으로 간호교육자들이 각 문제점들을 보완하여 교육목적을 달성시킬 수 있는 효율적인 평가도구를 개발하는 것이 급선무이다.

Objectives: In recently. the management and protection on individual information in patient's medical & nursing records have been very important, and that need a guideline. The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of using the patient's nursing records of nursing students in clinical practice, to find and discuss the patient's informed consent, and status of education and management concerned to patient's nursing records. Methods: This study used a mailing survey. data collected from September 24th to October 31th in 2002. The subject were 333 professors who are major in adult nursing, pediatric nursing, psychological nursing of 111 university of nursing department and nursing college. And then we received the survey mail from 103 professors that respondent rate was 30.9%. Results: The characteristics of study subjects showed 49.0% of university. 51.0% of college of nursing. 50.0% of the subjects practiced point the patient by oral approval in clinical practice. But when the decision of the patient was very difficult, 21.6% of the subjects take to informed consent from his or her families. During the clinical practice, 49.0% of the subjects were explain to patient about clinical practice and contents of the nursing student, only 7.8% of the subjects were explain to patient with nursing records. 52.0% of the subjects were took out records from the hospital, only 17.6% of the subjects had standard of the patient's informed consent and standard of handling practice records. 17.6%-92.2% of the subjects that educate and manage concern to patient's nursing records.

There are 82 dental hygiene departments and clinical training institutes across the country with a very wide range of clinical practice content and evaluation methods, making standardization difficult. Therefore, there is a need to establish a standard protocol outlining clinical practice content and evaluation methods for systematic and efficient operation of clinical practice. Thus, this study attempted to propose such a protocol for standardization of dental hygiene clinical practice in dental clinics and hospitals to examine the contents of clinical practice by reviewing relevant literature, and relating it to professional practice within the dental hygienic curriculum to facilitate enhancement of expertise. Clinical practice content was extracted from 74 cases, and was consisted of classifying mandatory and optional clinical practice, training time, and activity methods for each component. To standardize effective clinical practice, it is necessary to organize the components acquired in the course of clinical dentistry training in line with their arrangement on each university's curriculum, in order to learn all components step by step. To do this, it is necessary to present a standardized clinical practice protocol and a organic cooperation between educational institutions and clinical training institutions.

This study was conducted to understand the effect of team-based clinical practice education using conceptual maps on the learning attitude, self-directed learning, and critical thinking of nursing students. The subjects of this study were 80 nursing college students taking clinical practice courses. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics and paired t-test using SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, it was found that the learning attitude (p< .000), self-directed learning (p< .000), and critical thinking (p< .000) scores were statistically significantly improved before and after education. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to develop and apply a systematic team-based clinical practice program using concept maps to nursing students, and this result can be used as a variety of teaching-learning methods that reflect the characteristics of the subject.

The study was to understand the meaning and nature of clinical practice by examining the clinical experience of male nursing college students who have experienced clinical practice and to obtain basic data on how male nurses influence the career setting in clinical practice. to be. Participants in this study were male students who are currently in the Department of Nursing at H University, and three snowmen were selected as 3rd grade students and 3rd grade male students who had clinical practice, and analyzed meaningful statements according to Colaizzi data analysis To understand the meaning of students' clinical experience. The findings were divided into three categories, with six themes and 14 meaningful statements. The male nursing students experienced discrimination on the grounds of 'negative nursing image experienced in ward practice', 'the burden of self to be handled', and 'the charm of nursing found in the special part training experience'. Conflict and confusion over the profession were causing. However, among them, the professionalism of the nurses was confirmed and the pleasure of learning was found, and the results of this study can provide a holistic view of the clinical practice experience of male nursing students. In addition, it can be used as a basic data useful for counseling and guidance on academic adaptation and clinical practice adaptation of male nursing college students, and is expected to be useful for counseling career decision after graduation of male nursing students.

Purpose: To establish basic data for effective clinical practice program by investigating the clinical practice importance and needs for ophthalmic optics students and optical shop owners. Methods: 263 students and 100 optical shop owners who had experience in clinical practice were surveyed in importance and needs of clinical practice and analyzed the results. Results: In general importance for clinical practice, realized the optician's job aptitude $4.29{\pm}0.72$ was highest among students and understanding the work of optician $4.48{\pm}0.52$ was highest among shop owners. Importance of specific duty for clinical practice, communication strategy & customer service was highest in both students $4.46{\pm}0.70$ and shop owners $4.18{\pm}0.86$ each. Importance of time & optical shop for clinical practice, supportive guide and education by opticians & shop owner was highest in both students $4.53{\pm}0.66$ and shop owners $4.35{\pm}0.59$ each. Importance of school support for clinical practice, administrative support for optical shop and students was highest among students $4.10{\pm}0.78$ and orientation from the school before clinical practice $3.98{\pm}0.68$ was highest among shop owners. In general needs for clinical practice, expanding the clinical practice field $4.43{\pm}0.73$ was highest among students and needs of clinical practice in the curriculum $4.39{\pm}0.65$ was highest among shop owners. Needs of specific duty for clinical practice, spectacle fitting $4.40{\pm}0.71$ was highest among students and ophthalmic dispensing $4.12{\pm}0.83$ was highest among shop owners. Conclusions: For effective clinical practice, clinical practice program should be develop which is reflecting the importance and needs of students and optical shop and also cooperation and interest of school and optical shop are required.

This study was conducted to collect and analyze previous information in order to manage efficience, improve experience effect and promote employment rate. The questionnaire interview with 27 chief of dental Laboratory refered clinical experience in technology department about clinical experience in 14 Jumior colleges were also investigated. The results were summarried as follows : The portion of age of 35-39 among chief of dental Laboratory was 40.7% which was the highest, that of male was 96.3%, that of junior college graduate was 97.5%, that of 10years experience was 92.6% and that of ceramic technician was 85.2%, 63.0% dental laboratory for clinical experience was a bore space of 30pyong. Aspect of dental laboratory management, manufacturing all part of prosthetic restoration was 29.6%, othodontic appliance and ceramic restoration was 7.4%, 3.8%, each. The percentage of 40.7 was having connection with 30-3a dental clinics and referring case per day was 10-19 cases(40.7%), manufacturing time of referred prosthetic restoration was 3-4 days(77.8%), places preparing seminar room for education was 29.6%, above a place of 40pyong was 11.1% 30-34 pyong and 35-39 pyong was 7.4% each. During training of 2 years education course student, 18.5% was rack of thorough occupational career. While 44.4% will want the more salary among 3years education course student, 74.1% will expect the more dental techmicians would engaged in their field, 51.9% will hope improve of their theory and practice, 29.6% be expected better skill and 14.8% be expected better theory. Attitude of clinical experience places was distributed by 59.3% of offering only experience chance, 25.9% of wasting time and 29.0% of annoying. The big emphasis of climical experience was thorough occupational career(44.4%). The clinical experience places of our college were selected after direct visiting, so their condition of management was not that bad but most of dental laboratory were poor in management state and working environment. Therefore it is difficult to choose appropriate places and dental Laboratory are also limited manpower and time as suppliers. So that it recommended to induce flexible management of experience period by interval and rotation of experience places among college and to applicate intern-system for employment ant industry-college cooperation aspect.
