This contribution studied knowledges, informations and main project issues for systematic conservation management utilize of Joseon Royal Tombs guaranteeing their Outstanding Universal Value, Authenticity and Integrity, and the outcomes are as follows. The first, regarding the tomb's system, it should be planned to enhance authenticity and integrity of Joseon Royal Tombs through historical facts, measurement, diagnosis and intervention according to international and national charters, statements and general standards. The second, regarding prevention against disasters, the anti-fire system including construction of GIS materials and the Risk Map following investigation the present condition, premising improvement of relevant laws and regulations, should be planned. The third, we should consider, regarding utilize, educational application by the each tomb's story and royal ancestral rite, tourism by the local area of each tomb and industrial application by science and IT technologies.

This archiving project of the survivors of suicide was done with the survivor supporting team of the Seoul Suicide Prevention Center. The survivor supporting team was operating a Self-help Support Group for the emotional support of the survivors of suicide. A Self-help Support Group is a place for the survivors of suicide to regularly meet and share their suffering by talking of topics hard to discuss elsewhere. As the Self-help Support Group progressed members who acted as the leader of the group appeared. They formed an essay group that writes together. Two fathers who lost their sons, two mothers who lost their daughters, a mother who lost her son, a wife who lost his husband. The essay group met each week in a place facing Sajik Park. Through the windows that took up the whole side of the room, evening was coming in. The things that happened during the day went away towards Inwang mountain following the setting sun. Ten people (six members of the essay group, three from the survivor support team, a historian for unique conversation) sat around a table, facing each other. "Now, what shall we do?" History for unique conversation is a time that archives life by sharing conversations. At times a complete stranger, and other times people who share their ordinary lives sit around together (3-9 people, sometimes about 15). On the table there is coffee, bread, fruits and salads, and sometimes a dish someone heartily prepared. When a bottle of wine is placed on the table, each takes a glass. Morning, afternoon, the time the evening is welcomed in, late night. It does not matter which. For six months, 3 hours when meeting every week, 6 hours when at every other week. A room where the ambience is like that of a kitchen where sunlight enters, or a cozy living room is the best location. However, there are many times when it is held in a multipurpose room in the suburbs where many meetings are held, or in a classroom of a school. The meeting place is decided according to different situations of the time. There are no participation requirements as it is said to be for themselves to write down according to archiving form while looking back their lives thoroughly, and they are the only ones to stop themselves. The archives landscape from far away would seem like trying to do some talking. However, when going into a microscopic situation one must leave themselves to the emotional dynamics. It is because it archives the frustration and failures one experienced through life. A participator of history for unique conversation must face the sufferings of their life. The archiving project took place in 2013 to 2014. Many years have passed. Has the objective distance for archiving the situation of that time been secured? That may be uncertain, but I will speak of a few stray thoughts on archiving while depicting the process and method of operation.

Purpose : To propose various types of clinical research which is feasible for botanical new drug (IND) development processes, and suggest essential steps to development of study protocol for IND. Methods : Literature-based discussions and one research group's experience is given regarding domestic act, regulation, and system. Results : In order to get an approval of IND for botanical drug in Korea there are several types of clinical research to conduct. In quality control steps for standardized medicinal herbs, case reports or case series can be conducted, and for good manufacturing practice(GMP) steps, we can conduct case reports, case series, and retrospective cohort studies. In addition, as long as we gathered good laboratory practice(GLP) data we can conduct up to quasi-experimental studies and clinical trials including investigator initiated trials. In order to conduct these studies development of study protocol is essential. First, we obtain historical evidence including target disease and indication, efficacy, safety, and endpoints by reviewing medical classics. Second, we obtain clinically and statistically important data by conducting non-clinical studies, observation studies, and quasi-experimental studies. Third, we generate research hypotheses and purposes and explore methodologies, endpoints, clinical practice guidelines, cost-effectiveness, and commercial potential. Finally, we develop study protocol with aid of biostatistician or expert in contract research organization. Discussions and conclusions : This study have obvious limitations in that most thoughts, suggestions, and proposes are from one research group's experience. Therefore, we hope to see various types of research in this topic and process from other research group as well.

The history of pediatric psychopharmacology is very short and the research on safety, efficacy and side effects is preliminary and long-term effect on growth and maturation is not well known yet. Clinical findings have shown that the responses to antidepressants, antipsychotics, CNS stimulants and steroids in children and adolescents might be different from adult populations. Based on these findings, this paper reviewed three issues, Firstly, in developmental pharmacokinetics. the author discussed the developmental factors affecting drug absorption, distribution, protein-binding, metabolism and excretion. Secondly, in developmental pharmacodynamics, developmental characteristics of dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine receptors and their clinical implications were reviewed. Lastly, in pharamcogenetic part, the clinical utility of pharmacogenetics, pharmacokinetic aspects of pharmacogenetics, the pharmacodynamic aspects of pharmacogenetics, the association studies of dopamine-related alleles in neuropsychiatric disorders such as attention-deficit hyperactivity disorders or Tourette’s disorders, pharmacogenetic studies dopamine-related alleles and the pharmacogenetic studies of serotonin-related alleles. Based on these preliminary research, future pharmacogenetic applications in childhood and adolescent psychiatry were also discussed.

Bee pollen is produced by honeybees and is considered one of the most balanced and nourishing nutritional supplements available. Historically, bee pollen has been prescribed for its healing properties and consumed for its high-energy supply. Recent research has provided evidence that bee pollen has diverse biological activities, such as anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and even anti-cancer effects. However, the outer membrane of the pollen grain, exine, is highly resistant to most acidic solutions, high pressure, and even digestive enzymes, and the resulting low bioavailability limits its nutritional and clinical applications. This study applied a wet-grinding method to destroy the exine effectively, and it then examined the pollen's enhanced biological activity. First, microscopic observations provided strong evidence that wet grinding destroyed the exine time-dependently. In addition, the content of polyphenols, well-known ingredients of bee pollen and used as internal standards for the quality control of commercial pollen preparations, increased up to 11-fold with wet grinding. Further, the anti-oxidant activity demonstrated on the ABTS anti-oxidant assay, as well as the DPPH radical scavenging assay, was also dramatically increased. Together, the results presented here support a new technology by which bee pollen can be used as a resource for medical, nutritional, and cosmetic applications.

IS 실무자들은 과거처럼 단순한 시스템 분석이나 프로그래밍 기법만을 갖추는 것만으로는 조직이 원하는 정보기술을 효과적으로 운용하는 것이 어렵게 되고 있다. 예전과는 달리 최근의 기업에서는 통신 시스템을 포함하는 다양한 정보기술에 관련된 지식과 기술을 전문적으로 다룰 수 있는 전문가를 원하는 추세이다. 이러한 맥락에서 IS 실무자들이 자신의 업무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해 필요한 전문 지식과 기술은 무엇인가라는 질문에 대한 대답을 알 수 있어야만 한다. 본 연구는 IS 실무자들이 그들이 직면하고 있는 ‘IS 지식과 기술의 빠른 변화’를 얼마만큼 인식하고 있으며, 그들이 필요로 하는 지식과 기술과 업무를 수행함에 있어 필수적인 지식과 기술을 얼마만 큼 보유하고 있는지를 조사하였다. 본 연구에서는 조사된 자료를 통하여, 기존의 국내외의 문화에서 밝혀진 인구 통계학적 분류기준 (예를 들자면, 경력 수준, 지역, 직종) 이외에 이들을 분류할 수 있는 기준에는 어떠한 것이 있는가에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 분석을 위하여 실무자들이 현업에서 많은 시간과 노력을 들이고 있는 IS 활동영역에 대한 투자시간을 기준으로 실무자들을 분류하였다. 분석에서는 조사자의 군집분석과 다차원 분석을 통하여 분류된 실무자 그룹에 대한 여러 가지 기술적인 특성과, 인구 통계학적 특성을 파악하고, 그룹들에 대하여 새로운 분류에 적합한 표기를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 논문은 정보시스템 영역에서 수행된 IS 실무자들에 다양한 연구의 한 부분으로서, 기업 환경, 조직 환경, 나아가 실무자들의 직무환경의 개선에 필요한 지식과 기술을 제공할 것이다.아날로그 방식에서 IT 기반에 의한 디지털 환경으로 변화되고 있다. 또한 e러닝, T러닝, m러닝, u러닝 등의 용어가 생성되고 있다.키지에어컨에서 사용되고 있는 밀폐형 압축기에 대해서 그림 2에서 나타내고 있는 냉방능력 10tons(120,000Btu/h) 이하를 중심으로 상기의 최근 기술 동향을 간략하게 소개하고자 한다.질표준의 지표성분으로 간주되는 진세노사이드의 절대함량과 그 성분조성 차이에 따른 임상효과의 차별성이 있는지에 대한 검토와, 특히 최근 실험적으로 밝혀지고 있는 사포닌 성분의 장내 세균에 의한 생물전환체의 인체 실험을 통한 효과 검정이 필요하다. 나아가서는 적정 복용량의 설정과 이와 관련되는 생체내 동태 및 생체이용율(bioavilability)에 관한 정보가 거의 없으므로 이것도 금후 검토해야 할 과제로 사료된다. 인삼은 전통약물로서 오랜 역사성과 그동안의 연구결과에 의한 과학성을 가지고 있으므로 건강유지와 병의 예방 및 회복촉진을 위한 보조요법제 또는 기능성 식품으로써의 유용성이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 앞으로 인삼의 활용성 증대를 위해서는 보다 과학적인 임상평가에 의한 안전성 및 유효성 입증과 제품의 엄격한 품질관리의 필요성이 더욱 강조되어야 할 것이다.xyl radical 생성 억제 효과를 보여 주었다. 본 실험을 통하여 BHT 를 제외하고 전반적으로 세포 수준에서의 oxidative stress 에 대한 억제 효과를 확인해 볼 수 있었으며 특히 수용성 항산화제들에서 두드러진 효과를 보여 주었다. 제공하여 내수기반 확충에도 노력해야 할 것 이다.있었다., 인삼이 성장될 때 부분적인 영양상태의

IT기술기반 교육시스템은 인터넷 등장 이전에도 가능성을 인정받아 지속적으로 개발되어 온 분야이며, 교육공학과의 연계로 지식 전날의 이론체계로 각광을 받고 있다. 사이버교유도 인터넷이전부터 다양한 통신방법을 응용하여 개발되었고, 최근 인터넷을 통하여 사이버 교육시스템은 완벽한 기술기반을 갖추게 되였다. 그러나 IT기술의 급격한 변화로 사이버교육시스템은 계속하여 신기술 변화에 적용해야만 한다. 현재 정보통신기술의 변화는 방송 통신망의 융합, 브로드 밴드 네트워킹, 스마트 디바이스의 다양화, 멀티미디어 기술의 고도화로 요약된다. 이 기술의 종합한 작용으로 유비쿼터스 사회의 기반으로 진화되고 있다. 그래서 e-Learning 분야도 기존 인터넷기반 시스템과는 달리 차세대 온라인교육시스템으로 친화되고 있다. 인간이 역사를 이루며 살아오면서 피복은 인간의 생활 수단으로서 빠뜨릴 수 없는 존재가 되었다. 사외 생활을 하면서 인간은 자신을 보호하고 남에게 자신의 이미지를 전달하고 자신의 욕구를 표출하면서 만족시키는데 있어 의복은 가장 중요한 역활을 하고 있고 인간 역시 그러한 것들을 의복에 의존하고 있는 것이다. 그러나 정상인을 위한 의복만 취급되어지는 시장에서 신체장애자들은 정상인보다도 더 세심하게 기능들이 고려된 의복이 필요함에도 불구하고 의복의 기능들을 생각하면서 의복을 선택할 수가 없다. 이러한 사앙들이 대두되면서 현대에 들어 신체 장애자 의복에 있어서 불편함을 없애고 보다 적합한 의복을 만들기 위한 연구가 진행되었다. 신체 장애자의 의복 연구는 Ward가 이 부분에 관심을 표명한 이후 임상 의사들에 의해 연구가 이루어지기 시작했다. 우리나라에서도 1976년 심성식의 한국 신체 장애자의 의복에 관한 연구를 기점으로 이 분야의 관심도가 높아지고 있으나 아직까지는 전반적으로 부족한 실정이다. 특히 위생적인 분야에서는 자료가 매우 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 휠체어를 사용하는 하지 마비자의 체표 면을 떠서 기성복 패턴과 비교를 통해 보다 편안한 바지 패턴을 제시하고, 여름철에 많이 사용하는 직물로 바지를 제작하고 착용시킨후 인체 생리 반응을 분석하여 여름철에 쾌적한 바지를 알아 보았다. 이 연구를 통해 일반인과는 생활 자세가 다른 휠체어를 사용하는 하지 마비자와 일반인이 입는 기성복 바지를 착용 했을 때 생기는 불합리한 요소들을 고려하여 미적이고 기능적 및 위생적인 측면에서 신체 장애자에게 보다 적합한 바지를 제작하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.값은 $f^{m}$ (p-1)-1 이다. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to summarize the historical aspects of parabolic reflector moxa and to suggest the applications of light moxibustion in Korean medicine. Results : Getting a fire by parabolic reflector(concave mirror) is well known because of the Olympic torch lighted with a solar reflector in Greece. From anecdotes or myths for Diocles and Archimedes(third century B.C.) a long history has been chronicled in books and films in western culture. However, it has another history in Asian countries since 2,000 years ago. Some reflectors had a tiny size with 6.5 to 10 cm in diameter, 4 mm to 1 cm thickness, and these mobile handheld devices could make us guess that they have been used for multiple purposes. Bronze reflectors were described in Dongeui-bogam, and excavated from the ancient remains of the Shilla and Koryo dynasties. This common firing device was used as a moxibustion device, one of the acupuncture and moxibustion modalities in traditional Korean medicine. Conclusions : Reflector moxa has been used as a light moxibustion to deliver heat energy to acupuncture points, muscles, and skin along meridians. We present a plausible proposal to improve other phototherapy modalities including reflector moxa in Korean medicine practice.

In 1944 Hans Asperger reported odd bizzare 400 children who showed autism like clinical symptoms but had higher intelligence and relatively intact speech function. He named these child 'autistic psychopathy'. Since them there were many controversial views about this syndrome. Some regards Asperger syndrome as the high functioning autism variant or preschizophrenic childhood condition or childhood form of schizoid personality disorder. Though there were still many controversy, recently ICD-10, DSM-IV accepted Asperger's syndrome as a distinct subtype of pervasive developmental disorder. The authors reviewed the history and conceptual changes of Asperger syndrome and summarized the interesting recent research findings. In addition, the authors argue that this syndrome has some linkage with autism and schizoid personality disorder and proposed that these is disorders do have common defect in social instinctual development.
